All good. Had a minor plumbing issue, but she took care of it ASAP. Instructions were impeccable, concise, and relevant. Space was completely as expected. Very good deal for the location. They even store the empty Metro cards by the front door for use by future customers. I'd stay again if needing to go to DC in the future.

After communicating prior to booking this beautiful Airbnb, Jennifer was very responsive and helpful in allowing our boys to stay in her beautiful home. They attended a concert and needed a place to stay after singing their hearts out all night long to Post Malone. Both boys raved about how clean it was and how safe they felt and they were super excited about the snacks that she left them. Anthony even told me whenever we visit again that he wants to stay there again. Thank you so much for taking care of our boys.

Given graduation on the East coast, location in Arlington/proximity to Georgetown, size and location of Tyler’s home, the value was worth the price! Coming from the Midwest, all was intimidating at first, but we wanted a comfortable, substantial place that would provide true bedroom spaces and adequate bathrooms for each pairing in the family. Tyler’s place did that plus offered two living areas, a large dining and spacious kitchen for conversation, food spread, cooking, mingling, celebrating, etc. We couldn’t have been more pleased with all of the spaces!

I appreciate that the home was spacious, clean and beautiful. The host was excellent — we communicated regularly and the host was flexible when flight plans changed which helped my family manage the change and check out/check in. Fun items — the beds were wonderful and adjustable; the bathrooms were modern and sizable; host provided metro cards which made the first day of city travel very easy; the kitchen made for fun family breakfasts; and the neighborhood was really nice. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Absolutely fabulous airbnb in DC. Salem was a perfect, flexible, accommodating host. The garage is a huge help and the apt is so spacious. I loved it and would try to book it on every subsequent trip I take to DC.

Natasha is a lovely host, and the apartment is beautifully decorated. The newly created bathroom is compact and efficient, and the kitchen has a full range and a microwave, with appropriate dishes, pots and pans, a fancy coffee machine, and the extra bonus of a number of staples, such as vegetable oil. Parking on the street works well, though turning around (to park in front of the house) is a challenge during rush hour. The home is very close to Rock Creek Park, which afforded access to the upper reaches of Connecticut Avenue, NW, except during a heavy rainstorm one morning when Beach Drive flooded and I had to go out and around the other way.

Staying at Luam's place was great! The house looks exactly as it is listed. We wish the pool would have been available for use :( but all other amenities and accommodations were exceptional! The house came with a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking a great meal. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of my guests. There could be more mirrors in the house as the only mirrors were in the bathrooms and 1 large mirror in the living room and the beds were slightly hard but that did not take away from how amazing the house was. It was 20 minutes from DC in a quiet area. The perfect home away from home. Thanks, Luam for being so responsive and providing easy check-in instructions. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

The house was large and lovely in a serene setting. Perfect for families - the game room was a big hit. The weather was chilly but we were still able to use the (heated) pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Hosts were excellent to worth with. Would definitely stay again!

Doug”s house is exactly as described and his communication was impeccable. My family and I truly enjoyed celebrating my birthday at this property. The pool is huge and there are seven bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom has a sauna inside the room which was an added bonus. The only thing I wish they had was an additional full bathroom for 7 bedrooms. There is one in master and one in the hallway. There is nothing negative I can say. Even the cleaner, April was the best. I would definitely rent again and actually look forward to renting again 😊

This was the perfect city get away for a weekend trip! The location is great, in the country but also only 10 minutes from Middelburg shops and restaurants. The home was even better than pictured, especially the outside area. The yard, pool and outside seating areas were absolutely beautiful, just so peaceful. The home was absolutely lovely, very clean, comfortable and with all the amenities you would need, including in the kitchen. Really hope to come back, I would highly recommend this rental. This place is fantastic for a stay. Daniel is super communicative and quick to respond. Plus, the pool is impeccably clean.

If you want a peaceful, waterfront getaway, this is the spot. The house is very accommodating, and has a lot of amenities - the Breville espresso machine was a huge hit. But, even the espresso machine couldn't compete with the private dock. We spent our nights with relaxing down there with lines in the water. Everyone that attended agreed this AirBnB was perfect. And to top it off, the hosts were very nice and communicative. We could tell that they truly wanted to make sure our stay was a good one. If you are looking for a getaway stay in Stafford area, really consider this place.

This family home radiates warmth and the personal tastes of its owners. It is welcoming, and comfortable with an exceptional kitchen, good beds, and interesting art. Our family of 3 and our dog were here on business. After a tiring day, the informally landscaped yard was a private, serene oasis just minutes away from urban activity. And the pool is more beautiful than its picture. Patricia is a perfect host in every way. We recommend her home highly and would rent it again.

The location was ideal for my daughter’s wedding which was held across the street at Capitol Hill Baptist Church. The location was walkable to many restaurants, sightseeing spots and experiencing all of living on The Hill. The host was very responsive when I had an issue getting in the first time. If you what to stay close to all Hill events and enjoy the local area, stay here.

I would like to begin by saying that the photos truly do not do this property justice. The space was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully furnished—well-appointed without feeling cluttered, and perfectly suited to the layout. There was ample room to relax and enjoy the company of others without ever feeling crowded. The location is also ideal. While there is plenty to explore and enjoy in Waldorf itself, the property is conveniently located just about 20 minutes from Washington, D.C., making it a great home base for visiting the surrounding areas. This has, without a doubt, been one of my best experiences on Airbnb. The host was outstanding—attentive and helpful from the moment I booked through to checkout. She even checked in during my stay to ensure everything was going smoothly and to offer assistance if needed. I will definitely be returning to this location whenever I visit the DC/VA/MD area. Highly recommended!

We've stayed at Kopal's quite a few times - very peaceful neighborhood, very close to Lake Artemisia, which is lovely for walking, also very close to College Park. Great location. The house is always very clean, well-equipped and Kopal is so responsive.

We had a great one month stay! The unit was as described, with no exceptions. We enjoyed comfortable beds, plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and a gas grill that fired up on cue every time. We spent our evenings on the front porch listening to robins and admiring the beautiful hydrangeas that were in full bloom. WIFI was excellent, with the fastest upload speeds I have ever experienced. Note that the one bathroom is up on the second floor – a minor inconvenience. The location was superb. The unit is on a quiet side street away from the bustle of King St. Yet, you’re two blocks from the King Street metro stop and three blocks from a Whole Foods. A couple of restaurants are right nearby that have attractive happy hour options. There is even free trolly service toward and from the waterfront area if the one-mile walk is too much after a long day on your feet in Washington. We would definitely stay here again!

Felt like home. Quiet neighborhood with walking distance grocery store. Extra amenities. Very clean and I’m a clean freak.

The house was Amazing! We were able to make ourselves at home & cook together. Every single person was accommodated & all 8 of loved it. It was clean & looked just like the pictures, the parking was fine. We really enjoyed it.

This is my second time staying at Margaret's residence. It's definitely the best place for anyone who wants to take a break and recharge. As always, the residence was clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for cooking. The bedrooms are well-appointed. Most importantly to me, the proximity to the national parks and the downtown area makes this residence an ideal place to escape for a short break. I look forward to returning.
