Vacation rentals with a patio in Ave Maria

Brian’s place was perfect! Clean, and easy to get to- close to everything! We spent a couple of days in town for Memorial Weekend. The apartment is close to Marco Island(24 min drive), and 12 mins from the Naples public beach access. The apartment felt homey, it was clean, the kitchen was perfect to make quick breakfasts before heading out to daily adventures. We appreciated the keurig and coffee! The backyard was handy to let the dog loose a bit and do her business. We ate out several times, but Saki stood out if you are looking for sushi and Japanese cuisine.

What a great stay! The hosts were responsive, the place was nice, and it was convenient for all the places I needed to go. Will stay again soon.

Amazing, definitely coming back

The apartment is connected to the hosts home. There is a designated parking spot and a private entrance. Unit was very clean and updated. 10/10. Only complaint is that there are no windows, so it can get very dark.

Very cozy place to say, clean and reasonable price. I definitely stay there again next time I travel to the area.

Fabulous property in quiet corner of the Bonita Springs neighborhood. Beautifully remodeled home with all the conveniences and attention to details providing lots of extras for your stay. Screen covered pool with jacuzzi and relaxing outdoor living space. We loved the reclining family room sofa! Easy bike or drive to beaches, shops and restaurants. One of the nicest properties we have rented. Does not disappoint.

Claudia’s kindness was overwhelming in a time of need. My mother had passed and we needed a nice quiet place to celebrate her life. This was the Perfect place a beautiful home for a beautiful mother. Very accommodating, easy to talk to, responded within a reasonable time. Looking for an easy access, clean, fun stay here it is within minutes of food, shopping and great restaurants. And a host that made you feel at ease

Beautiful house with everything that you need, close to the beach. Supermarkets a short drive away. We were only four people but should be great for big families including children. Having bicycles, beach chairs, coolers, among other things for the beach available for guest was a really nice touch.

We had a really great vacation at Michele’s house. The pool area is huge and very well furnished with a variety of seating areas. Very relaxing! The pool has a lake view and excellent privacy. We had everything we needed and Michele was extremely responsive and informative throughout our time there. Highly recommended!

We had an incredible stay - truly one of our best vacations! The home was perfect: beautifully maintained, comfortable, and in a great location. Amy was amazing - responsive, thoughtful, and extremely helpful, especially when our flight was delayed. She went out of her way to accommodate us, which we really appreciated. She also provided fantastic local restaurant recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. We’re already thinking about our return and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous home! The house had everything we needed. Ross really thought of everything. This place really goes above & beyond. The amenities are top notch. Our family really enjoyed the outdoor space. The fishing poles, kayaks, outdoor TV, Sonos speaker system, outdoor kitchen, & pool really make this place one of a kind! Can’t say enough about how proactive & hospitable Ross is as a host. We were in town visiting family & we could not be happier with choosing Ross’s space. The best AirBnB in Cape Coral! We will definitely be returning next year! Thanks again Ross!

This was our first time visiting Marco Island with my husband, 5 year old son and 2 year old daughter. We do not have enough great things to say about how much we loved our stay at this house! I think it was in an absolutely perfect location to the beach and local amenities, we had a great time hanging out in the private pool by our little one was napping then would walk down the street and out to the beach every night for the beautiful sunsets. We will definitely be back.

This home was beautiful, the open layout was great. The bedrooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable. We spent the entire time on the back deck watching tv and hanging by the pool. The weather was not in our favor so the covered porch made such a difference for us. Highly recommend staying here. The host is very responsive and very kind. We enjoyed our recent stay at this condo - the views were beautiful, you can watch the sun set from the master bed! Some highlights were beach proximity (building is on the beach you just have to cross the sand for 10 min to get to the water), great responsive host, good value, proximity to restaurants & grocery stores, and cleanliness. There were beach chairs, wagon, big beach blanket, and toys for little ones in the unit which was very convenient. The bed in the main room was comfortable and bathrooms had all the essentials. The unit could use some cosmetic updates, but that did not impact the overall enjoyment of our stay. Overall, a great option for a Marco Island vacation.

My two daughters and I took our first girls trip to Bonita Springs, we had an amazing time and Sally was an excellent host. Her Airbnb was just as pictured, very clean, cute and comfortable. The Airbnb had everything that was needed, extra towels, sheets, blankets, you name it. The kitchen had everything as well and she provided beach accessories which were very helpful. The location was great, and the views were amazing. We had an amazing time at the beach, enjoyed the pool and loved watching the beautiful sunsets on the beach. Sally was a great host and very quick to respond. We would definitely book with Sally again.

Beautiful condo. Even more beautiful than even then photos show. I will stay here again. You do have a distance to get a grocery store or restaurants.

I’ve never experienced a more helpful and easy going host- wow! She drove miles away to a bar my friend and I were at to give us in person instructions, beach passes and keys. Everything was perfect, super comfy beds, clean and walking distance to restaurant and bar next door that was a blast. We even got to see a mama manatee and a baby right in the little canal outside our door. We had a little car trouble and she was more than gracious to let it stay there until it could be picked up and even included a late check out. Townhouse furnished with all you need. I’m definitely coming back here- Nathalie is awesome!

Place is just as described. We had a small hiccup but the host responded immediately and was able to fix it quickly. I am frequently a visitor to this location and book here often. Definitely recommend it.

We went for 4 days and it was absolutely amazing! Walk right across the street and there’s the beautiful beach. Lots of restaurants very close. We had the best time. Rammel was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend. They have everything at the condo for the beach. Coolers, cart, chairs, towels, umbrella. We will definitely be back! Thank you again!!

We had a great 3-night stay at Rose's place. The bed and furniture is comfy, and we had everything we needed for a beach weekend. Rose provides beach umbrellas, a wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, etc. The extra fans in the place were nice too (the AC works well, I just like extra fans). This is a 9th floor studio apartment in the third tower (of 5) from the beach in the Beach and Tennis Club. The screened-in balcony/patio does have a view of the water as well as the road and other buildings, it is a bit of a side-view (not full-on facing the ocean). It is about a 5 minute walk across the parking lot and a road to the public beach access. We were glad for the wagon provided! Doc's Beach House restaurant is right there and we ate there once (it was good). It was nice to find some cold waters in the fridge as well as some shampoo and body wash in the shower when we arrived. The lobby of the building is under construction from hurricane damage but no noise while we were there.

Loved this space, great view and serene. Beautiful sunrise from the balcony. Comfy bed. Kitchen had everything you could need. Appreciated the beach chairs and cooler. Host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back to Marco Island soon!
