We loved Hummingbird Haven. Yes it is rustic but it is also very charming and neatly maintained. It rained a lot while we were there with some strong storms but it was cozy dry inside, the birds sang and the creeks flowed with water making a beautiful sound. W loved watching the storm from the front porch. The place was also well appointed with everything we needed. Very thoughtfully appointed Was just a short drive from where we wanted to be. Restaurants in Bellevue, music in Leipers Fork and downtown Franklin. Would definitely stay again.

This is a quiet, peaceful setting and a very cozy little cabin, with enough space and comfort for two. The location was perfect for our plans to visit with friends and family in the area. Although close to the host's home, it faces woods and a stream, making it feel more remote. A very enjoyable stay!

Kirstin’s BnB was exactly what we hoped for— private, peaceful, and located in the beautiful TN countryside! Kirstin was a stellar host and made us feel right at home. We can’t recommend this spot highly enough. We will definitely be back!

It was an ideal setting for what I needed and close to Franklin where I needed to no. Elizabeth and Ricky were perfect hosts and the space was quirky, darling, unusual, comfortable, had everything we needed, it was just right!

Rented for my niece on her wedding night and they both loved it. They loved the chocolate covered strawberries left for them and it was very clean.

I really enjoyed my stay here! It’s small and cozy. Seth and Celi were amazing hosts. I would definitely stay here again!!

What an incredible find! This is a beautifully decorated-very clean place to stay for a couple looking for a getaway. The home lacked nothing for our stay and we were taken back by the eye for detail that Liz has put into this place. It was easy to find and so convenient to main street. A leisurely stroll past amazing homes with meticulously landscaped lawns and you're in the heart of shops and places to eat. We enjoyed the propane fire pit in the evening and anticipated the next mornings trip to Leiper's Fork, a short 20 minute drive away where we ate at "Foxx and Locke" that did not disappoint. Neither did the most beautiful countryside with rolling hills I've ever seen. I highly recommend this rare home for a stay in Franklin and look forward to our return visit in the future! Enjoyable stay! Location is close to Columbia, Spring Hill, Franklin & not far from Nashville, but this sweet stay is private, quiet, & relaxing. It’s a little off the main highways- on paved roads- surrounded by acreage/farm lands. The birds were singing outside each morning. Easy self check in, great communication, beautiful home. Clean & just as pictured. Highly recommend!

No sirens or noise just nature sounds morning and night. Saw lots of wildlife early am and late night. I stayed 15 days for business trip and it was perfect spot with all the necessary amenities. Full kitchen, W/D with a grill. Fully loaded with supplies and comes with DirectTV. Riah was terrific host, accommodating and super responsive. Definitely would stay here again!

The location is only down the road about 5 miles from Franklin but in the beautiful countryside. The BNB was so beautiful and peaceful. The bed and linens are very comfortable. We were only there one night but would love to stay longer next time. Our little dog loved it too and Alexa even delivered her some freshly made treats that she devoured! Shawn was very responsive. I highly recommend staying here!

Linda’s place was is so lovely! Both she and Wes were great hosts and made us feel welcome and right at home, checking to make sure we had all we needed. The cottage was so well equipped and comfortable. It was the perfect spot for our little family get together. I would highly recommend and hope to maybe stay again sometime.

Excellent stay, pictures were exactly as stated. Mark was very responsive and gave terrific recommendations. Loved feeding the chickens. We were there for a short time but had everything needed plus extras.

I stayed here with my two year old son for a little staycation and it was absolutely perfect. I loved the thoughtful touches (like outlet covers, ha) and kids' plates/utensils. It was a quiet, peaceful setting. The horse and donkey really were the highlight, my son loved going outside and watching them. Natasha was a wonderful host!

Cody was an AMAZING HOST. And wow you guys this guest house is impeccable. Our family of four stayed (two young children) and it was perfect for us. The high ceilings, beautiful finishes, and furniture really made this place feel SO big! The bathroom- out of this world. The shower was way beyond my expectations. The bedding, mattresses, plush towels, all exquisite. Don’t even get me started on the property. The land is breathtaking. Highly recommend and we will DEFINITELY be back!
