Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Bay County

My family of 6 enjoyed staying at Alan’s place. It was plenty of room for everyone. The views were amazing and we loved that many places we wanted to visit were within walking distances. I would definitely book this place again!!

We loved our time at this condo! It was clean and spacious, and minutes away from the beach and fun night life.

The view is worth every cent you will pay to rent this condo. The patio/deck is spacious for lunch and dinners or to just sit and watch the ocean. We saw a pod of dolphin’s playing as they swam down the coast. The miniature gold and go cart track is across the street. My grandkids and kids🤭 loved it. Wal-Mart is 1.5 mikes away to stock up on groceries or those items you may have forgot. This unit has everything you need for the beach. One big thing for me was the king bed /bedroom next to patio was very comfortable. I slept very well. That also maybe to listening to the waves crashing onto the beach while we laid in bed with the patio doors open. The wash machine was a bit of a challenge and may need changing out. The cleaners need to be checked on also. The place wasn’t bad but there were some minor things being skipped over. We treated this condo as our own and left it as good or better than we found it. We will be back!

This place was absolutely amazing! From the cleanliness to the amenities. A lot of things to do. The host was friendly and responsive. Will definitely be visiting again.

Great place and exactly as described and pictured. Quiet and secluded from the business of Front Beach Rd, but close enough to easily walk to the beach. Had a great vibe and I enjoyed my stay. Nice view of the golf course and easy parking. Everything was perfectly clean and the location was great for the event I was attending. Highly recommended.

Craig and Lillian were amazing host! They were extremely accommodating and friendly! The house was absolutely perfect and the golf cart is a great touch! I will definitely look for this property for my next trip to Panama City!

We had a wonderful stay!!! Beautiful home with lots of amenities and just steps away from a gated beach area. Great beach view on 2nd floor balcony. We basically had that beach area to ourselves. Plenty of space in the house for huge families and enough room to have your own space. High chair and pack n play available (our 1 year old used them) Basically each room has their own restroom and shower. A private pool, hot tub, and a huge private outdoor patio area to grill and spend time with family. Foozeball, Ping Pong, beach toys, 2 beach carts, chairs, umbrellas, and floats. 2 frigerators to help with food and drink storage is a HUGE plus! Outdoor shower to wash off after the beach. Extremely responsive host that was easy to work with and communicate with. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the house was very pretty, fit our family space needs, and is in a great location. I would recommend staying here if you have a big or extended family vacation!

We stayed with a group of 6 at this condo and we had an amazing time! The home was clean and looked just like the photos in the listing. We loved the amenities like the pool table, cornhole, and mini golf. They made the stay so much more enjoyable and entertaining for the group. It’s just a couple minutes away from the beach as well as the shops & restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Highly recommend staying here!

This is place was all we thought it would be plus more. From the moment we walked in the front door, it was cozy and decorated soo cute. We felt right at home. We were just a quick ride from the beach and down the street from some of the best restaurants and shopping. We have nothing negative to say about our stay. I am already planning another trip next year and this is where I would prefer to stay again.

The house was amazing! The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants, stores. It had everything we needed for a great stay - the hot tub, grill, golf cart, beach necessities, coffee were awesome. The host was very responsive and friendly. Everything was very clean! We have not one complaint!

The house was amazing.. we had 7 adults and 5 kids. This was a family vacation and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. There were 3 nice sized bathrooms. The bedrooms were immaculate. 1 king, 2 queen and triple bunk beds. The kitchen was also great, plenty of room for everyone. We cooked every night except 1 and everything you could ever want to cook with was provided Plenty of things to do in the garage, all types of games, corn hole, ping pong, darts and others. A 6 seated golf cart was provided which was great to ride and about 2 blocks to the beach. The outside area and pool was a dream and was used the grill and griddle almost every night The beach and surrounding areas were great I would highly recommended this house and give it a 5+ rating Wes and Shiyin were very quick to respond to text messages and calls and would inform us if they were going to be away from their phone and always responded promptly Wes would send us an update on the beach alerts

The place was great and the location was very nice. We walked to the beach everyday about 2 blocks. The Condo was right off the main road so it was easy to get in and out of. The is a CVS pharmacy and a Winn Dixie 1 block away.

We loved the house, the pool area was stunning. The house was cozy and everyone at Oversee made us feel welcomed and was extremely responsive to any question we had. The two bikes made all the difference and enriched our experience vacationing greatly, enabling us to enjoy the area without having to rent costly bicycles daily. The small thoughtful touches the entire Oversee team out in are noticeable and go such a long way in making guests feel like this was the best choice for a vacation stay. We are thankful and will be booking with Oversee next time we are back without any hesitation.

I really liked Emily’s place. It was continently located and felt very clean. I didn’t have any issues with the elevators. Overall I had a good time.

5/5 Stars! The space was spacious and the balcony view is quite spectacular! We stayed during a storm which made it even more beautiful! The price was well worth it! Our host was extremely helpful and accommodated all our needs! Highly recommend, and we will be staying again in the near future! Thank you.

Our first time on AirBnb and I have to say the experience was amazing. The Beach view with morning coffee was so relaxing. The condo was nice, clean and furnished. The Washer and dryer was a plus, condo felt vary welcoming. We look forward to future reservations with Nik! I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointment.

Beautiful condo and the views were amazing!! Floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom for the perfect views! The condo was clean and modern compared to many of the other listings in the building. We were very pleased and would definitely return!

We enjoyed staying at Robert and Carol’s place. The location - being able to walk right out onto the beach - was our favorite part of our stay. We had a bit of a difficult time finding the address as we arrived late but Robert answered the phone when we called and was very kind and helpful! We had no issues checking in and enjoyed the space. Kitchen was well stocked and there were soccer & basketball, plus the sticks and pucks for shuffleboard. Our kids liked sleeping in the Murphy bed better than the bunks. Robert was helpful when we had an issue with the AC. Overall we had a stellar experience! If we could change anything, replacing the carpet on the stairs inside the door would make it feel more clean.

The condo and view was BEAUTIFUL! We absolutely enjoyed the entire experience from booking to check out! It really exceeded our expectations and will be returning soon! Highly recommend staying in this condo!!!

Very cozy house, even with more than everything you need for a vacation and a comfortable stay with kids! That makes feel like at home and is perfect for the long stay. The access to the pool and to the beach is very convenient. Owners are very pleasant, helpful and supportive! Would love to return again!

We ended up staying 15 days… what a wonderful location and condo. It was close to everything we love in PCB. Kitchen is fully stocked and lots of dishes. The pots and pans were very nice, clean and not all scratched up… The view from the balcony was so beautiful. We will definitely be returning… if I could change anything it would be the mattress in the master.. for me it was very hard but everyone likes what they a used to so a 3” memory foam pad made it perfect for me.. We can’t wait to go back soon.
