Our 3rd stay in Baita Cucurei was also great. It is just beautiful here! Arianna renovated the kitchen in the fall, which she did very well. Although it was already perfect before. It was also nice to meet you and your mother at the carnival in Airö. The risotto was excellent. We will be back!

A charming house, located in a perfect location in contact with nature. Luca was an exceptional guest, always kind, helpful and quick to respond. A truly fascinating city, waiting to be discovered. Luca also left us many useful tips for visiting the area: we tried the restaurant L’Oca d 'Oro, where the sandwiches were really delicious and at a great price. A beautiful and cozy place.

Nicola, the owner's son, was very nice. He always helped us with questions. We have two points that were not quite great for us, on the one hand the location. The little streets up to Segna are really hard to master for a big car and secondly the fireplace was broken on the first two days. That was really cold at the end of September without another heat source, but Nicola quickly fixed it. Otherwise, everything was really great!

"A magical place" ✨ Alois is a welcoming and caring host, very responsive and available before and during the stay. His place is very well arranged, tidy and clean, it fully matches the description of the listing. The photos made available on the construction of the chalets made us discover the progress of the work, the beauty and therefore the merit of the 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, Bravo! We were surrounded by trees 🌳 and mountains as far 🏔 as the eye can see, it's just beautiful to see. It is a peaceful, quiet, relaxing and disconnecting place for everything you were looking for. Not to mention the spectacle of setting and sunrise over the cottage every day with its large balcony and large bay windows... really soothing! There is the possibility to walk easily, to visit the Sessa gold mine, to eat in restaurants in the nearest city without any worries. I would recommend it closed! Thank you Alois

Authentically renovated rustic house, where we felt very comfortable even on rainy days. The property is equipped with everything you need. The house warms up quickly with the wood-burning stove and is very comfortable. Hosts Sandro and Petra are extremely helpful. The location in Selma is centrally located in the valley and is a good starting point for hikes or family time on the river. We will be happy to come back.

The two of us and our dog enjoyed the time very much. The Rustiko is beautifully located, surrounded by great nature, overlooking the mountain range opposite. The house is well furnished, modern and has it all. We climbed the Matro and were able to enjoy the Strada Alta with its magnificent forests and gorges. At night we heard deer and could see the stars in clear weather. If we had any questions, Riccardo from the neighboring house was helpful and could help us, but privacy was always given. We had an unforgettable week. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and nature. Thank you very much.

Anna's home gave us a week in paradise. The house is small but functional: from the entrance you find yourself in the kitchen/living room area with sofa bed, the stairs that climb lead to the bedroom in the attic while the stairs that go down to the bathroom (if you have mobility problems it is not the right solution). All made of wood, super clean, and very cozy. The real gem is the location: Gualdera is a real corner of paradise, 3 restaurants and countless walks. From the house you can walk to Fraciscio (with groceries and restaurant) or Campodolcino (offers any solution). There were two of us with two dogs who were also able to enjoy a small green space shared with other houses nearby, with which a beautiful friendly environment is created. Anna was very kind and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

The place is wonderfully secluded, great view, quiet. By car, you can reach the lake in 20 minutes (Tenero, Locarno). The charm of the Rustico was supported by the gentle renovation with beautiful accessories. It was still quite cold in April, but with the radiators it was quite manageable - rustic, we felt comfortable 😊

The accommodation and Michela are simply great. It is just important that you are aware of a few points. The accommodation is not in Como City. They is above Como on a hill. The roads to the accommmodation are narrow and rocky. The accommodation is located in the forest and animals also live there. Some of them are active at night. It is the perfect place for guests who just want to switch off and enjoy nature and don't need 5G net. I would not recommend this place for city people. A huge thank you again to Michela for the wonderful time. The little boy also really enjoyed it. He still talks about this vacation every day. We hope of a next time with you and your dogs. Our stay at Nadia's place was awesome. Beside the special location in the middle of mountains it had a fire pit as well, which was a great atmosphere for the night. We had a wonderful Christmas week with snow, sun and the Christmas decorated village. The furnishings are functional, everything is super clean, and very well maintained and the facilities leave nothing to be desired. Plenty of dishes and kitchen equipment. So there was raclette and fondue, games, DVD...ideal for walking to the lift, wonderful winter hiking trails for non-skiers. Christine is a very enjoyable host.

We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT
