the cleanest place i’ve ever stayed !! when i say clean i mean , looks like no one has ever stayed there. the host were a 10/10. they communicated very quickly and were super sweet. i definitely recommend this house if you have a lot of people, its very spacious!! will definitely be staying here again !

Really pretty house well kept in very roomy. Had all the kitchen requirements we were looking. Would definitely rent again. Only wish we had garage space to use since we had motorcycles, but we were OK with just keeping them outside.

Great place to stay near the beach!

Our stay was great. Close to the beach and in a beautiful location. The kids enjoyed the pool and the host was always available to answer questions.

Karen was very friendly and gave clear instructions on what to do. She was very responsive. The home was very clean and spacious. It was very family and kid friendly. I would love to rent this place again.

We loved our spring break stay! Everything was pristine and beautifully decorated. The home was well stocked. The area is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The community pool was wonderful and was never crowded. We ended up renting the golf cart as well and we loved it. There wasn’t much traffic so it was easy for us to get around. All the places we ate at were wonderful and worth the money spent. Only thing to keep in mind is that there is a time difference between Mexico Beach and Port St Joe, with PSJ being one hour ahead. So we just had to plan accordingly to go eat and go to the grocery store.

Great place that was so close to the beach. Pool was very clean and the water temperature was perfect. If I’m ever back in the area I’ll definitely book this place again.

We had a great stay here. The property was dog-friendly, which was a big plus, and the fenced-in yard made it easy and safe for our dog to be outside. The golf cart was a nice bonus and made getting to the beach quick and convenient. The house itself was clean and well-equipped—kitchen had everything we needed, and both the bathrooms and bedrooms were in great shape. Even though it was just the two of us, the 3 bed/2 bath layout could easily accommodate a larger group. No complaints—everything was as described and worked well for our needs.

January's place was cozy and welcoming. it is in a great location, you can easily walk to many restaurants. perfect place for a small family.. would stay again!! also January had great communication and always answered fast..

My family and I enjoyed staying at your home, everything was as described. The host also provided everything I could need in the kitchen and bathroom. My kids enjoyed the free ice cream and gift basket the host left us, it made them feel welcome and at home. Very peaceful area to unwind and lots of great restaurants around, also the Winn-Dixie grocery store is around the corner few minutes away. I definitely recommend to try Christo’s the food was delicious. We will definitely be coming back thank you Beach Life for being very accommodating.

House and yard looked exactly like the photos. Everything was super clean and neat. Pool was perfect temperature and size and extra toys were great …pool floats, pool volleyball and pool basketball. And of course the putting green was fun. Poolside furniture was also very nice. Neighborhood was quiet and it was a super short easy walk to the beach. There were a couple of close restaurants but we drove to the more popular places around Pier Park most nights which was about 5 miles away. One of the state parks (Helen? I think…) was less than a mile away and they had a great fishing pier within park hours. Although we had to drive about 10 min for shopping / dining, we loved staying in this area because the beach was never crowded and it was peaceful. It’s actually quite close to the Rosemary Beach area. I had a few questions and messaged the host on the app and they were always super responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Craig and Lillian were amazing host! They were extremely accommodating and friendly! The house was absolutely perfect and the golf cart is a great touch! I will definitely look for this property for my next trip to Panama City!

This place was great! Very convenient and nice!

Description of set up online was kind of confusing. We were unsure of actual bedroom/bathroom set up, in regards to which level and which bathroom connects to which bedroom, but the house ended up fitting our needs. Our only other negative is that the regular brew coffee maker was really yucky in the water reservoir, but I always check and clean that no matter where I go. We did enjoy house, amenities and location, and good price. Great pool. Would definitely book again.v

Kelly and Sandy’s place was great! It’s just a few minutes from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is just like the pictures. Lots of things to do in the area. They were quick to respond with any questions we had. They also live close by, so if you need them, they’re just minutes away to help! Overall, it was a great place. I highly recommend. And will definitely come back!

Great host and great place. Early check in offered without even asking, house was in a fantastic location- easy walk to the beach and close enough to make as many trips back and forth as needed, very clean house, plenty of space. Overall extremely satisfied! Would recommend and would definitely stay there again in the future.
