Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Wilmington

Everything was very good bdrm, 2 baths, waterfront! Dock to fish from! love the Morning/all day room for us. We enjoyed fishing and Bird watching, Eagles and Osprey among other, I know why the call it Bird River! Will definitely stay again. Hosts were very understanding of our changing plans, quick response times!

This was our second time staying at Evelyn's place. Evelyn goes above and beyond to make the place feel welcoming. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the house had everything we could have wanted in a home away from home.

Stayed with 6 children. This place is beautiful, spacious, and had everything that we needed. The location was great - private, but also just a 10 minute drive to grocery stores. Hosts are excellent communicators and you can tell they care about their property and the folks who stay here. Grateful to have found it! Would stay again.

Juliana’s home is a peaceful oasis in Lancaster! The creek views of cows and horses really makes you feel like you are in farm country. But, the benefit is that the house is super close to all of Lancaster’s attractions! We loved our time at the home—perfect for families with all the amenities you need for little ones. We hope to visit again!

This house and property are a dream. Spent the weekend here with a few friends for my 30th birthday and I couldn’t imagine a better space to gather with loved ones. The property is so fun and well-maintained, and we took advantage of the incredible amenities, specifically the pickleball court and fire pit near the pond. The house slept everyone perfectly. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels. The living room perfect for game night and cozying on the couch. I can’t wait to stay here again! Everyone had an amazing time and raved about the space. Definitely recommend going to September Farms nearby for food/coffee. Juliana was responsive, kind, accommodating, and helpful. Looking forward to returning soon!

what a beautiful home. Plenty of space, very clean and super comfortable. We came here to recharge from the holidays and that's exactly what we did. The views from the house are so peaceful...front and back. I loved watching the Amish buggy's pass by. Monica was very helpful and always answered any questions. Great restaurants and just so relaxing. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as pictured and was extremely clean! The check in was simple and check out was a breeze as well! The beds/linens for clean and comfortable and it was quiet to sleep at night. The house was 10 minutes away from where we needed to be for the weekend and was close to shops and restaurants. Kate was a great host, thoughtful and was responsive to messages. If we ever need a place to stay in the same area we will definitely stay again!!!

Took a trip to the Lancaster area with my mom, and our stay at Kathryn’s space was nothing short of wonderful; very clean, smelled fresh, spacious interior, and lots of privacy. Definitely will book this space in the future and highly recommend for others traveling to this area.

Really great stay! The one-bedroom was super clean and comfy—perfect for a relaxing weekend. The shower was awesome, nice water pressure and super clean. Loved hanging out by the fire pit at night, and the gazebo was a great spot to chill with a coffee in the morning. Would definitely come back.Actually this might be my go to air Bnb when i come to Philly. Thanks again for everything

I had a wonderful, easy stay at this cute little apartment. Parking was essential for me, as I was in the area for work and had to load and unload my vehicle daily, so that was a huge plus. The place was clean and simple, and the mattress was super comfortable. Also, the location was central to the needs of my business. I would rent this space again.

We stayed with Wayne and Kathleen for three nights and loved our stay. Its a cozy cottage that sits above a beautiful, whimsical garden. We actually bumped into Wayne a couple times - great guy who made us feel right at home if we needed something but didnt hover - the perfect balance! This couple has loaded this place with all the amenities you could ask for. We felt like we were staying at a upstate new england B&B. Highly recommended, we hope to stay again!

Posting for my friend who stayed (I'm a repeat booker but sadly couldn't make it!). She absolutely loved Luli's Peaceful Getaway! This cozy basement spot features easy parking, a huge TV perfect for movies, a fun Coke-themed dining area, and a full kitchen with treats. Plenty of beds and super soft towels too! Luli was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, leaving lights on for a late arrival and granting a late checkout post-race. My friend can't wait to bring her family back!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. It is just as described and how it looks in the pictures. Perfect for a romantic and peaceful getaway. The cabin was well furnished and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking which we like to do when we're traveling. It felt homey and cozy and the wooded surroundings meant we could see and hear lots of birds. It was also nice to be able to walk along the creek. The only real negative was the traffic noise from the nearby highway, but we decided that it wouldn't keep us from returning for another stay. And the cookies and fresh eggs on our arrival were a sweet bonus. Thank you, Donny and Michelle for sharing such a wonderful place with us.

Sue’s place had great views and that cozy cabin feel. She was a great host and was very willing to accommodate us. The Airbnb was exactly as it was described. The surrounding town was also beautiful and had excellent places to eat. Well worth the stay.

Alison’s home is beautiful. Spent two nights with the intention of spending a majority of our time relaxing in the space. The views from the loft bedroom are incredible (and appreciate that there’s so much room to walk around up there despite the pitch of the roof!). The hot tub was cozier than anticipated but absolutely lovely. A perfect spot to spend quality time with people you love or reading a good book! Will be back (if we can find available dates—it’s no wonder this place books up!!). Thank you!

The property itself is nothing short of remarkable. Winding paths lead you gently down to the water, where we spent time sitting by the stream, journaling, and soaking in the serene beauty. The porch off the kitchen became our peaceful yoga haven, suspended among the treetops, allowing us to move and breathe with nature all around us. Evenings by the fire pit were filled with laughter, simple meals, and heartfelt conversations under the stars. And every night, we closed our day on the lovely porch, listening to the symphony of nature as we sipped wine and reflected with gratitude. Words hardly do justice to how meaningful this experience was.
