Fantastic stay! Rooms were spacious and clean. Hot tub was hot and clean. Would stay again should that opportunity arise.

A wonderful, well appointed home in close proximity to Healdsburg Plaza. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, fully stocked gourmet kitchen and felt very comfortable and right at home. Highly recommend.

A group of six enjoyed our recent stay. Santa Rosa was a great location to visit all the wineries and even a quick trip to Bodega Bay. The house had everything we needed. It was perfect with place to relax in the evening after visiting wine country.

Andrew’s house is spectacular. We had such a great time and there was so much space for everyone. The kids loved the pool and we watched the Warriors games in the pool house. The property landscaping was beautiful also. Andrew was a great communicator. I would highly recommend his place for a great getaway.

Beautiful house in a lovey area! Stewart was very responsive and helpful. Came here for a girls trip and we all enjoyed the lovely backyard with pool and jacuzzi, as well as the wineries and businesses nearby. Highly recommend.

The home was perfect for our friend group of 7 people. We enjoyed the pool greatly during the October heatwave. We enjoyed the kitchen as we made a few meals at the house and it had everything we needed. Jerry was quick to respond if we had any questions at all although there were rarely any questions since he did such a great job checking us in and showing us around. Would definitely recommend for a family or friend trip. And I would absolutely stay again!

This cottage in the vineyard was a little gem that provided the most beautiful backyard space for hosting our friends and family who were visiting Sonoma to attend my daughter's wedding. The raised bed gardens and vineyards that literally surrounded us were so welcoming and comforting and drew us outside for most of our stay. The house itself gave all the comforts of home and conveniences you would expect, was clean, and, close to the town, which we walked to several times. The cottage gave us the experience we wanted when visiting Sonoma and we felt the charm, character and history as well as gracious and friendly people wherever we visited. The Casita was an added bonus space with privacy and was a perfect space for my daughter, and now, husband to stay. Thank you for making our time there a memorable one and for the experience that made us feel we were literally in another country.

What a wonderful home. Some descriptions say "5 min from this or that" but this really is a very short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and the Healdsburg town square. BUT at the same time extremely quiet and serene. Everything is very cozy, the decor is peaceful, the kitchen very well appointed, bathrooms, water everything is clean and easy to use. Owners were very responsive to a very minor issue that was cleared up very quickly - good to know they are _right_ there if needed. Although there is a busy road you don't hear it because of the wonderful landscaping and waking up to a vineyard every morning? That was just fantastic. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

We had a magical multigenerational stay at Locke's house in Inverness with my husband, three year old and my parents. We visit Pt Reyes regularly and the location is absolutely perfect, quick walk across the road to Chicken Ranch Beach for kids to romp around, a quick drive into Pt Reyes station for dinner, and easy access to all the wonderful Pt Reyes trails. The house itself was cosy, quiet, had amazing views from the deck (and was sunny most of the day which is rare on this side of Tomales bay!) and felt like a real home. We really liked having the separate cottage to provide a bit more privacy and quiet with a young kiddo with us, and we found the kitchen was well equipped for cooking in the evenings. The only very minor challenge we had was trying to heat the cottage and main house evenly as they are on the same heating system, and the nights were chilly during our visit. Definitely staying here again on future trips to Pt Reyes.

It's a nice place with super comfy beds and fancy bathrooms, as everyone says! Unfortunately the living/dining spaces and furniture are much less comfortable, the layout isn't the most conducive to spending time together, and the kitchen was missing some key items. To her credit, Hila was very responsive and even overnighted a box of missing supplies, and offered to fix issues quickly. But a lot of things weren't there as we needed them: a kettle, oven mitts, foil, the salt was almost out, only canola no olive oil, etc. While there were a lot of nice touches around the house, there were just as many small annoyances that felt like they wouldn't be tolerated if someone lived there. If you plan to spend most of the day out and just come back to sleep, wash up, and hot tub, this is perfect. If you want to cook and be cozy/comfy together, maybe not ideal? Kurt and his team were very responsive and flexible. There was a quick guided tour of the home when we first arrived. Home was very clean, furniture and bedding was comfortable and the pool/hot tub were perfect. Personal touches of Kurt and his team were throughout the home. The place is in a beautiful setting in the middle of a vineyard and a true oasis. The kitchen is well stocked and a large great room allows for easy small group/family entertaining. The hobby billiards and ping pong table allowed for other entertainment besides electronics for our kiddos. We lucked out with beautiful weather in mid may but having the pool heated ensured that we could enjoy the pool. Location is in beautiful west sonoma county but helpful to have a car to go downtown for a great dinner and close proximity to great wineries. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Yutai’s place was great for a longer stay of nearly three weeks, it has a well-equipped kitchen and nicely appointed sleeping and living areas. Very handily located with restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and has laundry facilities which came in useful, host was helpful and responsive, would recommend!

Great spot on the water . Good eats nereby fantastic Oysters spots . If you are a road bike rider Fantastic rides throughout This area , if you want a challenge hit the Marshall Wall . Quite peaceful spot surrounded by natural Beauty . Wall .

Beautiful house and location, enough space for all the guest cars in the driveway and had spare towels for hot tub. Some of the seating and couches were a bit overused/sunken in but overall great furnishings and amenities. Highly recommend for groups/families.

We came for a wedding in Healdsburg and this was the perfect accommodation for us close to town.

Unique and cozy cabin with unbeatable views. I loved sitting at the table in the sunroom every morning with my coffee and just watching the waves crash in. Super close to Gualala, which has restaurants, supermarkets, gas, and all that good stuff.

This was the best place we could've stayed at for our trip to Sonoma. We utilized Barry's recommendations of restaurants in the area every day and they were all spot on! Great location, and great host.

We stayed at Blake's when in town for a wedding at Ru's Farm right up the road -- very convenient. It is also walkable to town, though not always with sidewalks. Blake proactively let us know we could check in early and gave clear instructions and helpful recommendations. We loved the yard and garden, and the fresh cut flowers in the house was a lovely touch!

So charming and inviting! Felt like being at home but somewhere else. The location was amazing! Everything was clean and comfortable and plenty to do! Looking forward to coming back!

This is my second visit; the place is gorgeous and proximity to the beach is fantastic. Stinson is one of my favorite places on earth. The amenities are some of the best I've experienced at an AirBnb home -- from the bedding and towels to the kitchen and beach equipment. The books and artwork are wonderful. Can't recommend it highly enough. Leaving to go home is very sad. I'm so lucky to be able to stay here.

We had a great stay at Vann’s! Sebastopol town center is just steps away from the house. We loved being able to walk to a great breakfast and dinner place within 5 minutes. The inside of the house is well-cared for and pristine. Even though it’s near town, the house still feels private and peaceful. We were easily able to get ride shares to take us to nearby beautiful wineries. Would happily stay here again.

We were in town for a family wedding. Dave's house was just beautiful! Very private with beautiful grounds! We were fortunate enough to have great weather and were able to take advantage of the pool, which was lovely. The bathrooms were all beautifully redone. The beds were HEAVENLY! We were unable to take advantage of the many recommendations because we had family obligations, but they were plentiful! The location of the house is just perfect... less than 2 miles into the center of Sebastopol and less than 30 mins to some great excursions! Would absolutely stay here again!
