This place is 1000% worth it! Exactly as described and VERY much at home with all the extra amenities. Tonya provided cookies that were OUT OF THIS WORLD (literally some of the best cookies I’ve ever had).

Nice place. Very secluded and peaceful. Extremley clean as well. Owner was very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend this property to anyone.

i want an Airbnb rental to be clean, in a safe location and for the owner(s) to be responsive. All of that was true for this space so for what i needed this space worked very well. the bedrooms were roomy, clean and comfortable. the house is a short ride to many places to eat and visit.

if you're ever in Denver you and another person this is the perfect space for one or two people everything is where you need it it's not far from nothing it's quiet it's Christine it's beautiful air flow just right never have I been in a Airbnb like this one. Diana really is a great hostess and her Airbnb is a thousand out of A thousand. worth every penny!

Great spot! Very walkable neighborhood and great shops near by. Make sure you have all THREE lock codes before trying to get in. After I figured out the place had THREE lock codes I felt very safe. Apartment is also a lot bigger than pictured so that’s a plus.

Harold was friendly and responsive. The place is cozy. and very well located. They had all kinds of amenities and local recommendations. The place was attractive, organized and very clean.

Highly recommend! Perfect for me whilemu floors were getting refinished. So functional and cute and cozy! You can tell Mish has put ao much effort and thought into the little details. And the whole place was very private and peaceful! Lived it, thank you Mish!

Favorite place we’ve stayed through Airbnb. Perfect for anyone but especially queer folks looking for a community vibe while away from home. ❤️ Hosts were amazing friendly, helpful, and communicative. They really added sparkle to a great Denver vacation. We will return for sure.

Truly an amazing air bnb. The hot tub and the dry sauna really made it a 5 star experience. Their local recommendations were spot on; we hiked Roxborough state park about 40 min based on their guide book and it was magical. Perfect spot for a couple or family

great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

Clean, comfortable and attractive ground floor property in a good location for restaurants, shopping and concerts. It is near I-25. Greg was very pleasant to deal with and communicated quickly and efficiently. I already have the property reserved for a bit later in May.

The townhouse was perfect! Very clean and comfy. My fiancé and I tend to cook our own food as much as we can and the kitchen was everything we needed. Not much to do in the immediate neighborhood, but very quiet and just a short drive 10 min from the city. Definitely would stay there again! Bogusia was super friendly and always very responsive, even coordinated an early check in for us when we got into town earlier than expected.

Overall, this was a 5+ stay. From the very beginning, James was responsive and timely. We arrived to find the house spotless, well lit, music playing, and exactly as described/pictured…. Maybe even better. The kitchen was well equipped, linens were spotless and ample, and the neighborhood was quiet. 25 is just behind, so there was some road noise at times, but it was minor and really only noticed it 1 night. The house is beautiful and perfect for a group of family and/or friends. We would love to stay there again.

This is a lovely basement apartment with great amenities. The kitchen and the bathroom have everything you could need and a lot of thought has obviously gone into the place. Very comfortable for relaxing in the living room. A fun neighborhood for walking around and looking at the houses. Would definitely recommend.

The place was wonderful, loved the location and privacy. The carriage house was so cozy and comfortable. We felt the host were excellent communicators and very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend

We absolutely loved this place! It was our first time visiting Denver, and it exceeded our expectations. Jessica was incredibly communicative and shared helpful information throughout our stay. She even provided a coffee from Coda that my husband really enjoyed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience — highly recommend!

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

I had a lovely stay at Jaimi’s place! The location was beautiful, easy to find, and in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The space felt very private, which made it perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. There was also plenty of street parking, which made coming and going super convenient—definitely a plus! With this being a basement you can hear footsteps from upstairs when people are home, it wasn’t too disruptive and wouldn’t keep me from coming back. One of the biggest highlights was that Jaimi allowed me to bring my pup along for the stay, which I really appreciated. The surrounding area is full of great things to see and do, making it a fun and accessible place to stay. All in all, it was the perfect place for a quick weekend trip—highly recommend!!

Great spot for the weekend! Lots of good taco places near by. Michael was helpful and responsive if we needed anything. Would definitely come back another time.

Our stay was fantastic, thank you, Kenny! The house was just as advertised, the neighbors downstairs were quiet and friendly, and overall, our experience was wonderful. The yard was essential for traveling with dogs, and the neighborhood was secluded, making it perfect for daily dog walks. The linens and kitchen were clean, and the amenities matched the listing. We'll definitely return to visit and will book with Kenny again!

This was my second stay at Nanci’s, and so, it felt a little bit like home. Nanci is available and, at the same time, not at all intrusive. The place is very clean and has all I needed, (kitchen supplies, bed and bath linens) and more (tv, games). The location is ideal, just across from a beautiful public park, with a view of the mountains, walking distance to great places to eat and pick up snacks. So quiet at night! And yet very close (15 minutes or so) to downtown. Highly recommend! Highly recommend!

When reviewing anything, I find that the more nit-picky I am (where I feel like I’m almost making things up that are wrong), the better the place probably is. And let me tell you, it was hard to find things wrong with this place. Everything was wonderful. The host was great, the space was clean and peaceful, and it was close to lots of tourist locations! Truly couldn’t have asked for a better place while visiting Denver
