My stay at Depot Village was great! I would definitely recommend this place 100%. It is located in a great part of town, very close to everything you’d want to be close to. Our host was very helpful and very responsive as well. Made us feel at home!

Although I am personally not a country girl by any stretch of the imagination, my boyfriend ( whose birthday we were celebrating), loves this type of rural, private, ranch setting, so it really fit the bill. We appreciated the space, loved all the antiques furnishing the home, it was very comfortable in every room, yet had modern amenities like tv/movie channels, updated kitchen and baths, etc. The whole place was so peaceful and relaxing, from the back porch with rockers and small table for breakfast, to the long winding road with the horses behind the fence. Very unlike any other Airbnb we have tried before ( usually in a coastal setting) but we really enjoyed. The town of Micanopy was quaint and we loved visiting the antique and art shops there. We are not foodies, so were not bothered by lack of restaurants nearby and went to Gainesville for the birthday celebration to a wonderful steakhouse. All in all, a good choice for us… glad we made it.

This Airbnb was an awesome find! The location was fantastic—perfect for the price and just under 15 minutes from the local springs, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, adding to the overall relaxing experience. The house itself was pretty good—spacious, comfortable, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. A couple of small updates would make it even better, like replacing the showerheads for a fresher feel and fixing some of the outdoor lights to enhance the backyard ambiance. Overall, it was a great stay! The combination of a prime location, affordability, and a welcoming atmosphere made it well worth it. With a few minor improvements, it would be absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, tranquil setting. Apartment had everything we needed and more. Lesley was very responsive without being intrusive. We will return.

We loved our stay at William's home. William was very accommodating and was excellent with communicating. We needed a place big enough to house our out-of-town relatives for a funeral. Having many rooms/bathrooms with alot of options helped make the funeral arrangements run very smoothly. This home is located in a very tranquil location and I would love to go back some day to really enjoy the lake access. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the big kitchen in this home. Thank You William for having us.

This couple was so welcoming and friendly. It almost didn’t feel like an airbnb, more like I was visiting distant relatives. They were very friendly to my son, even asking him if he’d like to help gather eggs from their chicken coop. It was just overall a great experience especially with the arcade downstairs.

The cottage is adorable. I wish I had known about this cottage earlier! I have made multiple trips over the years to attend classes at Chi University. It has been a challenge to find a place to stay that is convenient, located between the airport and Chi University, is quiet and has a nice table to sit at for studying - with plenty of room for notebooks and a computer. This was absolutely perfect. I am hoping it will be available for future visits!

Nice clean space for our quick weekend getaway. Bhishma provided clear instructions to help us arrive. We kept in touch letting him know we would be late arriving. He made sure the lights were on and the outside was nicely lit to provide Easy access to get in. Tidy and lovely space to relax, comfy beds made for a great night sleep. We drove through the small towns, enjoyed our time roaming through the quaint antique shops then to Gainesville for a little shopping and supper. Thanks Bhishma for a wonderful place to stay.

One of those stays you don’t really want to review…. Because you don’t want it to book up!!! Great place, clean and comfortable. Delicious donuts right across the street. Close to all activities. Thanks for being such responsive hosts
