Waterfront vacation rentals in Wildwood

The area seemed very safe, and Universal was a 10-15 minute drive away. The apartment was very clean and pleasantly decorated. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Check out instructions were very reasonable. We would stay here again.

We’ve been here twice and are already looking forward to a third time, whether that be here or at their latest next door option!

Very nice efficiency-style apartment. The walkway is rocky and could be a tripping hazard, wouldn’t recommend walking on it in heels lol, but we had no issues. It took the hot water a lot longer to reach the shower than expected for the first shower taken, but it heat up quickly for all the other showers. We had all we needed and didn’t need to reach out to Sherry at all, but I’m sure she would have been accommodating if we did. Overall, it was a really lovely stay. Perfect for what we needed.

This was the perfect place for 2 adults and 2 tweens for our SeaWorld vacation. Loved that it was a gated community with everything we needed close by. Max & Ray provided all necessary details prior to arrival, including products that we needed to supply for a longer stay. One thing we would like to see is a Keurig coffee maker. There were no issues to report and we had a very pleasant/relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Max & Ray!

We had our 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration here. It was a beautiful place for friends and family with room down stairs to set up eat and enjoy the views and each other on our day. The Home inside was very clean and nice with enough room to be comfortable and enjoy our kids and grandchildren that night before they returned to college and work. It was everything we hoped it would be. Would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time with family. From fishing,games in the yard to quiet conversation with views.

We arrived a bit early and Marni responded quickly to our request to go in early. The house was very clean and comfy. The ac is ice cold! The kayaks were awesome and we had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

Home and surroundings were beautiful. Everything you could need was already provided floats, kid toys, pots and pans, toiletries everything. The home is located near hospital hole, Roger's park and only 10 to 15 min from bowling, restaurants and shopping. We were able to sit outside on the deck and watch all sorts of wildlife. First squirrels then fish then turtles and last but not least manatee. the manatee were just swimming by ,hanging out , and feeding right at the deck. We made memories that will last us a life time. The perfect place for kids and adults alike.

We absolutely loved staying here. The location was perfect for our needs- it was a beautiful, quiet area - the house was perfect providing all amenities we required and more. The kayaks are a brilliant addition allowing us to enjoy the water as well. Sitting out on the deck and balcony enjoying the early mornings was divine. We were glad of a car given the location but shops etc are not far. Phil was a terrific host responding to our queries very quickly. We would love to return again in the future.

This was a great unit. It was really nice being right on the water. Loved how it was decorated. It has a Florida style yet very stylish. 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms was perfect for us. The host was great. Would book again.

My husband and I stayed at Matt's Place and it didn't disappoint. It is exactly what he described in the details. We had our morning coffee on the pier to watch the beautiful sunrise and listen to nature waking up. Enjoyed some jacuzzi time and some BBQ. The Hammocks are a nice touch. Somehow I was under the impression it had a king or queens size bed, but the house is establish with 2 bunkbeds, which was perfectly fine and different. The location is sure "Nature pure" your are close to grocery stores and restaurants but when on the property it feels you are far away from everything. Kitchen was organized and equipped enough. We forgot charcoal but went to the local Publix to grab a bag...it was a very nice experience. Unique with the amenities Matt Offers...It was a warm welcome and easy access. This was the perfect place for my mom, stepdad, and myself to stay while I was househunting. Every time we thought of something we needed, we looked and there it was. The location and the views were relaxing and convenient to tons of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had a wonderful Sisters and Mom weekend at Joey's place. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to make great meals- which we did. The views were amazing and we were able to catch some beautiful sunsets. The beds and showers were very comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room inside and outside for everyone to spread out or gather. The place is bigger and better than the pictures share and did not disappoint. We would definitely re- book Joey's place in the future.

Condo was spacious and had what we needed. Showers had good pressure. The king bed was very comfortable. There isn’t any streaming, only cable and the WiFi wasn’t good, but we had a great time. The pool is really warm and huge so we really enjoyed that. It’s really close to anything theme park related, Disney Springs, etc. The balcony was fantastic with a very relaxing view.

Our stay was very refreshing and just what we needed to escape the cold weather here in Michigan. Shane made everything very easy with clear instructions and everything that we needed. He made us feel right at home, He was always responsive in a quick manner when we had questions. Will definitely revisit his condo and will share recommendations.

Our stay here in Davenport was excellent. The resort and condo had everything we wanted and needed. The weather was great. The location was perfect. It took us 50 minutes to get to Universal and a hour and a half to get to Saint Petes Beach. The food and the drinks were excellent as well. We had 2 18-year-old boys with us and they were now bored. Hope to be back again soon.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. Pretty scenery from 1st floor. The amenities of the pool, and game room were family friendly. private beach , nature walk were a delight. Will definitely be back.

If you have a small family and plan to visit the theme parks this place is for you! it's affordable, has a great pool and is only about 15-20 min drive from the Disney parks, universal, Medieval Times and Gator Land. We loved having the kitchen and the washer/dryer for our clothes. Also at 9pm each night we can see the Disney fireworks from the elevator balcony! Make sure to check out the Dollar Tree next door for awesome deals :)

We loved our stay at Patrick's Arbnb. Great location, with very easy access to both Disney and Universal. Literally Disney Springs was right across the highway (4). Great views on both sides of the apartment. On one side we had a peaceful view of the lake while on the other side we had a great view of Disney Springs and best of all to 'Fireworks' from the Disney Park (Epcot i believe). Apt was clean and with all the needed essentials to start any vacation. Lots of places to go around including a mini-golf right in front of the building. Highly recommended to other potential guests.

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.
