Great place close to the strip without the nonsense of a casino hotel. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at the resort. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen had all the amenities we would need IF we wanted to cook. We appreciated the communication from Tim from booking to welcoming us there. The hotel staff also was helpful and kept in text communication to ensure everything was going smoothly during our stay. The location is ideal for someone attending a concert at The Sphere, as well as walking distance from the strip. We walked everywhere we needed to go while here. The restaurant at the resort was perfect for breakfasts- easy and affordable. The only disappointment was that there was some renovations happening in one of the fitness centers as well as a couple of the pools- but that is resort related not this specific rental.

Great place for short-term visits. The parking spot is outside and it's not covered, but works fine. The pool size is great for adults!

Sean was the easiest AirBNB host to work with no hassles or frills. We were extremely familiar with the resort and location. It is perfect as there is no casino and no horrible smoke scent. The resort offers a ton of great events and amenities and has been upgraded considerably. The one thing that will never change is the haggle when checking in of them (Wyndham) trying to get you to do a presentation. I politely declined and then they tried to hook us with some wristband for opening our room again no need for that just get a traditional key. I will give kudos to the resort as I called a couple days before our arrival to ask for an ADA compliant room to make my mother in law's stay easier and more enjoyable and they were able to make that happen. Would rent from Sean again and again.

We enjoyed our stay and especially the convenience of being next door to the Sphere, which was our destination. We were able to also walk to other locations, such as the Arte Museum. We enjoyed the clean, comfortable, quiet space and property amenities, such as the restaurant, market, pool, and luggage storage. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with what we needed to brew morning coffee, warm up leftovers and otherwise get ready for wherever we were going next.

Great place especially if you're a EV or Tesla car driver as there's is a level 3 fast charger right across the stay location. Word to the wise the place DOES NOT have wifi which was no big deal as I was mostly used my phone for electronics but if you're a heavy laptop or tablet user consider buying local internet hotspot daily pass.

It was a good stay at the apartment. Tomer responded quickly and friendly, it is also easy to get in the apartment and safe. Recommend this place to everyone

Luis’ apartment was in a great location very close to an In’n’out. The apartment was solid enough to block noise. I liked the custom door lock code, and the air conditioning was good. Clean up was easy and quick.

We had a wonderful 3-nights stay. The place was exactly as described - clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, which made our stay even more relaxing. Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful place and being understanding. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth pleasant experience!

Place was great and had everything we needed. Even had the things we didn’t think we’d need. The beds were comfy and everything was very clean. There was plenty of parking inside the complex. Only real complaint I had was with wreck it Ralph, upstairs. If you’re a light sleeper and there is someone heavy footed upstairs, you can hear EVERYTHING. Otherwise a great location for what we needed. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Really close to the strip but just far enough to not have to deal with the hustle and bustle of being in the heart of it. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for me and my two friends to spend the weekend in Vegas for a friend’s wedding. The condo was spotlessly clean, had comfortable furniture and nice hot showers, with great A/C for the hot Vegas days. The dedicated parking spot outside the unit was useful since we had a rental car. The host gave clear instructions and was very responsive before and during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at MGM Signature was nothing short of spectacular! The location is 1 block away from the strip, right in the middle, very walkable to either end! The room was spotless and beautiful. The view from the balcony was stunning! The bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect to ease sore muscles from walking! Every worker, whether it be the front desk, barista, bartender, cleaning crew, or valet were so kind! I feel like I hit the lottery with Kimia’s place!

Sherman was an excellent host, very attentive and readily available. We had a wonderful stay. the grounds were beautiful. Definitely keeping the info to book another stay again soon.

Was such a great get away, was upgraded to 2 bedroom. Hotel was beautiful- family friendly get away from the Vegas craziness but close enough to find it still lol . Won’t stay anywhere else while In Vegas from now on. Thanks Todd !!

Great location and nice views from the 39th floor. Having a kitchen area is super helpful, and the jacuzzi tub/walk in shower were very nice. Although not easily walkable to the strip from here, it's easy enough to get a Lyft ride anywhere you need to go. Pool and adjoining restaurant were nice and their team was super friendly, and you have access to the Palms pools. Check in was super easy and was much like a hotel, and William was very clear and timely with all information about check-in, amenities, etc.. Really nothing negative about our experience!

The place was beautiful looked just like the pictures and had more amenities than what was in the description. Leli was very kind and responsive. We needed help setting up the Jacuzzi due to a malfunction he came over fixed it and was in n out. Great place to stay if you are on the Las Vegas area.
