Chalet vacation rentals in Valchiavenna

Wederom hebben we weer een super fijne vakantie gehad. Onze conditie is weer op peil na al het trap lopen. We wisten dit van het vorige jaar, maar dat heeft ons er niet van weerhouden om het avontuur dit jaar nog eens aan te gaan. Het uitzicht van het het chalet is gewoon adembenemend. En Tom is een super vriendelijke host die altijd heel snel reageert.

La casa di Anna ci ha regalato una settimana in paradiso. La casa è piccolina ma funzionale: dall’ingresso ci si ritrova nell’area cucìnino/salottino con divano letto, le scale che salgono portano alla camera in mansarda mentre le scale che scendono portano al bagno (se si hanno problemi di mobilità non è la soluzione giusta). Tutto in legno, pulitissimo e molto accogliente. La vera chicca è la posizione: Gualdera è un vero angolo di paradiso, 3 ristorantini e innumerevoli passeggiate. Dalla casa si può raggiungere a piedi Fraciscio (con alimentari e ristorante) o Campodolcino (offre qualsiasi soluzione). Noi eravamo in due con due cani che hanno potuto usufruire anche di un piccolo spazio verde in comune con altre case vicino, con cui si crea un bellissimo ambiente amichevole. Anna è stata gentilissima e molto reattiva. Torneremo sicuramente!

die Unterkunft ist herrlich abgelegen, tolle Aussicht, ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist man in 20min am See ( Tenero, Locarno) Der Charme des Rustico wurde durch die sanfte Renovation mit schönen Accessoires unterstützt. Es war im April noch recht kalt, doch mit den Heizkörpern gut machbar - rustikal , wir haben uns wohl gefühlt 😊

The accommodation and Michela are simply great. It is just important that you are aware of a few points. The accommodation is not in Como City. They is above Como on a hill. The roads to the accommmodation are narrow and rocky. The accommodation is located in the forest and animals also live there. Some of them are active at night. It is the perfect place for guests who just want to switch off and enjoy nature and don't need 5G net. I would not recommend this place for city people. A huge thank you again to Michela for the wonderful time. The little boy also really enjoyed it. He still talks about this vacation every day. We hope of a next time with you and your dogs. Our stay at Nadia's place was awesome. Beside the special location in the middle of mountains it had a fire pit as well, which was a great atmosphere for the night. The communication, the service and all the little things and gifts that were laying around did the rest for making such a beautiful and welcoming home. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wie zu Hause gefühlt und lieben das einfache Hütten-Leben sehr. Auch die Aufgaben die zu beachten sind, gehören dazu und machen das Hütten-Leben noch einmal mehr realistischer. Danke für Eure stetige Erreichbarkeit! Danke für Eure Flexibilität, den Check-In anzupassen. Danke für Euer spürbar grosses Herz, Euren Gästen einen entspannten Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Ich Lebe nach dem Motto, dass das Leben eine Reise ist und Offenherzigkeit auf Reisen, wundervolle innere wie äussere Möglichkeiten schafft, im Vertrauen auf das Leben zuzugehen, was auch immer kommen mag. Deshalb war die Reise zu Eurem Schmuckstück bereits eine Reise in das Haus Wert. Eine Zaubervolle Landschaft, mitten im Berg, zwischen Bäumen, Wäldern und Gräsern. Ich möchte wieder einmal in Eurem "zu Hause" Sein dürfen und Euch dazu gern umarmen.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Weihnachtswoche mit Schnee, Sonne und dem weihnachtlich geschmückten Dorf. Die Einrichtung ist funktional, alles top sauber, und sehr gepflegt und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Geschirr und Küchenaustattung reichlich . So gab es Raclette und Fondue, Spiele, DVD...ideal um zu Fuss zum Lift zu gehen, herrliche Winterwanderwege für Nicht- Skifahrer. Christine ist ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber.

Les instructions pour l’arrivée au logement sont claires et précises. Le parking gratuit dispose toujours de places. La maison est magnifique, toutes les commodités sont à disposition (serviettes, nécessaire de cuisine, vaisselle, condiment). La terrasse est bien aménagée et le sauna est très agréable. Les environs disposent de beaucoup d’activités, tant au niveau de la vie nocturne que des activités en plein air. Nous étions 9 personnes, je recommande fortement.

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni a cavallo di capodanno 2025. Tre famiglie con bambini. Siamo stati benissimo. Lara ci ha accolto cordialmente al check-in e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per gestire al meglio la casa, compresi stufa, jacuzzi e tinozza finlandese. Ambienti puliti e completi di tutto. Cucina e bagni super accessoriati. Camere impeccabili e confortevoli. Vari giochi per bambini e libri per momenti di relax; disponibilità di Sky, Netflix e Disney+. Legna e barbecue a disposizione. Vista impagabile sul lago di Como da un versante e sulla montagna dall’altro lato. Posizione ottima: abbastanza isolati per stare tranquilli e non dare fastidio a nessuno ma comunque a 5 minuti dal centro del paese; a meno di 10 minuti abbiamo trovato un centro commerciale molto fornito. Esperienza davvero ottima e consigliata, da riprovare d’estate con la possibilità di utilizzare anche la piscina esterna. OTTIMO

Wir haben 2 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist ein tolles Haus und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein Traum von Ruhe und Natur. Super Ausstattung - super Konzept!
