Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ave Maria

Angie is a great host. She is very friendly and considerate. Despite the recent hurricanes in the past few years to hit the area. Her Rentals show no real effects. My family and I enjoyed our stay. House was comfortable, beach was easy to get too, pool onsite was nice and refreshing at the end of the day. Angie’s house is kid friendly, she provided a pack/play crib as well as a high chair which was nice. Really had fun with my family, would stay again. I’d recommend staying with Angie at any of her Rentals.

This place has become our go to place for a staycation. We keep coming back every year. Love the location, the convenience and Pamela is always so great at accommodating our family. Can’t wait to be back.

Brian’s place was perfect! Clean, and easy to get to- close to everything! We spent a couple of days in town for Memorial Weekend. The apartment is close to Marco Island(24 min drive), and 12 mins from the Naples public beach access. The apartment felt homey, it was clean, the kitchen was perfect to make quick breakfasts before heading out to daily adventures. We appreciated the keurig and coffee! The backyard was handy to let the dog loose a bit and do her business. We ate out several times, but Saki stood out if you are looking for sushi and Japanese cuisine.

Amazing location with a very “homey” atmosphere. Genuinely one of if not my favorite airbnb I have ever stayed in. Immediately feel at home when you walk in and enjoy an easy walk to the gorgeous Marco island beach, or grab food at the Marriott. Truly a gem 💎 We will 100% be back.

This is my third time renting this place. It’s clean, quiet and cozy. Jan and Jim are wonderful people. They are friendly, responsive and respectful. I enjoyed staying in their place.

Beautiful place, amazing area close to the beach and town. The pool was very nice, and everything was very clean. My only complaints would be that there this is little to no utensils in the kitchen. So if you’re cooking and plan on bringing forks, knives, spoons, and more. The other thing is the washing machine is finicky when it comes to starting/choosing a load and opening it. Other than that the hosts were great, and the stay was exactly as listed if not better.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at David’s paradise. The listing accurately describes the property, including the cleanliness, good maintenance, peaceful environment, convenient location, amenities, and that it’s just a few minutes' drive to the beach. David is a welcoming, attentive, and helpful host. Without a doubt, we will be back.

Charly’s home has to be one of the top three places I have stayed in (and I’ve stayed in quite a few!) Super clean, incredibly quiet, and nicely stocked, it was a home-away-from-home for me! It was also a perfect spot for me to base my nature photography explorations from, even his backyard very natural and scenic. I enjoyed my stay immensely and hope to return in the near future! This beautiful home was perfect for our stay. It was so clean, well equipped, and the perfect size for six adults who enjoyed being together for four days, but also had their own space!! The hosts were wonderfully responsive and accommodating with anything that we needed. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience!!

We had a really great vacation at Michele’s house. The pool area is huge and very well furnished with a variety of seating areas. Very relaxing! The pool has a lake view and excellent privacy. We had everything we needed and Michele was extremely responsive and informative throughout our time there. Highly recommended!

This place was the best airbnb I stayed in yet! The house was absolutely gorgeous and very clean(I have OCD so this was great)! The host was very friendly and helpful! I drove 17 hours and 30 minutes to florida from Indiana and we made it in way earlier than check in and Edward was super nice and let us go ahead and get into the house early! We were so exhausted from the drive and he understood and told us we can go ahead and enter and rest! That was super nice! We have recommended his airbnb to a lot of our family and friends! If you are looking for a place in Naples that is very clean and the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and quiet this airbnb is the best CHOICE!

We had a great Mother's Day weekend at Amy's place. The photos are accurate and the home is clean. The pool / patio area has great seating and feels very private with beautiful landscaping. Checking in was easy and good communication. We would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home!

We absolutely loved the pyramids it was so unique we also felt like we were at our own private little paradise island.. as it was very quite & peaceful.. the lagoon was very warm and enjoyed our afternoon swims after spending our days at Sanbeil Island. Would definitely go back. Jeanie was an excellent host even had a welcome basket of goodies ( which was very nice and welcoming) also had a wonderful Book of local things to do and see which was very helpful as well, since it was our first time being in Fort Myers area! Try the pyramids you won’t regret it🏝️☀️ Hope to return again someday.

My family and I loved our stay! It was the pefect area- peaceful and quiet! The yard was super spacious- my boys loved playing catch and seeing all the various wildlife-- deer, lizards, snakes, frogs, etc..We also enjoyed all the various plants and fruit trees The pool made for fun times when we decided to stay back at the house and not venture out for thr day. It was very clean and well kept! We loved that the *entire* house was reverse osmosis filtered!! Super convenient not having to buy drinking water for our stay as we go through tons of water!!! Hosts were very sweet and speedy to answer any of my questions.. Was convenient having various kids games, books, stroller, etc.. Was also very helpful having so many beach towels :) Definitely recommend a stay here!

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

Accommodations were perfect for my stay in Naples. Quiet neighborhood, great location, close to all Naples highlights.

I loved this place!! We had a really great family time. The property was very nice and clean which was super important to me because I went with my 5 months old baby. The host was super nice and gave me all the instructions that I needed before the check-in. I would highly recommend this place!!!!!

My fiance and I had a wonderful stay! it was a very beautiful/clean condo, had everything we needed, and the recommendations from the Hosts were on point! We stayed one night on the south end of Marco at a Hotel (on our last night) on the beach with ocean front view and let me tell you, we LOVED the Air BNB more than the Hotel stay and will definitely book with these Hosts over any Hotel again! Saw Dolphins off our dock every Sunrise and Sunset at the AirBNB! We cannot wait to come back to this Condo! Thank you so much for the amazing Hosts for sharing their Home with us. Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed a great long weekend at Kimberly’s place. Perfectly located to walk five minutes to the beach. Very clean, comfortable, and everything you need including beach chairs and an umbrella. The pool was pristine. Nicely updated interior and easy laundry facilities. We’ll be back.
