We would definitely go back... we were delighted with the Place … everything is beautiful

We were looking for a place to stay within 30 minutes to UF so we could attend our daughter’s graduation ceremonies. We were pleased with the location, home, and price point. It’s also minutes away from Lake Orange if you’re looking for a place to stay with adequate room to park a boat/trailer and truck. We’d stay again.

We didn't get to enjoy all the house had because we were on the move the whole time we were there. But would love to go again! It was clean, and had all the extras to make you feel like you were wanted there. Hosts were great with our requests regarding pets, and we were very grateful. Definitely would recommend!

5 Stars - Exceptional Host! I’ve stayed at several Airbnbs, but Lisa was by far the best host I’ve ever had. She was incredibly communicative and responsive, which was especially important during our stay. The place was perfect for our needs—very clean and well-maintained. What stood out most was how thoughtful and accommodating Lisa was. My wife was scheduled to be induced at the hospital nearby, but when our plans were unexpectedly delayed, Lisa went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had a place to stay. She was so understanding and made everything stress-free for us. As a sweet gesture, she even got my little one a new toy and something special for our newborn daughter. That level of kindness was deeply appreciated. I highly recommend any Airbnb managed by Lisa. She made our experience memorable and stress-free, and I’ll definitely return if I ever need a place again.

The home was perfect for our weekend stay. The location is perfect and close to everything. There’s a park with a food hall and brewery right down the road and UF was really close by. The backyard was perfect to allow our dog walk around. They even had poo bags conveniently located in the back. The home had all of the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and was the perfect size for my small family. Rachel allowed us to check in a little early so that we could take advantage of the opportunity to do a campus tour which was an added bonus to our stay! The host even has a booklet with local suggestions which we found helpful. If we happen to be back in the area we will definitely rent from this host again.

My family and I definitely enjoyed the space. It's so cute and quaint. The neighborhood that it's in is nice and quiet too. When we arrived, we had no issues with getting in according to the instructions the host gave me (since it was booked under my name). In addition, I love the decorations in the house. I also like how each room had complimentary shampoo, conditioner, slippers to wear on your feet (I'm thinking because each room had carpet in them), etc. It was very clean when we arrived, and had a great homey feel to it. This was our first AirBnB in Gainesville, and I'm glad we picked this one. Go Gators!

I had a great stay at Wayne’s house. Very clean interior especially for a house that allows pets—it’d be nice if ALL pet friendly houses were this well maintained. Outside, the grounds were nicely landscaped—looked almost like a picture with the mature oaks and Spanish moss. Really nice brick house that kept noise out well. Nice friendly neighbors. Huge TV with a sports package and everything. Nicely equipped kitchen for homemade meals. Comfortable bed. Hard to say anything bad about my stay. Thank you Wayne for your hospitality and for such a nice, peaceful, and quiet stay.

Beautiful location with easy access to the local springs and University of Florida

Host was always quick to respond and was very helpful. The house was two floors and was very clean and shiny. Plenty of beds to accommodate the four of us. Nice private little backyard, access to the pool, and separate washer and dryer for convenience. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out and even included suggestions to do, see, and eat in the area. I would definitely consider booking here again if I find myself in Gainesville again.

This is a nice condo in a very quiet and peaceful area. Several restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. Other restaurants within a short drive. Grocery stores nearby as well. We attended UF graduation and although this condo was a few miles longer drive than something closer to campus, it is well worth it. Haile Village is a nice area in Gainesville. We highly recommend renting this condo.

We enjoyed feeding the animals. We brought apples and carrots for them. The baby goats are adorable, and Highland cows and donkeys and ponies! We rented a slip for our bass boat at Sportsmans Cove nearby. The fishing was not very good maybe due to time of year, but we caught a few small bass. The hydrilla is thick throughout Orange Lake. The Airbnb had a comfortable bed. We requested an additional portable heater because the one heater wasn't enough for both rooms, and it was immediately provided. . The induction stove has only one burner, but there is also a crock pot and an air fryer and outdoor grill. As other reviews stated, the dogs do bark in the mornings at times, and roosters crow very early. We used ear plugs at night which helped us to sleep. Don't miss the huge old Live Oak in their front yard that's hundreds of years old!

Tomy's house was a clean, comfortable, and spacious stay for our party of five who was in town for a family event. There was ample room for all of us to both sit together as well as to have privacy as needed. Nice pool area as well. Met Tomy briefly who was friendly and unobtrusive so never really felt he was nearby despite sharing the home with him. As a newer host we believe he is still 'dialing in' the overall experience [one sink didn't drain well, etc.] but these are minor details that I am sure Tomy can easily address. I would have no qualms recommending Tomy's comfortable home to anyone visiting Gainesville. He made the checkout very easy as well! We appreciate you sharing your home with us for three days!

Great place to stay. Pool was awesome. Only 15-20 minutes from the university.

Our stay at this house was exactly what we needed and hoped for during our vacation. The area was quiet but close enough to needed amenities like grocery stores that we had access to what we needed. The house was gorgeous and well appointed. Extra touches like available shampoo and laundry detergent helped greatly when we forgot something or as we tried to keep on top of clothing and towels for the kids during our stay. Even the simple ability to grab the provided garage door opener during our day trips made loading and unloading our vehicle much easier which, when traveling with children, is so huge. The master suite of this house was exceptional. There was so much space, and the shower and tub were straight from HGTV or Better Homes and Gardens. Leaving this house was nearly heartbreaking. I can truly say this place may be our heaven on Earth, and we cannot wait to come back for more trips in the future!

We had our daughter’s first birthday here :). The entire experience was absolutely perfect! The backyard and pool was everyone’s favorite area to spend their time. The beds felt like heaven!!! The kitchen and closets were stocked with anything you needed! We found a dog feeding mat and a pack and play for additional babies!!! We will be booking this home again in the future! Overall, 5 stars!!! The host was so kind and accommodating!!! I really can’t brag enough!!!

I had a fantastic one-day stay at this Airbnb. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze, even for a short stay. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the little touches like fresh linens, coffee, and local recommendations. Although it was a brief visit, everything was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick, hassle-free stay!

Awesome relaxing space for a small group to enjoy. The kitchen and living area are perfect and completely useful for everything you would need. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve slept in at an Airbnb. Great stay!!

Easy access with designated parking spots right out front. Next to Butler Plaza area with all stores you may need incl two Publixs. Quiet apartment complex. Large bedrooms. Good value and would stay again

The location here seriously cannot be beat! We LOVED walking down to the Haile Village Center to enjoy the area and pick up various meals and snacks from the restaurants. The condo had plenty of room for our traveling group, was in a nice & quiet area, and overall was just fantastic. We had a great time and can't wait to come back.

Cozy little home on the outskirts of Gainesville- close enough to be at the campus in just a few minutes but far enough to escape the traffic and be immersed in a nice country vibe. Pizza place a few minutes away was perfect for a late dinner. I’ll most likely rebook next time I visit my UF student.

This is a great play to stay. Very peaceful and quiet. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Beautifully kept vintage cottage with original wooden floors from the 1940’s very comfortable and warm atmosphere Located close to downtown and campus I also enjoyed having my dog with me and we walked the neighborhood every day. Ananda is very friendly and responsive to all communications.
