We do have space beside the carport to park a small boat. Only 1.4 miles to downtown where you can enjoy the nice restaurants, shops, and take a walk along the waterfront. Only minutes for River, Bay, or Gulf Fishing. 15 minutes to St George Island where you will find the beautiful white beach, Lighthouse and shops

A large gravel parking gives you plenty of room to bring your boat! smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, no cable.
