The house was exactly as described and had plenty of additional supplies. The check-in process was seamless.

Excellent location, about one (1) block from the Downtown Mall and just around the corner from Court Square. Lots of restaurants and shops in close proximity. The private reserved parking spot in the back was a big help. We had a fantastic dinner at Lampo, nice lunch outside at Rapture, and the nearby Market Street Wine Shop is well worth a visit. Our dog also enjoyed the walks around the neighborhood. We would certainly stay at William's place again.

We loved staying at Leora's place. Would definately stay again! Me and my family were very comortable and loved the surroundings! My husband and I enjoyed a peaceful time on the canoes that were provided at the lake close by and really loved the scenery. When we were settled in after many outings, it was so nice to relax on the deck and screened in porch and also enjoy the board games that were provided. The place was very spacious and had everything that you would need. Wish we could of stayed longer!

The place was easy to find, quiet, very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed to get a good night sleep, make breakfast and leave for the day. Thank you!

Our spring weekend at the Critzer House was all that we hoped and more. Super clean and plenty of room for everyone to be together, and apart when we wanted; a gas grill to fix barbecue at home; and a lovely fire pit to enjoy in the evening. The location is perfect for those that want to enjoy all that the Nelson 150 Craft Beverage Trail has to offer. Can't recommend enough as the perfect place to stay!

Great house in Charlottesville. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Comfortable beds and a tankless hot water heater which is nice with multiple teens showering. Matt was very responsive to my questions and super quick to reply. We enjoyed walking down to the casual brewery Högwaller. Would recommend this house for a visit to the Charlottesville area.

Had a great stay at Hunter's place. We went with our family of four (kids 8 and 6) and some good friends, also a family of four (kids 8 and 6). The place was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space, nice kitchen, lovely living room, big bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. You feel right at home when you walk in, directions were clear, Hunter was very responsive, and Hunter and Sara provide some great local recommendations of their favorite things around town. Good value and I would definitely stay again!

Absolutely gorgeous grounds! We walked every morning and evening with our 14yo boxer, she loved it! Flower garden out front is adorable, cabin is really historic and charming. Close to a great country store/restaurant (Polly’s Folly) and a really scenic drive to Shenandoah (Rockfish Gap entrance). Also, check out the amazing wineries in the area, this was the ultimate getaway of mountain views and not worrying about a thing (ie work). I highly recommend booking, you won’t be disappointed!

Feels like home, well decorated that makes the stay cozy and comfortable. The kitchen has quartz countertop stacked with kitchenware to prepare a healthy home meal. They have everything I would need in my stay from a multi-device charging station, very fast internet, etc.

Tracy's carriage house is on a beautiful farm on top of a hill overlooking the mountains. We were close to everything we needed. It's beautifully decorated. I can't say enough but it felt like staying at a fine resort with pool, pool house, pickleball court, and areas for dogs to run. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area

The farmhouse was amazing for our all of our extended family celebrating our daughter’s UVA graduation. Tons of room in the cool historic house. Pool among the vineyards was spectacular (as was the wine!). Susan and Tim were great hosts - responsive and helpful. We would HIGHLY recommend the beautiful, peaceful spot for any group gathering.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful cottage with everything we needed. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. We rested and slept well on comfortable beds with soft linens. Our hosts think of everything for an ideal stay among beautiful surroundings. Every detail is perfect. This is where you want to stay in Charlottesville to see everything else close by - UVA, Monticello, Highlands, wineries, and wonderful shopping. And then back to the cottage to rest and relax or walk even more among the serenity and beauty of the rolling hills of Virginia.

Kervin was a fabulous host. we visited the area for my son's graduation and had a great time. The home is beautiful and the surroundings are very peaceful. Exactly what we needed.

We booked the cottage and the house for our extended family to stay at for our son's graduation. The property is beautiful and we had a great stay. It is a bit of a drive from Charlottesville, approximately thirty-five minutes, but we really liked the gorgeous area so the drive wasn't a problem. The house is historic and very well maintained. It is large and our entire family was very comfortable there. The kids loved the pool and spent all day there. The kitchen and dining area are quite large and well equipped and this made serving a large group very easy. Sam was extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property, particularly for a large gathering. We would happily stay there again.

We stayed at Diana’s place while visiting with our daughter for our annual apple picking trip. Her place was a bit far out away from things, which we expected. It was cozy and had everything we needed for the weekend. I would highly recommend this cozy cottage when you want to get away!

The cottage was lovely and located in a great neighborhood. Lovely furniture and very clean. Price lives next to the cottage and was available to answer our questions. Very dog friendly too. We would return any time.

This 3 night trip was part of our 2 week trip visiting family in VA. We chose this house because we have a small dog and thought the yard would be good to have. The house was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. Amy even left a nice little surprise for us. She answered all our questions and was very helpful. We enjoyed walking to the coffee house and being minutes from our son.

Words cannot describe the feeling of pure calm that comes over you when you arrive. This place is truly a treasure hidden in the woods. Once you cross the creek you leave the world and all your cares behind. The host pays attention to all the little details and it shows. We have stayed at quite a few places but this one is on our return list. We look forward to sliding up for a long weekend in the late fall or early winter. (Tip- be sure to spend 15 min reading the welcome package it is time well spent).

Perfect spot for me & my family for my reunion weekend. Walkable to UVA grounds, and great bakeries nearby. House was so cute and in a very quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again!

We loved the secluded cabin in the woods! It was the perfect place for us to stay while attending a nearby family wedding. The cabin has everything we needed (would have been nice to use the washer/dryer…). Beds are super comfy! We hope to come and stay again soon!

Eli’s place was comfortable, clean and cozy! The kitchen was well appointed, everything we needed was there. The space is filled with interesting books and art for all to enjoy. The surrounding grounds were private, beautiful and dog-friendly. It is convenient to UVA medical sites. We would gladly stay again!

What a wonderful place to stay for a short getaway. Conveniently located to several wineries. The furniture was comfortable, and the beds were extremely comfortable. My fiancé and I liked the pillows so much that we messaged them and asked where they got them from because we plan on purchasing some. The host went out of their way to make us feel at home. So much so that they left homemade banana bread on the counter with some fruit water and a few other items. Even the refrigerator was stocked with beers for you to try, some non-alcoholic. There were plenty of linens for everyone and the bathroom was clean as well . I would stay here any day over booking a hotel room!

The place is very cutely decorated with yellow accents which made it very cheery! She had water bottles and coffee pods available which was helpful with our late flight arrival.
