It is a beautiful location, right on the beach. And the price was really reasonable for what we needed. Altogether a great experience!

I have stayed here many times. it is a historic place that has not been totally upgraded. That is why it is affordable. I hope it never changes. I always love staying here.

This was a great weekend getaway with our 3-year-old! Great beach walks nearby, good restaurants, and access to two indoor pools, and a playground within walking distance from our unit. Would definitely return.

A lovely inn, walkable to Nausett Beach and vey comfortable both amenity wise and COVID safety compliance.

check in process was easy, just like booking directly with a hotel. room looked like the pictures and was very clean.

The 2-bedroom unit is spacious and clean, and the location can’t be beat. Having a pool on site and also being right across the street from the beach was super convenient, especially with kids. The porch/deck was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink with an ocean view.

Easy to book, and the room was clean, staff friendly.

Great accommodation experience

My family had no idea what we were in for when we chose this cottage. But we were blown away with the property. All 3 of us, including my 20 month old son, had the best nights of sleep we’ve had in months. It’s so quiet, so dark, and so peaceful at night. The mornings are beautiful with a view of the Menemsha harbor on the patio. The entire island seems to travel to Menemsha public beach to see the sunset. You get a better view at the inn from the patio. You get access to the Lucy Vincent beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to and only residents or renters of Chilmark have access. My only regret is we didn’t have enough time to explore everything the area had to offer. I highly recommend bringing your car on the ferry or renting one. Uber is not reliable. Lyft had zero drivers on the island on the busiest weekend. A taxi ride to the inn cost us $80, one way.

Excellent old fashion motel. It was quaint with a nice waterfront. Enjoyed the rustic beach for a quick dip. The TV was excellent. Derek, allowed me to check in early and addressed any issues I had. I had a great stay. I would recommend this especially if you’re traveling solo.

In town and nicely renovated. We met a nice family and spent some time in the living area, which is very cozy. Can’t beat the location!

We had a fantastic time in Dennis Port! The place comfortably fit 5 friends and the staff was very accommodating when we asked for extra towels, etc. The location was perfect. Dave was very communicative and helpful before and throughout the stay. I would highly recommend!

Keith was a very responsive and welcoming host. The place matched the description perfectly and was conveniently located for getting around Cape Cod. The beach view/access was a plus!

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised. This place is cuter than the pictures represent. We would stay here again. The only minor problems we experienced - our name was not the one to use at check in - we had to put our credit card on file for any incidentals - a person came into our place during our stay to give us clean towels and empty trash which we did not expect. Fresh towels was wonderful but we had our wallets and jewelry out due to no safe. This is a different style Airbnb than we are use to, just needed clearer info for us. Overall loved it and will look for it next summer.
