This is the second time we’ve stayed at Jami’s place and it was great! We will definitely stay again. It fit our family size and needs very well. It was easy to get to places, both walkable & drivable. Being right on the river & with the cleanliness & set up of Jami’s place it made for a very peaceful, relaxing and a fun place to stay!

Beautiful and clean home! Had everything we needed. Comfortable accommodations for a family of 8. Quiet and peaceful location. Highly recommend!!

This was our second time at the River Shack and it didn’t disappoint. Theresa is very friendly and responsive! I will recommend her place to anyone staying in the area. The river views and the garage are perfect!

Our family of eight adults, a toddler and two infants greatly enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Jeff’s lake home in May. Despite some cooler temps, we had a wonderful time utilizing the gathering space on the balcony, fire pit and hot tub and a couple of us even ventured out on the lake on the stand up paddle boards. We were able to buy groceries on our way up about 30 minutes from the lake house and were able to prepare all our meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Our adult kids found it very easy to go the Dell’s that was only about 30 minutes away for an afternoon of fun activities too. I enjoyed being able to take walks around the lake and on the trail down by the very scenic Yellow River which was only about a half mile away and there were a lot of interesting birds there too. We created a lot of wonderful memories for our family and Jeff was an amazing and responsive host. Looking forward to a return visit! 💜

I have to say I have yet to stay in an Airbnb that has a comfortable couch in the area and this has that! Comfortable bed, clean kitchen nice backyard, plenty of extra towels, paper towels, toilet paper. I will definitely be back.

This is a wonderful home, lived in by the family when not rented, but they do a wonderful job of delineating your space (which is the vast majority of the house) from parts they wish to remain private. There are so many amenities, the hot tub is wonderful, complete with robes and towels, and the home is lovely, clean and inviting. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, communication was perfect. All in all, highly recommend!

Clean, bright, well-stocked space in a very walkable area. We walked to dinner and along the river to see the sunset, biked the Green Circle and Tomorrow River Trails and had a great stay. Perfect space, great communication by hosts -10/10! Make sure you stop downstairs for coffee and breakfast too. Can't wait to come back!

WOW-Amy hosts an impressive, tasteful 2nd floor, Airbnb!! We enjoyed the apartment’s bright spacious layout: the fully equipped kitchen flows into comfy open living area, varied views of the River from virtually every window (& room), king size bed plus perfect outdoor deck made it hard to even want to leave the Airbnb! It was great to hear music in the park at night plus how close it was to Perrot State Park, Trempealeau wildlife refuge, Winona & Kinstone!!! Thank you, Amy for a great stay!!

stay in alot of airbnbs, the bed in this one is definitely in the top 3 of all i have stayed at. so soft and comfortable...i didn't need to bring in my foam mattresses i carry in the truck with me. Place was immaculate clean. It was perfect for the fishing trip i was on...could park my truck and boat out front and plug in at night to charge the batteries. Want to apologize publicly, i failed to plan to have it all cleaned up before i left and left a couple things in the fridge and the sink full of dishes...that is my fault, and i do apologize for that.

Loved this location right on the lake. Cute little cabin perfect for the 2 of us. Very cozy and warm. Excellent water pressure in the shower is always appreciated! Comfy bed and huge Roku TV topped things off. Awesome location across from a nature refuge which was perfect for my birder husband. She let us use the bicycles to explore which was really fun. Sunset over Lake Onalaska was priceless. Thanks very much, we would love to come back sometime.

Great place near Devil's Head resort! It's less than a 3 minute drive so we were able to easily drive back to rest/eat in the afternoon and then head back to the slopes for a night ski session. The bathrooms and linen are extremely clean; the living spaces are spacious. The dining table/area is smaller but not a big issue - the kitchen has a complete set of cookware and microwave/fridge. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

There wasn’t even one missed detail when this place was made into an air bnb. They go so far above and beyond to make the stay absolutely perfect. I had the best solo weekend and can’t wait to go back! Thank you Dawn and Christine!

A great little cabin in a perfect location! Nothing fancy, but it has all the things you'd need. The screen porch is peaceful and bug-free and the use of the kayaks was a fun bonus. The dock is a great place to immerse yourself in the beautiful sunsets. Abbie was a great host and responded promptly when we had an issue with the shower head and got a new one installed very quickly. This was our second time staying at this property (different unit) and I hope it's not our last.

Great stay. 100% should check out safe house saloon and grab some pizza. Other than that everything was immaculate. Perfect location. Beautiful scenery

Really nice apartment in a beautiful location right on the river. So peaceful in the morning. Very easy to find and get into. Exactly as described. Coffee pot with coffee bags, sugar and creamer including microwave popcorn and chocolate biscuits. Nice welcome pack. Lots of cutlery crockery and pans but didn’t see any oil or condiments. If you are going to cook you’d need to bring some. Had problems with the tv instructions but after contacting Ashley somebody came to the condo within 15 mins and sorted out for us. May need to update instructions or check settings haven’t been touched to save inconvenience. Just to note the smaller bedroom has the boiler in it which is very noisy. We had ear plugs so was ok for us but if you come in the cold weather and need heating you would need to bear in mind. Overall a lovely stay in a quiet area of town within a short walk to all amenities. Would recommend.

Our stay at the Dells was such fun! The host was extremely responsive and helpful providing us with recommendations for sights, restaurants and things to do. The condo was exactly as described with 2 beds and baths and had everything you might need to stay in or not in a breathtaking location on the River. It was peaceful and such a delight. I would stay again!

Had a great vacation here! The condo is very roomy. It had everything we needed for cooking most meals here. The laundry facility in the condo came in handy! Enjoyed the back patio, the grill, the pool, pickleball, golf, boating and fishing! Thanks for great hospitality!

Myself and 5 friends stayed here for a Memorial Day weekend trip to the dells. The location is about 5-10 minutes from the downtown and we had a lot of fun! The hot tub in the living room was a selling point and didn’t disappoint! The space was spacious and comfortable. The towels and bedding were clean. The apartment is a bit dated but well kept. The whole building is a bit dated but not unclean. As a place to crash after your days out it worked well for us. If we do this again we would definitely consider staying here again.
