Fern Hollow is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. This new, very private apartment attached to our home is in a quiet and picturesque environment minutes away from Dock Square. It's great for couples, solo adventurers and families with one child. If you are seeking to spend the day at one of the beautiful Kennebunk beaches they are just minutes away. We are committed to environmental sustainability and the apartment is powered by solar energy. A new outdoor hot tub was recently installed in February, 2024! We look forward to your visit!

Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond, gym and tennis court.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is a cute apartment with plants that makes you feel like you are in the forest. Enjoy your own private one bedroom, one bath, with a private deck. Free off street parking. Located in Saco within walking distance of downtown. 7 min drive to Old Orchard Beach. We decorated with a Bohemian Treehouse style. Perfect size for a single person or couple. We brought some of our most cherished art and plants from our own home. Enjoy!

The Bungalow is a private, luxury, en-suite, small, out-building on the property of the historic Chapman House. The space includes TV, fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker, access to the seasonal pool, and year-round shared hot tub. We are owner-operated. Relax outside on the lawn or the patio, at a picnic table (in season), one of the fire pits, or under the fir tree. Emily's beautiful garden could be in bloom. Short drive to the Ogunquit/ york beaches, outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

If you've never stayed in Wells before, make your first stay at the oldest established property in Wells, dating back to 1604, but updated for today's modern needs with wifi, streaming, jacuzzi, grill, outdoor furniture, and hammock all within a short drive to Wells beach in a peaceful neighborhood on a dead end street. Let the Webhannet Falls and River lull you to sleep as they flow through the backyard and see the foundation of the historic gristmill and sawmill.

Enjoy a wooded retreat just minutes from Maine's stunning Fortune's Rocks beach. This newly constructed tiny home welcomes you for a memorable stay near the coast. We strive to offer a thoughtful balance between modern amenities and a natural setting. This space is perfect for two guests, with a maximum of four who are comfortable sharing tiny accommodations. We are pet friendly for an additional fee - one dog maximum per reservation.

Our cozy apartment is in the heart of the Seacoast of NH. A short walk to downtown Dover. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, bars! 20 min to Portsmouth and York ME. Stop at the Children’s Museum of NH and play at Henry Law Park. Check out the Woodman Park Museum and learn about the history of Dover, the birthplace of the TMNT’s. Or just stay home, Netflix and chill. Take a dip in the hot tub and rejuvenate yourself!
