Carol’s Prattville Cafe is a few doors down & Plumas Pines Bar & Grill is a short walk away. Relax on the deck, throw some steaks on the grill, pour yourself a glass of wine, and take in the beautiful Lakefront view. Sorry but we do not have a dock. You may launch your boat at Plumas Pines Marina located 1/2 mile away. No early arrival unless pre-approved.

This 2 bedroom cottage is located above our garage. It's peaceful and quiet in our neighborhood. We offer 2 brand new beds and cozy bedding. The view at night is amazing. Sometimes it appears that you can touch the stars. The kitchen is fully stocked and if you need something extra just let us know. The best part is our location we are close to everything. Indian Valley Retreat

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living room. The inside was rebuilt in 2018. It is located in Indian Valley which is beautiful. Lots of deer, turkey, and bear. We rent only when we are in the main house or when our caretakers are there. The kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave. We provide a grill on the patio.

Chelsea our Host was Great! She was great at communicating and helpful with any concerns. What a Beautiful piece full setting, right on the water. Plenty of room, had everything we needed. We cooked dinner one night and a big breakfast the next morning. We were there for my nephew’s Wedding at 20 Mile House, about 15 minutes away. We loved it here.

We were a group of 5 college friends in the area for a wedding and we felt like we lucked out with this peaceful and cozy place! The house was well appointed in general and the kitchen was completely stocked. The stream was a little too cold for us to enjoy the swimming hole but in the summer, it would be a must! Ember and her family were extremely helpful and friendly as were their two beautiful Golden Retrievers!

We absolutely loved the space—such a beautiful cabin in the woods! The backyard was especially amazing; we had a great time around the bonfire under the stars. Everything about the place was fantastic, except for the hot water situation. Since we were a large group, the last few people had to take cold showers. Other than that, it was an incredible stay!

We were in town for a golf tournament and this house was in a great location right on the course. The house was exactly as depicted in the photos and exceeded our expectations. The host was extremely responsive and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again next year.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were blown away by how spotless, fresh, and beautifully designed this home is—everything is brand new and thoughtfully set up for comfort. It truly felt like walking into a custom-built retreat. The hosts have anticipated every need—from Q-tips and makeup-removing pads in the bathroom, to cooking oils, seasonings, butter, and every kitchen utensil you can think of. We were able to make full meals with ease, and the sparkling clean kitchen made it a joy to cook in. The tub is luxurious, and they even provided bath salts—such a thoughtful touch. The bathrooms were fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and plush towels. We especially appreciated having access to a full-size washer/dryer and being able to park both our cars in the garage—rare for vacation rentals! Communication before our arrival was prompt and kind, though we didn’t even need to reach out once during our stay—it was that perfect.
