Beautiful house and wonderful stay! Could not recommend more.

Robert & Chris’s place was meticulously decorated. It was the perfect balance of comfort and beauty. While our party was only adults, this house is the dream set up for a family vacation. They sent an extremely comprehensive list of recommendations for all of the things we could possibly want to do. We loved our stay and would gladly come back again and again!

The house was perfectly and beautifully appointed. Looks exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed. Easy walk to town. Would highly recommend!

I have rented in the Hamptons for a while, and this was an exceptional experience, handled by a kind host who is a true professional in client services. The location is great, and often out east one has to choose between a well maintained rental property and prime location, but not so here. The spacious house is so well kept and comfortable and the property is beautiful. There is a lot to do driving 10/15 mins and plenty in walking distance too. Make time for enjoying the light from the water right outside the door from the comfortable well designed lounge/dining area that each house has. The landscape of the property is gorgeous and smart - it creates natural privacy between houses. Having a beach pass is a golden ticket out there - we enjoyed both ocean and bay beach swims. We liked the ease of walking around the neighborhood and also using the bikes at sunset. It was a special and relaxing experience, and we enjoyed meeting John.

Dorina’s home was the calm, peaceful reprieve from the city we were looking for. Her home was so comfortable and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The backyard was a little oasis with a large pool (with floats!), several (6 I think) lounger chairs, two 6 top tables in different areas and a functioning grill. We spent most of our time here! Dorina was fast to respond, helpful with recommendations and overall what you hope to have in a host. We would definitely come back to Dorina’s home!

Mary was very responsive and helpful during our stay. I highly recommend this rental for families. The location was convenient and easy to access. The back yard was a nice bonus for kids to run around.

Claudia was a great host and the place she offered was amazing, beyond expectations. She even provided the option for other extremities when the WiFi was done. Would highly recommend

Great home in a wonderful location. Feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere but just down the street from everything. Will definitely stay again! I don’t think the pictures do it justice of how big and good this place is!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect— peaceful yet conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming and comfortable space for their guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this spectacular home to anyone looking for a memorable East Hampton retreat!

The house was spotless, perfectly located, and the hosts were incredibly responsive. We had a wonderful stay! On arrival, the house was cold. I sent a message to the home owners and they quickly responded, as we weren’t familiar with the NEST Thermostat. He answered immediately and helped my husband set it to a warmer temperature. The house is beautifully decorated, the kitchen spacious, and the beds incredibly comfortable. However, extra towels and bed linens would have been greatly appreciated. I suggest having a few readily available, as the bed sheets in the main guest room were not comfortable (microfiber material) and had an odor. After washing them, we bought a new set at Home Goods. Perfect for a family vacation, it had everything we needed. We wish, in part, that it was warmer to use the beautiful pool in the backyard! The town is charming, and it was only a short 9-minute car ride to all the best restaurants and shops in East Hampton. We will definitely be back! 

Blythe is a fantastic host. Very responsive, friendly, flexible and they have thought of everything that could be needed or wanted by a family or group of friends. Lots of small touches that make the stay special. The space is bright, beautiful, comfortable, super clean and very well set up. The back yard is ideal for a family and for pets. We would highly recommend.

The house was exactly as described in the photos, felt like a home with everything we needed to spend a family weekend. Visited with 2 kids who enjoyed the backyard and surroundings, place is fully stocked with great cooking utensils for all you might need to cook including a great BBQ. The house is spotless, looks and feel like new and everything is in perfect condition. We had a great stay and will definitively come back. Checkin/Checkout was very easy and Jonathan was very responsive.

When you think "Hamptons" that's exactly what you get with this property. Cedar shakes, white trim, and a beautiful backyard. Because of the landscaping, the property is very private. There are also several walkable restaurants near the house. The train is also right down the street for guests looking to arrive from NYC or looking to head further out to Montauk. I would stay here again.

Absolutely delighted with our stay and with the service from the team at TRH and Joseph. Responsive; helpful; and nothing too much trouble - we loved it and can’t wait to return.

6 of us stayed as a family for a wedding. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Very clean and spacious. My adult kids had fun using hot tub and pool table. We enjoyed the outdoor fire as well. There is a drip coffee maker, but we brought a small single cup brewer because we all like different things to drink. Ice maker in freezer was convenient. Master bed was medium firmness. We brought our 25 pound dog and the back yard is fenced. Walking him in the area was quiet and safe. The listing was about the same cost as getting 3 hotel rooms, but with privacy and extra amenities. We would stay again if we needed to be in the area. Thank you for letting us use your home.

Top-notch spot for a perfect getaway! House is very modern, clean, and filled with great amenities — from board games to multiple TVs to the amazing hot tub to several outdoor spaces. Exceptional host made our stay that much more enjoyable. Location was unbeatable. — nestled on a very quiet street while being less than 15 minutes to local shops, restaurants, attractions, and the beach! Cannot wait to visit again and enjoy the huge pool! A quaint house in the Northwest Woods part of East Hampton - walking distance to the beach (around 15-20 minutes) and close to EH village (~15 minutes) and a super quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect house for the end of summer with my family - home-cooked meals and pool & sun time. James was flexible with our check-in time - we arrived early (while the cleaning lady was there so we know it was being cleaned!) and we were able to enjoy some sun while she finished up. Great neighborhood to walk around in - not too much traffic, and very close to the beach!

From my first communication to my last, Kathleen was helpful and friendly. The cottage was superb. We were 5 ladies enjoying a one night getaway. Everyone had the same impression, we were in heaven! Spotless, plush bedding and firm mattresses, perfectly located, super well equipped, private, quiet, and comfortable. Kathleen was wonderful and allowed us to check out later than we hoped. Even though it was off season, the cottage was worth its weight in gold. Try as we might we could not find a single thing to complain about! LOL! It was a pleasure to stay there. We are hoping to make this an annual event. My friends could not stop thanking me for finding this cottage. We all thought we could easily live there indefinitely. THE BEST EVER!!!! With sincerest gratitude, all five of us.

Homey feel, very clean and well equipped, we felt like we were staying in a family home. We loved the fireplace, exactly what we needed after a day out in the cold weather. The location is peaceful, set amongst the trees with a family of deer visiting each day. The house is exactly like the photos. We had a great time and would stay again.

Ryan's house was a wonderful solution for me and my entire family who traveled to East Hampton for a wedding. The house slept us all, nine people and one small dog, with ample room for wedding prep and just hanging out. We especially loved our mornings on the back deck with coffee. It was super tidy and clean and we all enjoyed walks into town and around the neighborhood on a glorious fall weekend. Plenty of parking as well. I recommend Ryan's house highly. I wish him well with his home.

it was my first time renting and I was so pleased. I think I just got lucky!. The house is adorable. It’s not big but it’s very manageable. The beach is less than a mile away there restaurants galore. Great shopping in East Hampton the host could not have been more pleasant and helpful, and always attended to our needs . The house was fully stocked with essentials, and there were definitely some upgrades that prove to be terrific. I’d be glad to speak to anyone that’s interested in renting as I was very happy there.

We had a great stay. The cottage is cozy but not cramped, well-designed with high end details and furniture. The couch in the living room and king size primary bed were highlights. Amazing location south of the highway, short drive to stunning beaches/ ponds. Was great for a fall visit… we can’t wait to come back during the warmer months.
