Charming Avondale Bungalow

This very comfortable house was an excellent value and location for our one week visit to Birmingham. The cottage was a perfect size, and the fenced back yard was a welcome amenity for our small dog. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and we had no problem with any appliances. Switches, controls, and storage were labelled or intuitive. Some furnishings and fixtures could use an upgrade, but they were functional, clean, and comfortable. Like another guest, the keypad was not programmed for our check-in, but George responded and solved the problem quickly. All in all, this quaint and comfortable bungalow in Avondale was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. The hosts were responsive and directions for the stay were clear and complete. We will likely stay here again on a future trip to Birmingham.

I was looking for a place close to the grandview hospital and for that, Clint’s place suited me perfectly. It was a quick 5 mins drive. They had a gym that was perfect. The apt had all the amenities and wake up Birmingham are quite responsive to any questions and ready to help. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. We stayed for a month and had enough linen and all the utensils needed for cooking everyday. The beds are comfortable and it’s a great place. I only have one recommendation. If the garage fob can be placed along with the apt key in the lockbox it would be easier to just enter the garage with the car once retrieved.
