If you’re looking to stay in Portland, this is the place! Everything about the property was pristine. It felt classic and elegant, but with modern touches. Directions were easy and clear, linens and amenities were fantastic, and communication with the host was always very prompt. It’s located on a beautiful quiet street, but only 5-10 mins to downtown Portland and the bridge over to South Portland. Don’t hesitate to book this place for your next stay.

This place was perfect for our annual getaway. It was very spacious/comfortable for 4 guests and is in walking distance to several restaurants, shops, bars, and attractions. I highly recommend staying here!

In our visits to Biddeford, we've been fascinated by the mill history of the town, and the "tenements" that were built over a century ago to house mill workers. Our apartment was probably built for this purpose, and just has an intriguing feel; sitting in the dining room early each moning, I gazed out the window imagining Mount Vernon Street filled with people walking to their jobs at the mill- which now houses a fascinating museum, restaurants, unique shops, small businesses. Chris' place was delightfully designed with modern, shiny kitchen (fully equipped) and sparkling clean bath, and nicely restored original living and sleeping spaces, with old hardwood floors. Eclectic original art, prints, carvings, accent pieces from around the world and hand-constructed wood furniture lent such a creative vibe to the home. An added bonus was a bookcase filled with interesting books on varied subjects. We felt so lucky to have found this cozy, historic Biddeford apartment for our visit!

Kind host and left us eggs from her chickens in the refrigerator. Quick to respond when we needed anything.

Our stay in Old Orchard beach was perfect! The host was exceptionally helpful and responsive. The house was great and had everything we needed. I hope to come back to Old Orchard beach, I’ll definitely be staying here again!

We loved this place! It was incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Conveniently located to Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Wells by car. The bed was very comfy. Everything you need for a great stay. We definitely will go back!

This was the first airbnb stay I had and Tripp made it so easy. This was the perfect weekend get away for me and my friends. 10/10 of definitely recommend!!

Very helpful when needed help around the house. Some places of the house has guidance on how to use specific things. Very good and quiet location, definitely would come back

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. The host was very accommodating with any type of situation related to our questions and concerns. The owner was engaged with us for our entire stay and did whatever she could to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone who expects a courteous and respectful environment for the whole family!

A group of six of us stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend. This is a wonderfully preserved and cared for old home that was built in the 1700s. It's been modernized with a good kitchen, very nice stove, and updated bathrooms. There is a big room with a wood burning fireplace and a separate big room for TV watching. The house is spacious and comfortable. We were able to bring a turkey and supplies and the house had everything we needed to make a full Thanksgiving meal. The location is great. It's a short walk to town and Kennebunkport has great shopping, restaurants and things to see. There is also an access path to a walking trail right next to the house. Mike and Kate and their crew were very responsive to our questions and quite helpful as we looked for places to buy cooking ingredients, including a fresh turkey! We'd love to go back in summer months but this is a great cold-weather getaway too.

the house was very clean and was EXTREMELY well stocked...water bottles, spices, k cups with creamers and sugars to comfy throws and a well stocked game room for kids. I was very impressed !!

The home is beautiful. Everything was very clean and we found exactly what we needed. I love the entry with small mudroom area, the living room was cozy, ( We were hoping to use the fireplace because we don't have them where we live, but it wasn't working. However, the heaters were fine and it didn't pose an issue at all with comfort and the host did say it was scheduled for repair.) We found the neighborhood to be nice and enjoyed walks in the morning before heading out. We did expect more of a walking town with eateries and shops, but we ended up driving to other areas to eat. The host recommendations and clear instructions about the stay. From booking til checkout, the host was very responsive. Laundry was a bonus and it was nice to make coffee and eat a light breakfast at home. Overall it was a very lovely stay. Note: no cable tv, but you can watch with your streaming apps. Note that both showers are upstairs, but they are great showers.

Nice place for 2 to stay for a few days for a graduation. Even though the place was small, it’s well organized and had everything you need.

This Location is PERFECT! Clean, easy to access, private, and right at the beach!! It’s a little small, but fit 4 people fairly comfortably! Definitely recommend for a quick getaway location. (Great location for the Maine Coastal Marathon race).

We had a great weekend in Wells. 5 minutes to the beach and right next to Congdon’s donuts. Plenty of space for the two of us. Would’ve enjoyed the pool and hot tub if the weather was better. Highly recommend.

We were very happy with the accommodations, it fitted our family perfectly. The curb appeal is lovely as is the brick historic home. The apartment is on a very quiet street, and within walking distance to where we wanted to go. The 2 parking spots were greatly appreciated as we were a group with 3 cars, one was able to find street parking right in front of the rental. We also needed the second 1/2 bathroom for our group of 6, which we have found is hard to come by in the Portland Old Port area. We would definitely stay here again and again.
