Family-friendly vacation rentals in Boulder City

Michelle was an awesome host. The location of her place is perfect, We were able to walk to MGM, Bellagio, Caesars Palace, Aria and many more as they are well within walking distance. The view from the 31st floor is fantastic and faces the strip. you can see Planet Hollywood, The Aria, Treasure Island and more from the balcony. Michelle was also quick to respond to messages in the app whenever we needed something.

This place is tucked away in a suburb with a cute yard for a pup. Had a cool retro Vegas feel to it. Perfect for what we needed.

We had a great time, the house is nice with plenty of space, and has everything you need. Mark was always reachable and helpful Thank you!

Nat’s place at The Signature was perfect for me and my brother’s getaway. Check in and valet parking was very easy. Our host was very quick to respond to our inquiries. We both slept comfortably in the room. The walk to the strip was quick and easy. The pool was nice and there’s even a lazy river that guests can access. I’d definitely stay here again.

This condo was everything the listing stated it would be. Pics are accurate. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with the biggest soaking tub, double sinks and walk-in shower. Great location! Right across from the Aria and indoor walking access to Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and strip. Proactive and regular communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10. Well done.

This particular unit at Palms Place was the very best I've seen. Its panoramic view of Las Vegas is complimented nicely by the pool views from both balconies. The one bedroom is fashionably furnished identical to the other one bedroom units in the hotel, which I love , along with some upgraded lighting in the kitchen & bathrooms. Unlike other units, this one is well appointed with plenty of glassware, plates, silverware, etc. Everything you'd want for entertaining or for a longer stay. The 3 air conditioning units work perfectly and the one-touch fireplace adds some charm and ambiance you don't often see in Las Vegas. Both the king bed & fold-out sofa are unusually comfortable and with the black-out blinds, I could sleep for days. Check-in was easy, like checking in at any 4.5 star hotel, and communication with the owners was amazing. They care about your stay and are readily available if you need them. If I could chose only one unit to stay in at Palms Place, this is the one.

I had a wonderful stay at Ari’s. The house met all my expectations. Its location was very convenient for me. Tons of great restaurants, gyms, and stores are just 3-5 minutes away yet the Airbnb felt secluded. And it is about a 15 min drive from the strip. Ari was very accommodating. I arrived a day before I expected and she helped me check in early. Ari is very responsive and friendly. The hot tub is huge and works great. I’d stay here again.

One of those magical places I would return to again and again. Just 5 40 minutes outside of Las Vegas –yet it feels like a whole different world. The ranch is surrounded by pure silence, and at night you can see every single star in the sky. The animals, the nature, the wide open space… simply healing. The hosts are amazing!!!! Thank you so so much!!

Beautiful home, when I walked in the door there was a nice fragrance and aroma of air freshener that was a nice touch. They had coffee available with cream and sugar. Everything was very clean.

We enjoyed our stay, the pictures are accurate. Casa Mia has character and is well kept. Quiet neighborhood great for relaxing evenings in the spa/pool great for grilling. Approximately 18 mins to the strip, close to shopping malls, stores and restaurants etc. Will recommend a rental car. Antonia is responsive and easy to communicate with, if you have any issues she will make sure to address it in a timely manner. I would recommend Casa Mia and return for future visits.

Jason was a kind and responsive host. He provided very clear instructions for arrival and check out. The space was spacious and very clean! Loved that the areas were sectioned off but still open floor plan. It was perfect for our large group. Location was great — close to grocery stores and local restaurants.

Apollo's place was a perfect stay for my wife and I while in Vegas. It was a private/quiet neighborhood that is tucked away but still a 5-10 min drive from the strip and the fun. The place was super clean and comfortable. It also had all of the wifi, netflix, and streaming you you want. Highly recommened as sometimes it's hard to find a quiet nice place in Vegas. Apollo was also incredibly responsive and super nice/flexible host!

This place is beautiful. Each area was laid out with intention. It was something to do and somewhere to relax for everyone. We are already planning our next trip.

Nel’s place is the best house that I’ve stayed in my trips to visit family in Las Vegas! It had the perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms to accomodate my group of people, it was pristine clean, the kitchen was well equiped to make meals, there were enough towels in the bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. The patio in the back was nice to have a morning coffee out and my adult kids had lots of fun with the pool table. It is also close to groceries, restaurants that locals love and stores. Keep in mind that we were looking for an ample place in a quiet neighborhood to spend quality time. The icing on top of the cake was Nel’s responsiveness as well as his assistant, KC! Very prompt, very professional, very assertive. I am looking forward to visit Las Vegas again and will definitely stay at this place again. 5 stars all the way!

What an amazing room with the perfect view of the strip. Very comfortable and cozy. My family enjoyed the stay the Marriott Grand Chateau. Very central in the city with amazing amenities and services

Another great stay! House is exactly as described. Contacted Ray with a quick question upon arrival and received an immediate response. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to all Vegas activities without the chaos of staying on the strip. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The house is very comfortable and makes you feel like you’re visiting a friend’s place. Will return!

Very nice house, comfortable, tastefully decorated, well located in a quiet area and close to the Las Vegas Strip. The exterior is really nice with its beautiful pool and arbor with barbecue. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is very good. We recommend this rental without any problems.

This cozy little place was perfect for my 3 day getaway. It’s decorated beautifully & the view of the lake, swimming pool and the mountains were serene. Raymond provided me with very clear instructions for checking in & check out process. He was also very responsive when I had additional questions. This was my 3rd time in Las Vegas but my first time staying off the strip, this place was much more peaceful. I will definitely stay at Sid’s place on my next visit.
