Great host

Our stay was perfect! It’s a quick walk to a beach that felt so private and cozy! The beach allows leashed dogs, but since there wasn’t many people around, we were able to let our pups enjoy themselves off of the leash for stretches of time! The locals are so kind, too. We watched the sunrise one morning on the beach, but there is a perfect sunset view just a brief drive away! We found a little beach fishing area for the sunset when we were on our way to the nearest Walmart/Publix! It’s a stunning, wide skied, beachside view of the sunset. Gorgeous! Not to mention our place was perfect, we loved the pool too and very much appreciated the fenced in yard for the pups! The host was kind enough to leave a little note with treats for our babies, by that we mean our pups lol! We loved the beds and enjoyed the TV’s in each room, so easy to relax and unwind anywhere in the house. It was clean and well maintained. Thank you so much for a perfect, amazing stay!

Very enjoyable, relaxing stay. Friendly community with a great community pool area with private beach access. Also, there are beach access points about every couple hundred yards, our favorite was Bathtub Beach. Pineapple Palace had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and easy access to anything we needed, stores, shops, groceries only minutes away. And the Manatees frolicking in the intracoastal just off the patio offered added enjoyment. We will certainly be back if traveling back to that area. Being in the hospitality business ourselves, NERENT, Tom meets or exceeds our personal high standards for accommodations and his passion for Windmill Village/Hutchinson Island certainly backs up his commitment to guest satisfaction, strongly suggest giving them a visit!

Very comfortable home! The back yard and pool was so peaceful. We live less than an hour away and will return again for a nice weekend getaway.

Stayed a month and loved it so much we booked our return for next year! Justin was very responsive and helpful. Appreciated the clutter-free, open space. It was perfect for us to make it home for a month. Great WiFi enabled me to work remotely. It was nice to have a fan in every room and tv for the evenings. The community had so much to do that some days we didn’t leave. One of my favorite things was how friendly everybody was. The only thing I was missing are a few additional kitchen supplies, place to hang shower towels and maybe access to some cleaning supplies (I.e., vacuum, mop, duster) Highly recommend! Looking forward to coming back next year. Thanks again for a great place.

I cannot say enough good things about Erin and Bryan. Everything was perfect and as described. The cottage was amazing and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Two things to point out. The pool was amazing. Well taken care of and clean. Also the ease of access made the property feel like it was our own. I would not hesitate and will be booking again next time we’re visiting cocoa. I really felt like the communication made this booking that much more perfect. Expectations were set in the beginning. The host communication was amazing. It truly added to our stay. Perfect spot if you’re a family and have kids. Our boys didn’t leave the pool for 8 days. After being worn out at the beach all day, it was nice to come home to a clean home and pool. Thank you again for everything. from our family. Thank you for making our trip extra special. See you guys again soon!

I booked this place for my in laws as they were traveling from Northern Florida to celebrate our son’s recent graduation! They loved the location! Convenient to our home but, also to Bridge road which has the beach and a cute downtown area with plenty of options for food and fun! My in-laws raved about how comfortable and clean the cottage was and how much they enjoyed their time! Hobe Sound is a quiet and quaint little beach town and if you are lucky enough to visit, you should stay at John’s place!!

Just perfect, accommodations were exceptional. Every base covered, linens, toiletries, more than enough towels, and even the little things, from a cheese grater to beer glass, Melanie's house is more like being home. beach chairs, yoga mat, even a fishing pole, mini colanders to sift the beach sand for hidden treasures. Perfect location within the island. quick walk to island stores and pool. 3 minute golf cart ride to the beach and beach pool. Yes ....house comes with a golf cart. We were sad to leave. Great place to have fun. We, including 6 years old son enjoyed beach, pool, tennis, golf pickleball.. everything. The facility itself is also very peaceful.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Peaceful and restorative. I would stay again. The joy of being by the water in a beautiful, private location cannot be underestimated. My cup is full.

My grandfather and his girlfriend came down for the week and loved everything about this place. It was exactly what they were looking for and would be very happy to stay here again the next time they come back to Florida! The host was also very communicative when I needed to reach out!

Highly recommend this Airbnb. Very comfortable and you literally just need your clothes and personal hygiene. Our dog felt very comfortable there.

We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves . It was so nice to sit outside and we got to watch dolphins . Loved it would definitely stay again .

This was the perfect vacation beach house complete with a pool and hot tub! Best stay we have had in our favorite neighborhood! We would like to come back and highly recommend this house for a stay!

Great place, great value. Felt right at home and the setup is functionally quite private. You’re right on top of the beach and can hear the waves but the sand and scrub rises just high enough that the back yard area remains private and isn’t directly visible from the public beach itself. Best of both worlds for sure! The elevated deck was a favorite spot to sit in the evening and the house had all the amenities to make this into our beach home away from home for a week. Our 18 month old loved the house too. Any rocket launches would be visible from the house itself or the beach beyond. We opted to make the short drive to Kennedy Space Center to halve the distance to the launch pad, and saw a rocket launch while we were in town. Now that I’ve seen one closer up I’d happily watch from the house next time. Good chance we’ll be back!

This was the perfect location off the beach to stay for our week long baseball trip. 8 minutes from the Jackie Robinson complex and less than 15 minutes from the beach. The place was clean and well stocked and Maria was very responsive in answering any questions we had. If our school makes another trip to Vero Beach we will be looking to stay here again!

My family and I loved our stay at the cottages. The check in process was smooth and the host was very responsive. The location of the home is in a prime location with a lot of great food and activities within walking distance. The rental also included all of the beach essentials, like umbrellas, chairs, and a beach mat. This was the prefect home for our vacation and we will definitely book here again!

We enjoyed our stay here! The hosts were very responsive when we noticed that the toilet would not flush upon arrival. She said she could come look at it and she was there quickly within only several minutes and fixed the simple problem easily (it just needed more water). Thank you for allowing us to stay and being proactive.

The location was great. Only a couple blocks from the beach, maybe three blocks from jetty Park, restaurants and bars. It was great to be able to take the dogs. Full Backyard was fenced in. Second bathroom. Shower is a little small, but there is an outdoor one and a main bathroom. Everything was as described. Would definitely stay again.

What a fantastic Beach House! Walking distance to everything even though we drove everywhere, very nice house, private, comfortable and quiet. Minutes from great restaurants and the beach!!! We will definitely be coming back!

Such a tranquil and lovely stay. Very family friendly. Quiet at nights. My toddler loved the front yard. Has all amenities in kitchen and for beach trips. Easy drive to the beach, Kennedy Space Center, supermarkets, and restaurants. Host is very hospitable. Hope to return again.
