Beach house vacation rentals in Venice

We have stayed at a different Airbnb 4 years running now. This was by far the best! We can't express how clean this unit is. Better than advertised. The views were amazing with the beach right across the street. No washing linens and towels before you leave. Prompt response to any questions or concerns. Ashley rocks! Planning on coming back. We had an amazing week at this beautiful beach home! Everything was exactly as described. My family usually packs up everything, down to household items like paper towels, hand/dish soap, toilet paper, laundry supplies, etc, and drive to our destination. We flew this time (first time to AMI/ Holmes Beach) and didn’t have room to pack all of that. Not to worry- it was all provided! Beach equipment- all provided! Now, I was a little skeptical upon booking about that walk to the beach, as we are used to staying directly on the beach. However, that was an easier walk to the beach than any place we’ve ever stayed! And location!!! We practically had the beach to ourselves, which we enjoyed! It was so peaceful. Mark is a very responsive host. He checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. If you’re considering this property, book it. You won’t regret it! 10/10 recommend FamilyTides and AMI/ Holmes Beach! Thank you to Mark and his wife!

Laura's place was fantastic - it has a lovely beachy feel and is right on the bay. The view is amazing! We got up and swam each morning before breakfast, as the water is literally steps away. The location is also perfect...a short walk or ride from Pine Avenue for shopping, restaurants etc. I would totally recommend a stay here!

Sheryl was a wonderful host. The place is in a wonderful location. Steps away from the beach, walkable to restaurants, and the trolly pick up to the village was right at the end of the street. We did not need to drive anywhere during the duration of our stay. Rooms were nice, I was able to comfortably fit a full size pack and play in the one bedroom with us sleeping in there as well. A big hit for us was the provided beach chairs and beach gear. Will definitely be staying here again.

We had the most wonderful 5 days here. House and pool were amazing. Heated outdoor shower was great for after the beach. Beach is less than a 5minute walk away. We walked there several times at sunset and got beautiful photos. restaurants and shopping near by. we will definitely be back!

The check in is simple and check out procedure is so easy (take out trash and start dish washer).

This was a great stay for our first family vacation. Beach within easy walking distance, restaurants easy to get to, plenty of shopping and amenities were spot on. We dunno what mattresses they have but we’re far better than most hotels we’ve stayed at. Made getting acclimated much better and easier.

Very beautiful house within easy walking distance to the beach. It was very clean and the check in and out process was easy. My family and I had a great time. The beaches were beautiful and just a short walk from the house. The pool in the back yard was private and perfect for my family. The decor and landscaping was great! I highly recommend staying here. It was perfect!

It was our first time visiting Anna Maria Island and Ginelle could not have made it any easier for our family in respect to providing a great location with all the amenities. Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Sand toys along with a wagon made it an easy short trip to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a very short walk to the beach, and the beach is one of the nicest we've been to in Florida. Steve was a great communicator and very responsive. The property is very convenient to restaurants and what-not. I would highly recommend.

The Air BNB was wonderful. It was exactly how it looked like in the photos and was such a close walk to the beach. One of my least favorite parts is packing up from a long day at the beach and trudging back. The walk was close and beach so close that it was no problem at. In addition, John was very responsive to our questions and contacted us right when the unit was available that it made it easier to jumpstart our vacation. Would 10/10 recommend.

Had a lovely stay here. Communication with Carmen was fantastic. Decorating in home was tasteful and lovely and we felt right at home.

This was our 2nd time booking with Jennifer. She is such a great host. AMI is as magical as ever. We enjoyed walking to the beach every morning and coming back to the pool in the afternoon. So many wonderful restaurants and shops all accessible by trolley—just a short walk from the condo. We love this island so much and Jennifer’s condo is the perfect location to take it all in.

This wasn't our first time staying, still wish we could give 10 stars. We will definitely be back again in the future!

Nice place. We really liked cotton clean linen, charcoal grill, beautiful sunset. As well some important small things as dishes, sharp knives, dishwasher, plenty of towels and so on.

Beautiful home for a stay at the beach. We like to cook as a family so this beautiful, extremely well equipped kitchen had everything you could possibly need for a meal! The home is spacious, comfortable and well equipped even beyond the kitchen! The local Turtle Patrol welcomed us into their group! Learned so much, and got to observe the logging of a new nest. Would whole heartedly and return. Manasota Key is a beautiful spot!

Beautiful views from this beach bungalow that provided lots of amenities - comfy beds, plush towels, well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, etc plus extras like a bottle of wine and sunscreen. We really enjoyed our time here. The only negative was the lack of a solid door on the main bedroom. It’s a slatted closet door so it limited privacy and was not quiet if anyone was in the kitchen. Still, we’d highly recommend it for the location and the completely updated cottage!

It was perfect for us. Colors were my fiance favorite shade of light blues. Cozy and comfortable with easy access to beautiful Bean Point Beach. Pool is perfect size for two to lounge on the deck or in the water and, soak up the sun and dip in the water to cool off. We look forward to staying there again. We were engaged on Bean Point Beach and celebrated our engagement with family and friends in the boutique. Love it!

Airbnb review: Not only is the location perfect for beach goers looking for shark teeth (we had more luck in Nokomis than Venice beach), but the house comes fully equipped with everything anyone needs to make this place a home away from home. We are avid cooks and were able to utilize the kitchen (and the spices were not just salt and pepper)! Additionally, the beach supplies in the shed are abundant. We didn’t have luck with the beach buggy, but they supply you with good quality towels, linens, blankets, etc. The office is also a nice touch for those who need to work remotely because it has a door and is nicely lit. The backyard space is perfect for families and friends. Overall, as people who have airbnbed a lot (since we prefer to have a kitchen), this was a perfect hidden find. Jaime was also a great host and will be sure to look out for items you may have left behind. Next time we go to Nokomis, we will plan to use the same airbnb. Thank you, Jaime!

The location of the house is perfect. Walking distance to two good restaurants and an ice cream shop. Very close drive to the beach, just over the bridge. Pool was amazing for the kids. Would highly recommend for a vacation with kids.

This was one of the best AirBnB spaces I found and had an amazing time in Florida!!!
