Vacation rentals with a kayak in Virgin River

This house is such a cool & comfy place to stay. It is located in a quiet & peaceful gated community a few miles from the strip. The location was perfect! The only downside is that the parking within this community is sparse. You may have to drive around for a few minutes to find a spot. It's just a minor inconvenience. Shannon is great! She was proactively messaging me before the day of arrival to make sure I had all the details needed. She assured me that she'd be reachable during my stay if I had any questions. My girlfriend & I, and our blended group of teens all enjoyed our short stay in Vegas and will definitely choose this place to stay during future visits.

We had wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The property itself was stunning, we wish we had more time to utilize all the amenities. The house was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our family. The hosts were fantastic – always available for questions and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated their attentiveness. Our family had such a fun time, and we would definitely recommend renting with Red Rock.

The house was well located, not too far from Zion NP. The house itself is great, clean and roomy. The kids love the swimming pool area, which was an amazing bonus for our stay. We had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend the house and would love to come back (and the kids..).

Lucy’s place was perfect! Comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located just outside of St George. I’m quite picky about cleanliness and I have to say, this rental was pristine! The beds were comfortable, the place had great amenities and then some. Lucy was friendly and quick to respond to my questions. This was a fantastic place and would definitely stay here again!

The place really is luxurious! Interestingly located within distance of Zion and Bryce Canyon national park, our family of 7 had a great time in this very pleasant, super clean and well decorated villa. The surroundings are quiet and private, which was highly appreciated. We felt right at home, and we would definitely recommend!

Awesome vacation spot! The house was even better than pictured. The housing complex was very nice too, it kind of gave us a European or Italian vibe with the trees and green courtyard. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was peaceful and quiet during our stay so that was an added bonus. We enjoyed playing pickleball and the other games offered in the game room as well. Location was close to so many activities and not far from shopping either. Definitely recommend!

Wow, where do I even begin? We sought a dreamy getaway to celebrate my husband's birthday, and this enchanting haven exceeded our expectations, making us feel instantly at home and inspired to craft lifelong memories. The kids were utterly reluctant to leave. Every detail was meticulously arranged for our arrival, and | wholeheartedly recommend this stunning abode.

The house was perfect for my friends. We had a great time and Red Sands staff was great to work with.

This was an ideal place for a large family group. There is plenty to do right at the home for everyone. We enjoyed games, puzzles, pickleball and just sitting and visiting. Brian Head and Cedar Breaks are nearby. Biking options are close too. There is plenty of cookware for large meals. There was more than enough space for our group. We had our Thanksgiving gathering there, attended the craft boutique and the holiday parade. The hosts have put lots of effort into organizing the home and filling it with things families use during a vacation. I hope we are able to return in the future.

Great stay, very spacious while using full occupancy. Did not feel crowded at all.

This is one of my new favorites in Utah. We came out to visit our son who goes to Utah Tech in St. George and we needed a place that could be accessible for our two Brittany‘s who love to run and hike. Lots of hiking to to do around the area. It was a perfect living space, beautiful, and well kept! Neighbors were all friendly. Definitely will book again when we go to see our son. Beautiful experience here. I booked this Airbnb to see national parks around Utah and Arizona, but this place was a trip in itself. There was so much to do in and outside of the cabin. Fully equipped/stocked kitchen (with fresh eggs), extremely comfy bed, speaker to play music, games, coloring pencils, books, hammock, outdoor chairs to watch sunset, grill, fire pit, animals, and tons of nature to walk around and explore. At the end of our excursions each day I was always so excited to get back to Airbnb. Aside from all of basic needs, they really went above and beyond to make this a special place. The most unique Airbnb I’ve ever been in. I’ll be back in Utah just to plan a trip around this cabin! So thankful I found this place.

Wonderful! Sue provided detailed communication the week prior to our stay. On our day of arrival, we had some questions and had to call Shem. He called back immediately and was very helpful. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The layout with multiple full bathrooms was perfect for our group since we had multiple families. Thank you, Sue and Shem!
