Large upstairs loft has king bed, built-in closets and 24" TV. 2nd bedroom downstairs has a queen bed built-in closets and great views. Kitchen is fully appointed with GE "Slate" series appliances and everything you need. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Brand new build 2024 with heated garage. Right in the heart of Eagle River. Close to shopping centers, gyms and restaurants. Plenty of hiking trails to enjoy. Restaurants we love are Limeleaf and panda, Corks and Hops which are in walking distance, Lexie’s cafe, pizzaman and Matanuska Brewing. Lexies, Jitters and blondies have consistently good coffee and Jason’s doughnuts are truly amazing!
