Vacation rentals with a sauna in York River

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were outstanding, the staff was also outstanding.

Dylan communicated quickly and thoroughly even with a last minute reservation. We didn't have any issues that needed to be addressed. The place fit my family of seven very well. Lots of space with 3 bedrooms and 2 pull-out couches. The location was very nice, being close to all of the popular destinations in the area. The pools were very busy and could be cleaned better, but the kids loved the arcade and movie theater. The resort really wants to sell a timeshare to you, but I just stuck to my guns. We would have no issue staying again.

Elizabeth was a wonderful host. She was friendly, informative and responsive. This was our 3rd stay at Kingsgate and it never disappoints. It has become my kids (13,15) favorite place to visit. They tell all their friends. There are tons of activities, including a movie theater. We found out recently that the outdoor pool is heated so you are not limited to just the indoor pool during the colder months. They have a wonderful pool side bar and grill. My kids always ask for the slushies :-). The room is nice and spacious. Even the pull out couch is comfy! It has a full size kitchen with everything you may need. I love the little nook in the master suite, ideal for reading. The balcony is great to enjoy your morning coffee or the peaceful evenings. There is plenty of space for everyone. We never feel crowded. It is the perfect family getaway no matter the age. I highly recommend this property and look forward to checking out other Wyndham properties as well.

Great host! We enjoyed our stay and had lots of activities at the resort to do. It worked well for what we needed.

Our son had a baseball tournament at Williamsburg, VA so we made it a short family vacation. We had a fantastic family stay here. The location was perfect; it was close to local attractions and convenient for family outings. The place was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with everything we needed. The host was responsive and proactive. Kids enjoyed the nearby parks, and we appreciated the peaceful neighborhood. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we'd highly recommend it for families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Loved the condo! Great space while we waited for our new home to be ready. Enjoyed all the amenities and options on site. Nicholas was also great to ensure we got in and were satisfied with everything!

Very nice place. The unit has everything you need. Is close to the city. Robert was very helpful. We don’t used the facilities and did not go to the activities for being short time but they have a lot. Great place.

Sherri was an amazing host. She was responsive and accommodating. Her place was exactly what we need for our short stay- clean, welcoming, plenty of room and the view!!! The views were amazing- right on the beach, with beach access, and we could sit in our bedroom, the living room or the balcony and have up front, close and personal views of the beach! I will DEFINITELY be booking with Sherri again. Definitely.

Location was perfect! Condo had everything you needed. Anthony was spot on with any requests or questions I had! Definitely would stay here again and recommend.

This condo was everything it said and more! LOTS AND LOTS of space for our family. Lots of privacy and security. Loved the gated entry to the resort. We also really loved the amenities, especially the outdoor, resort style pools and mini golf. And REALLY thankful for a washer and dryer! My one downside (that doesn’t really affect my review, just more of an FYI for future guests) is that there was only one hot pad and one dish towel in the kitchen. Made it kind of hard to take something out of the oven. So, bring your own so you’re prepared.

We had a wonderful getaway at this vacation home! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature, with plenty of cute shops and charming spots to explore nearby. The house itself was very comfortable and well-suited for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

We stayed with our family and friends for a long weekend. Lucy’s place was amazing and had enough space for all of us. The property is amazing and the little sandy beach was perfect for kids (and adults). Lucy had great recommendations, including a great masseuse that made house calls. The house was great for us to cook through the holiday weekend and lots of amenities. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely had the best time and the house is just what we needed for all of our family! We enjoyed the pool hot tub and sauna and all the space!!

A great place for a quiet getaway! my husband, dog, and I spent 6 days here relaxing and recharging and it was so restorative. We cooked breakfast in the well-stocked kitchen every morning, enjoyed the coffee bar Christine has set up, and loved sitting on the patio, by the fire, in the sauna, and hot tub. There was a lovely snack basket with organic treats on the counter when we arrived. The linens are all 100% cotton, with plenty of backup towels, sheets, and blankets in the closet. The house was stocked with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, lotion. If you're looking for restaurants and to be-bop around, this might not be the place for you. The house is in a very small town. But we knew this and loved the peace and quiet. We mainly stayed on the property. But also enjoyed walking at Zoar State Forest.

Sue was a great host, and her place was just as she described. The location was perfect, very close to Williamsburg attractions.

We rented this beautiful home for 3 weeks and had numerous visits by kids, grandkids, and other relatives during the time. JB was very responsive and helpful, including all the documentation at the house. Weather was perfect(well, two hurricanes passed far to the west and east) with little rain and small effects to the tides/seas. House and sun-room are great for in-climate weather!!The kayak was a huge hit with the younger visitors especially when the bay was "like glass". Restaurant recommendations were spot on with Hook@Harvey being at the top. Thanks JB/Jing for letting us use your fabulous residence for our reunions!!

Wonderful home. Brandon and Bethanie were very accommodating to our unique requests. We housed a group of pilots visiting the Miliary Aviation Museum and they all said that this was one of the nicest Airbnb's they had ever stayed in. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful property. Wonderful host. Very quiet and the beach was perfect. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. An excellent place for our weekend getaway. Highly recommend.
