Top-notch spot for a perfect getaway! House is very modern, clean, and filled with great amenities — from board games to multiple TVs to the amazing hot tub to several outdoor spaces. Exceptional host made our stay that much more enjoyable. Location was unbeatable. — nestled on a very quiet street while being less than 15 minutes to local shops, restaurants, attractions, and the beach! Cannot wait to visit again and enjoy the huge pool! Mary was very responsive and helpful during our stay. I highly recommend this rental for families. The location was convenient and easy to access. The back yard was a nice bonus for kids to run around.

I had a great stay at James's place. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Very comfortable beds and a large comfortable couch in the living room, great for lounging. It was a very quick drive into downtown East Hampton and Sag Harbor, which made it a perfect location. I highly recommend staying at James's and I would highly consider staying there again myself!

We really enjoyed our stay, the cottage was cozy and comfy, but more than anything, the hosts were so responsive and accommodating. It was a welcoming experience from start to end.

Girls weekend with 5 women and this house was perfect. The layout in the living room was great for relaxing and the kitchen felt right at home. Judy was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and the 5 min drive to Sag Harbor was perfect.

Our stay was better than expected! The house is perfect for 3-5 guests (we were a party of 4). The property is well equipped with anything you would need to cook, go to the beach, explore the area. The location is highly desirable - surrounded by water, within 10 minutes of town. Bryan was great with communication and accommodating with requests. We hope to return sometime soon!

Nothing like waking up to a sunrise in bed. Perfect place for someone who loves the ocean. I couldn’t ask for much more for the price. Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway or just some quiet time.

This little apartment is very cute. It was perfect for a fall long weekend with my two daughters (7 and 9) and my husband. The girls loved the kids bunk room and we loved the comfortable beds, interesting decor, and big comfy couch. The hosts were very responsive and took the time to write out recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try.

Clare is an exceptional host who made us feel right at home! The location was ideal, offering easy access to beaches, hiking trails, restaurants, and the lighthouse—right in the heart of everything Montauk has to offer. We enjoyed Shadmoor State Park and Ditch Plans Beach during our stay. Clare was incredibly kind to our pup who joined us on the trip—he absolutely loved her energy! Would absolutely recommend!

Marina’s place was extremely comfortable and inviting. The space itself is delightful with windows that look out onto greenery and a private outdoor space. She has everything you could possibly need when traveling away from home and it is all easily accessible. I was able to prepare my meals and do my artwork with ease. The neighborhood is quiet and all of the neighbors I encountered were very friendly. I did not want to leave!
