If you love Architecture and the best views of Manitou Springs, then, this is the Home to take it all in. Shaun n Laura have done an amazing job renovating their 1920’s home. Upstairs Bedroom features a balcony facing east to get your day started with a beautiful sunrise. Being able to wake up in the morning, open the doors and take in all that fresh air is bliss. Directly behind you, as you admire the creative well designed pitched ceilings, is a view of Pikes Peak. And if it couldn’t get any better, as you face North….Well, you’ll have to check it out yourself. I honestly must return to see the views in the winter. Likewise, to keep up with Shaun n Laura’s creative additions to the home. There is also a private backyard area to build a fire. Brand new appliances throughout. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely, Marvelous!!

Rob’s airbnb was clean, looked just like the pictures, and was perfect for our group of 5. Close to downtown in a great neighborhood. the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. Would highly recommend staying here.

Girls weekend was a success! The house was very cozy. We had enough space for all of us to hang out and not feel crammed. Everything was clean and in working order. The Hot tub was wonderful to be able to unwind. The back yard was a nice size and private. Even though your in the city the neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. We enjoyed this stay so much and will be returning for our next get together as it worked so nicely. Oh and added bonus one of the best places to eat, Cinzzetti’s, is a very short walk..

Had a fantastic stay! Cute place just as pictured in the listing. Super comfortable and you can see Pikes Peak out the front windows. Fenced backyard was perfect for walking my little dog. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and loved being able to walk next door to the coffee shop in the morning and the brewery for dinner and a beer in the evening. Wifi was excellent for working remote. We would definitely stay again!

The property and the host are fantastic. The cozy 2 Br had everything needed for us and our dog to enjoy for several weeks. The private yard and the general artsy vibes were much appreciated. The kitchen was stocked with essential supplies. The diner style table became our favorite spot to chill, eat, chat and work. It’s in a good location for proximity to stores and dining and Garden of the Gods. Sue was super nice, and even gave us some helpful local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again for the groovy ambiance.

we had an incredible stay. lindsay & dane are such lovely hosts, and benni too. they were communicative & accommodating and just all around pleasant people. any message i sent was responded to within 5 mins, even our request to play with benni one morning. the Airbnb itself was perfect for our group of 3, didn’t feel too small & was very cozy especially after heavy rains. exploring the area was fun too, the Airbnb is just down the street from an area full of restaurants & shops. all in all, our stay here was 10/10

Our stay at the Atomic's Mid-Mod was outstanding. The house was clean and beautifully decorated . There was space for us to work -remote, the office was well appointed and comfortable. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook during our visit. It was quiet and a nice neighborhood. Our host, Zack, was incredibly responsive and offered great local tips that made our trip even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from coffee cafe(Huckleberry Roasters), restaurants, and boutique shopping. What an incredible experience. Tim and Laura's home was spacious,clean,and beautifully decorated. Timothy was very welcoming,and seemed to anticipate our every need.The perfect host,communicating from beginning to end. It was wonderful arriving to a homemade Italian pasta dinner,and fully stocked kitchen.I could go on about all the extra attention to details,but I'll end with the breathtaking view!!! Better than expected! Gorgeous area and the hummingbirds were awesome to watch! We were lucky to see a family of deer crossing the property peacefully. They have done everything right at the Bear’s Den. The beds were super comfortable. Some may think no phone service is awful but me I like to shut down sometimes. Thanks for a great stay.

Historic building with unique decor. I felt right at home, safe and warm. I thought it was super cute. Easy to get in, quiet with easy parking out front.

Amazing spot for my fiancé and i with our two dogs. Right next to the shuttle that took us straight to the gondola but when we wanted to walk it only took 15 mins to get into town. Super cozy as well. We will definitely be back! :)

Accomodation was as advertised, kitchen stocked with necessities including coffee :) thanks for that. Grocery store close by, also close to several bus routes (with interruptions by current construction on Colfax Ave). Walkable restaurants and parks. Quiet suburban neighbourhood. Not terribly close to downtown but reasonably priced and would be easy access to downtown and highways for someone who has a car.

My stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional. Staying with Effie and Joshua for the weekend was great! They were both friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was in a great location, easily drivable to where you want to go. The house was clean, well taken care of and in a quiet neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe in both the house and the neighborhood. Effie was quick to respond to my questions. Very much enjoyed my stay with them.

Brandon’s place was exactly what I needed for my trip! His home is conveniently located near lots of restaurants, a grocery store, and a just a short drive to connect to the highway. I was able to go to a concert at Red Rocks, hike at RMNP, and visit nearby trails in Boulder. Would definitely recommend!

The best review I can give is that I've stayed at this Airbnb five times. Whenever I happen to be in the Denver area for work, this is my home base. Not only is the property well maintained, it's constantly being improved.

Perfect lil spot close enough to walk to downtown main if you wanted. Or just catch the bus stop which is maybe 20 steps away. Christine was very responsive with any questions that I had. I will more than likely rebooking in the future on my next trip to Breck!

This was an amazing spot to relax for the little time we were at the air bnb! Beautiful views, clean spaces, body wash, face wash, and shampoo were available, and everything seemed very clean! Will definitely look at staying here again!

We took our 4-month old on his first road trip and picked BV because of its outdoor access and small town feel. Tracy’s place was perfect for us - ground floor, clean, walkable to both Main St and South Main St, and included baby/kid essentials. She was a great host - responsive, helpful, and proactive. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Michael was very accommodating. The place was a bit cozy for 3 adults but worked for us. Bring your own shampoo/body wash/lotion!

We had a great stay. The space was very quiet. Watched beautiful sunrises from the balcony. We were comfortable and felt at home.

Been going to Mountainside for decades in the off season. Still nice to know we can find a good price for a low key unit. Can't beat the views.

Honestly one of the top Airbnb’s hosts I’ve ever encountered! They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They reached out to let us know we could check in early if interested. They even offered a flexible check out since they said they didn’t have anyone staying after us. The condo was very clean and both the kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked! Location is beautiful and close to anything you could need, made for a great skiing basecamp! Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again
