Beach condo vacation rentals in Avila Beach

Great place with incredible view of the beach. Walkable to everything in Pismo, including the beach itself, but also a cozy and peaceful place to be if you don't feel like going out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Amber was an extremely friendly and thoughtful host! Her place was comfortable, easy to find, and near the beach with lots to do in the surrounding city/cities! She had a couple of gift cards available for local coffee/restaurants which was a nice touch! Would definitely stay again if we are in the Pismo Beach area! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Michele was very easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and had plenty of room. Great views and easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

Enjoyed every moment of our girls weekend getaway! Loved the view to the beach and watching the waves come in and people pass by…we parked our car in the garage and didn’t move it all weekend. We walked to the restaurants located steps away from the unit and enjoyed every bite we had - calamari and chowder at Schooners, waffles and breakfast tacos at Hidden Kitchen, and delicious fresh donuts and fritters from Surf Rat. We meandered through the antique stores and enjoyed a good night’s sleep at the end of each day in the comfy beds. Can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice and cozy. Quiet at night and very comfortable. Very close to the beach, just a walk away. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

Had a great time at Ambers place ! The place is super comfy and home-like. While the space isn’t too big, our group of 7 fit perfectly. Everything was what we expected and Amber is awesome !! The only downside that may be a problem for some is the noise from the tenants upstairs. You can hear them walking up & down the stairs and you can hear their conversations pretty clearly as well. We didn’t care too much for the noise but just a warning for future guests! Thank you Amber for the opportunity to stay here, we had the best time & will definitely return!

Comfortable and charming - cupboards stocked, plenty of seating, outstanding views. Patio slider kept wide open to hear the ocean waves crashing…. Perfection! Terri was responsive and engaged with our trip planning needs.

Great house that had everything we needed. Close to everything and the garage was a great bonus. Everyone was so helpful and worked with us wonderfully. I wish every rental would go as smoothly. Highly recommended.

The rental company was really responsive and proactively checked in on us. The apartment is quite basic but the location was fabulous. Short walk to the beach/boardwalk, monarch butterfly grove and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The trash cans were hard to find but the company emailed us a map right away.

Property is clean, private and quiet. Location is perfect for beach and local amenities. The drive to SLO, Pismo area and local wineries is very easy. Terri is very responsive and helpful to any questions. We will return.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo! The condo was clean and exactly as discribed, and the views were amazing and it was easy to get to the beach. It was also close enough to walk to many of the restaurants and shops, but still was far enough away to still feel like you had privacy, and the beach never got too busy. We also loved that this area was super dog friendly. If you enjoy the small town atmosphere and amazing views, I would highly recommend this place!

Great location, great condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive. Only thing I would say is that the listing indicates an ocean view and pier view, but there is not an ocean view from any point. There are balconies that look into the backyards of other homes. When you step out in the sidewalk, it’s a quick 60 sec walk to the beach, but you cannot see it from the unit. Therefore, saying there’s an ocean view is inaccurate. Otherwise, a perfectly great stay! We would rent again.

We have stayed at this location before. The condo meets all our needs. Having the elevator to reach the second floor location of the condo is essential for my son who has a walking challenge. The kitchen is well stocked so that we could cook some meals. The location is perfect with the ocean so close we could hear the waves. Lots of things to do within walking distance. This is our happy place.

We had a lovely stay. A couple of little bumps (no coffee pot, not enough toilet paper) but the unit is lovely, the views are spectacular. We really enjoyed our time!

Great location walkable to anywhere you want to go in Avila. Nice private gated area outside and gated parking. Will be back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the rooftop hot tub views! Very clean and perfect for what we needed. Close walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Would stay again!

This unit is adorable. We would stay there again when in the area. Avila is a perfect town, not too big and not too small. The unit was equipped with everything we needed. Beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend this cute unit.

I booked Terri's place for a quick family getaway to enjoy some peace and relaxation. This home was very inviting, clean, big enough for my family of 6! Not only did they have everything that you could possibly need in the kitchen, but also throughout the home. From kitchen amenities, to laundry supplies, beach towels and tons of extra bathroom towels, it was what we needed. If I needed help or had questions, Terri was very responsive and provided help and support. I would highly recommend this locations. Especially since it's walking distance to the beach but other local places. I would definitely rebook this place again, in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Terri!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Baja! We were a group of 6 including 2 kids (5 and 3) and the layout was perfect. The kids loved the bunk bed room. The primary with en suite was very spacious and the bed was really comfy! But you cant beat the location - walk out the front door to the beach, the pier, coffee, and plenty of restaurants. And the home had all the amenities we needed. It made our stay wonderful! Terri was a great and responsive host. The first night we struggled with the bathtub (user error) and someone was able to come out within 30 minutes and help us after hours. The only thing of note is there is a bar / restaurant right downstairs - so it was pretty noisy a few nights. While it didnt bother me, some members of the group had a hard time sleeping. The price you pay for being right in town!
