I love this little motel, it's so sweet. It feels very Tahoe-y while also being in the most convenient location and clearly very well maintained and well designed. Small, tidy, thoughtfully decorated room, and for a 2 night stay it was comfortable to share the bed with my friend. The bed and pillows and duvet was really comfortable. They had a nice TV, and the entire series of Harry Potter on Blu Ray in the drawer of one of the bedside tables 😂 We did not have a chance to take advantage of that but I love whoever's idea that was to include it! Super straight forward, great value, I will be recommending this place for sure. So grateful you guys had availability last minute for New Years, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Unbeatable price for the location and space! The place is small but perfect for two. More than enough space to walk around comfortably. The kitchen was great! Had a pot and a pan, cutting board, cups, coffee, utensils to cook and eat with. Really everything you needed. Salt and pepper were provided along with Pam cooking spray. Bed was super comfy, pillows were mid, if you’re picky, bring your own! The only downside for my boyfriend and I was the shower. A bit smaller than I anticipated. Overall great stay, would return!

Great location, central to every place you would want to go. Found it incredibly convenient to get around. Noise wasn't an issue despite being close to the main road.

Absolutely loved our stay. It was cozy, clean, and perfectly located near the lake. Our host was friendly, responded quickly, and was flexible with our check-out time. Would definitely book again!

The place was spacious and beautiful scenery. There was a few minor instances such as the second floor chimney not working, hot tub jets weren’t functionable, and the master bathroom shower tends to overflow. Aside from these minor instances, everything else was perfect!

We had a great stay! We've rented many condos in Kirkwood, but this was the most convenient. It's right by the lifts, you get a reserved garage spot, a ski locker big enough for a family, and even a fitness center. With the Murphy bed and fold-out couch, the studio was very efficient, as there was a lot of room once we put the beds away in the morning. We especially loved watching the snow fall and the snow cats work through the window. We'd rent it again anytime!

This was a great place to stay for our weekend getaway! Clear instructions for checking in and out, clean space, and very quick responses if anything was needed.

Cozy spot! Fit our family of four well. Nice to have the lobby and hot tub available to spread out a bit also. Great location with easy walk or shuttle to the lifts. Comfy bed and stocked kitchen! We would stay here again for sure.

This place was great for my two-night ski trip to Kirkwood. All instructions were clear, and the place is clean and exactly as described. The shower and bathroom heater were great after a long day of skiing. I prepped my meals in advance so the kitchenette worked fine for me. If you need to work remotely: There’s no desk in the room, but there’s a large communal area with WiFi, tables, and chairs (and a cozy fireplace) where I worked for a few hours. It was extremely quiet when I was there. Jessica was extremely responsive and flexible. I’d stay here again. Thanks Jessica!
