Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Van Buren County

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. Much bigger than photos show, loved the space so we could spread out. Sallie gave me directions and very clear instructions for check in and it helped immensely with checking in. Had everything we needed and more, the hot tub was great after long days of hiking and sight seeing. Location was great for day trips to Nashville and Lookout Mountain in GA. Newts bbq right down the road was great little stop for lunch and DG was right there for grabbing last minute items that we needed. Great stay overall!!

Michael's home was Beautiful and clean. It was well stocked with everything we could have needed. Having private water access was the main selling point for us. We loved all the hidden gems through out the house for the kids. Toys and games in the closets, along with family movies, and game system were wonderful. I had many questions about the listing, the area, and the water. Michael was always very quick to respond and helpful. I would recommend this home and would absolutely stay here again.

Wow wow wow!! This place is absolutely perfect! Our family had an incredible stay. Clean, spacious, and comfortable!!! Definitely a place you want to come to relax and unplug. Elizabeth was a super host and made us feel right at home. She was very communicative and accommodating. The fire pit was perfect and the sunsets were unreal. This property was exceptional! It was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything one could possibly need. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit and the back porch, which provided a wonderful space to relax. The hosts thoughtfully provided all linens, sound machines, soaps, and additional amenities that enhanced our stay. My family & I felt extremely comfortable and well-cared for during our visit. Although the property is located on a busy road, it did not significantly impact our experience. We are looking forward to returning soon! Meagan (host) was super nice as well!

For our annual daddy-daughter trip with 3 adults and 4 girls we decided to stay here and visit the surrounding state parks. Great choice! The house is wonderful. Easy to cook and clean up, great outdoor spaces, hot tub, big pavilion, convenient location for multiple state parks. Highly recommended host and house. Thanks Doug!

I never imagined you could have both mountain adventure and luxury in one place,but this cabin proved me wrong. It had everything my family and our fur babies needed for a perfect getaway. Mornings started slow and peaceful, with yoga and grounding in the garden with my coffee in hand. Afternoons were spent exploring nearby hikes and waterfalls(just five minutes away from the cabin.)Evenings were pure magic, with starry skies, a glowing moon, and cozy bonfires. On other nights, we relaxed in the hot tub and letting  the stress melt away. This family gateway was the perfect way to kick off our summer. The cabin had so much for our teens to enjoy. From the game room and football to corn hole and plenty of space to roam. It was spacious, luxurious, and unforgettable. The sweetest touch was a bottle of wine and dog treats waiting for us when we arrived. Truly a magical stay.

The house was very neat, and the kitchen was well stocked with pans, basic spices and dinnerware. We really enjoyed relaxing on the front porch and soaking in the hot tub. It is very close to Falls creek falls, where we enjoyed golfing, hiking and seeing the waterfalls. And the bedroom mattresses were wonderful, probably the best bed we have had when renting a place.

My friend and I had stayed here over the weekend, it was great for what we were needing. We were going to a music festival over the weekend and we had all essentials and Vicky was very nice. The area is also nice and peaceful it was a great place to have a break at between the festival.

We loved staying at Pennys place! The pictures don’t do it justice, this location was incredibly comfortable and cozy! Very secluded on a beautiful property. Very quiet and peaceful. Would love to stay here again!

I arrived at his home earlier than expected but was able to access the property early. The self check-in made entrance to the property very easy. The home was spotless and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and organized. Located on the edge of downtown Sparta made access easy to restaurants and local attractions. This was my third stay here and won't be my last. Thanks Jeff.

Becky and Russell were amazing hosts! Their hospitality really shined, as Becky provided clear and easy instructions for check-in, unexpected treats, and helpfulness in every way. They also provided extremely fast response on an issue with the washing machine, which was malfunctioning due to a lightning storm. She and Russell went out the same day and bought a new washer/dryer set. They really showed how much they care about their guest’s experience! This is such a beautiful, modern and comfortable space in a peaceful, wooded region. I really enjoyed staying here! Thank you!!

this was our first time with Airbnb we normally do hotels but it was like being at home,al was a awesome host. even called the day before our trip to make sure we had any information we needed and then checked in with us again as we were on our trip 10 stars all day will definitely be booking with him again thank you so much and God bless highly recommended

We came into Sparta to visit with family and this was the perfect place to stay. Ron’s place was clean and had every amenity you could imagine. The area was very peaceful. We would be happy to stay again if we are in town.

Location, location, location! Perfect location to stay for a show at the caverns. The place was neat, clean, had a big comfy king sized bed. We would definetly stay here again!
