Rebecca was super helpful and responsive, even as my plans were constantly changing. I appreciated her understanding of my situation and I would definitely recommend this AirBnB to someone looking to stay in the area.

We stayed a week in January 2025, and this is now our go-to first choice place to stay when visiting family in Athens. Easy, relaxing, peaceful, clean, lots of space. It made our week so much more relaxing than staying in a hotel.

We had a wonderful graduation weekend stay at Tom’s beautiful, spacious, modern, newly renovated house in Athens. It’s even more beautiful than the pics. The beds are very very comfortable the shower was luxurious and the kitchen well stocked, clean and socializing areas very comfortable. Tom was super sweet to let us stay later to enjoy Mother’s Day lunch with the family. Stay here! You’ll love it!

The location was PERFECT, we were able to walk our dogs to Covington square it was so close! The back yard was spacious and welcoming, my dogs loved it also! The inside was extremely cozy, perfect for a romantic weekend get away. We will definitely be booking this place again!

Scott was an excellent host! He explained everything before we arrived and was super responsive with any questions I had. He made sure we had whatever we needed for the duration of the stay. The space was tastefully decorated, bed linens and bathroom linens were extremely clean! The house was close to the square and anything you would need, I definitely recommend Scott’s place and would absolutely stay again!

Space was absolutely beautiful! Loved the beautiful, peaceful surroundings and how cute/clean it was. There was even an axe-throwing board for fun! Master bedroom had a beautiful bathroom with a shower and tub, and the room had a great closet. Even had access to a spacious 2-car garage! Wonderful, responsive host who was extremely flexible. Will love to stay here again when we visit family!

the six of us came for the real mystic falls experience and we sure got it! we walked around to all of the local establishments on the square and to most of the vampire diaries sites including: the mystic grill, the lockwood mansion, elena’s house, caroline’s and bonnie’s dads house are within walking distance (3-5 mins). there was a 5k path nearby that our resident runner enjoyed. we were close enough to drive to atlanta for the day to go to the aquarium as well! we really had the best time and definitely recommend this prime location.

Great experience 👍🏾 Super spacious and comfy. The work/study room was a major bonus. There were plenty of fresh, clean towels.

This was our first visit to Covington and staying at Sarah’s place made it even better. Nice quiet neighborhood close to the square. Perfect!! Extremely impressed and will return in the future!

Lorna and Willie were super nice people and Willie’s vegetable garden is worthy of a postcard, it took me back to a time when I use to help my grandparents in their garden. We will definitely stay there next year when we come back down. A special thanks to them for doing our laundry. The washing machine in the unit would not work and I told them about it on our way to the formula drift race and when we got back that night they took our clothes out of the washing machine and did them in their washing machine and folded them and put them back in our unit. Suck a blessing to have suck kind people in today’s world. I couldn’t thank them enough. Willie and Lorna you are the BEST!!!! God Bless and hope to see you next year. :)

This place exceeded our expectations. It’s better than the pictures. Best part of this place is the screened in porch surrounded by forestry. We sat out on the porch each night and had breakfast on it every morning. The place was clean and had all amenities needed for a short or long stay. We asked if she had a pack n play for our infant to stay in and it was all set up when we arrived. I kept saying all weekend how happy I was to have booked here. She was very responsive months before our stay and we had immediate responses during our stay whenever I messaged her.. This place is truly a gem.

Great Airbnb if you’re going to Athens, especially if you have business at the university! The place is very nice and pretty clean. I would stay here again if I were to come back to the area.

Derry was a great host. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival. I felt safe and relaxed. Derry is a great host.

Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The place was very clean and loved the coffee in the morning! It’s about 1 mile from the stadium and I was expecting it to be just a little bit closer. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend.

This was a great place to stay for our daughters graduation from UGA. Completely updated and clean. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Athens or the campus.

Perfect location for visiting the UGA campus! Quick walk to campus. The condo was in perfect condition. I've stayed in MANY places in Athens and this was the best.

You can't stay any closer to the central part of UGA campus without staying in a dorm. In addition, Ben's place was very clean and had all the needed amenities. Strongly recommend it to others and would happily stay again.

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!

Hannah’s place was exactly as described! It was an easy drive downtown to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for my friends and me. Hannah was also always responsive and friendly!

We enjoyed staying here again and would stay later. Great location!!
