We had a wonderful stay at Patriots place. The resort was immaculate. The pool area was beautiful. My son really enjoyed making s’mores at night. Overall we had a great getaway.

Dylan communicated quickly and thoroughly even with a last minute reservation. We didn't have any issues that needed to be addressed. The place fit my family of seven very well. Lots of space with 3 bedrooms and 2 pull-out couches. The location was very nice, being close to all of the popular destinations in the area. The pools were very busy and could be cleaned better, but the kids loved the arcade and movie theater. The resort really wants to sell a timeshare to you, but I just stuck to my guns. We would have no issue staying again.

Once you get through the time share business at check in the stay is excellent!!!! Facility is amazingly clean and updated compared to other places in Williamsburg. Very very wonderful!

We had a great stay at Eddie's place! Very close to restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. The unit we stayed in was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed during our stay. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable and clean!

Super happy to have stayed at Michael's place for our Busch Gardens weekend. This was our 1st airbnb and Michael made it a great experience. From the start, Michael was very timely in his responses and his communications were helpful and friendly. Check in was easy, even at 10:00pm and we found Michael's place to be perfectly clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

The resort was great, had activities that my kids enjoyed. I was very happy with the 3rd bedroom lock off as it allowed the teenagers to have their own space. However, I was not aware that we would have to attend a timeshare presentation, or pay a $60 fee. I was told at checkin and was also told it was 90 mins and be there at 9am. Even though I was upfront about not wanting a timeshare it still took me 2 hours and 39 mins to get out of there which wasted my entire morning which happened to be one of the only two sunny days of the week. Loved the place, would stay again but didn’t like how there was a requirement of my time.

Greg was super friendly and responsive. He was so helpful and his place was so nice! It’s especially great if you are going to Busch Gardens because it is so close!

Incredibly responsive host and beautiful brand new appearing house. As advertised (including several questions I had asked before arrival for planning purposes). Unusually large house that literally swallowed up our 16 adult, 2 infant family for sleeping, eating and playing games. Lots of parking for 6 or 7 cars and lots of flat panel televisions (we only used the one in the shared space downstairs - streaming and airplay). Adequate garbage & included toilet paper, tissues, paper towels and some coffee fixings. Downsides are that the house is on a very busy main artery (route 60). Some of the traffic noise penetrates the house on the road side (although fortunately some of my family are used to living and sleeping in cities with plenty of noise). Pulling in & out of the driveway (and walking) requires care on the busy street. Driveway is not well marked (hand painted house number sign at ground level). Late (5pm) checkin & early (10 am) checkout. Perhaps a little pricey for area.

Book it! Better than the photos and description as it comes fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach and the bay - beach chairs, sand toys, kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, and more. We pulled up for our 4 night stay and never needed to leave. Perfect entertainment for young family with small children and grandparents. Host is stellar - very accommodating and responsive. This rental is a little piece of heaven

Charlene is a wonderful and very responsive host. This was our second time staying there when we visit Williamsburg. The location is great and only a few minutes from everything. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We look forward to staying again in the future.

It was perfect for my friends and I. We relaxed, stitched, visited Williamsburg, the antique mall and the cross stitch shop. ALL very close.

Exactly how it was advertised! We felt at home with everything you could have needed. The fenced in backyard was great for our pup and we enjoyed sitting on the deck. Everything we wanted to do was close by. Busch Gardens was maybe 10 mins away from the house and was so nice to be able to leave the park, go home and have a nice lunch and break. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to be in the area. Lots of places to eat in the area as well.

Great stay in Newprt News! Charlie is a welcoming and engaging host. Great property for the price, especially during a holiday weekend. Very responsive and willing to work with you when things come up. A definite must have next time in town.

This house and property is really special. It is a beautifully maintained and renovated old house, and has great views of the woods and the creek. We enjoyed evenings on the beautiful porch taking in the views. The house itself was well appointed and clean, with minimal/essential furnishings. A few other reviews did mention the noise from the highway and it is true—though it did not disturb us except for in the night, when an occasional loud truck might pass. It was a great base for my family and two small dogs to explore the local sights. Would definitely consider staying here again.

My family and I loved our stay. We usually book 2 hotel rooms, but having the full kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 full baths, and 2 separate bedrooms worked so much better for our family. My baby was even able to take her naps while we enjoyed playing games and baking. There are also many attractions in the area and lots of good restaurants.

Amazing experience! communication was amazing! I'm a firm believer that communication sets the tone for an experience. The resort is beautiful! the amenities were top tier. The biweekly poolside party was a hit with the family. We felt safe and very welcomed. Great experience!

I picked this place because of all the amenities it has to offer to keep my family entertained. The level of service exceeded my expectations from the check in and check out. There is so much to do just in the property it self that we cooked all our meals at the condo by shopping at local grocery stores. The place is so spacious and it really felt at home! The property is gorgeous! I had 5 children and 2 adults and not once did I feel like we were crammed or stepping over each other. There was so much room! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and we really appreciated the in unit laundry. The outdoor pool is amazing and so peaceful! There is plenty to do and the PERFECT place to get some relaxation and quality family time. Beyond happy with my stay!

We were very pleased with our stay. Check-In was very easy with plenty of text notifications. Check out was easy as well. We were greeted by Club Wyndham timeshare staff and invited to attend a presentation, but the offer was very friendly and not pushy at all. It was a very good experience, and we would love to stay again. We visit our Aunt who lives in Ford's Colony and found this location we'll suited for all of Williamsburg.

Gated compound with a lot of amenities to enjoy. Host is responsive and proactively reaching out to provide information.

this is a great place to stay. Roomy and comfortable. Having three bedrooms and four beds is a real find! The communication about check-in was great. We would love to stay here again.

Loved the condo! Great space while we waited for our new home to be ready. Enjoyed all the amenities and options on site. Nicholas was also great to ensure we got in and were satisfied with everything!
