The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Wir waren auf der BAU Messe in München und haben eine Unterkunft gesucht. Die Airbnb Unterkunft von Julia ist wirklich toll, man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. In der Unterkunft ist alles was man braucht, die Wohnung ist sehr aufgeräumt und schön eingerichtet. Julia hat immer schnell geantwortet und auch Tipps für die Umgebung gehabt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen:)

We had the best experience at Lisa and Amad’s apartment from start to finish. We arrived early and were greeted by Amad and he spent time explaining everything and answered all our questions. It was located within easy walking distance to the Old City. The apartment was in a quiet and safe complex and neighborhood. The unit had everything we needed and more. They inquired daily if we needed anything replenished or housekeeping. We are so happy we chose this listing it made for a wonderful experience in Munich.

The host met with us when we arrived and provided us a bus pass which was really convenient, though we did not end up needing it. The place was clean and exactly as pictured. Bed was comfortable and really liked the shower. We were able to wash some of our clothes and the temperature was perfect to hang them to dry. Great location, walking distance from the train station and able to walk to great restaurants. There was even a patio to enjoy breakfast in the morning or look at the stars at night. Very much enjoyed the apartment. Thanks to the kind host for having us and providing such a lovely stay.

Rudolfs place was a real oasis, with lovely decks on both sides of the apartment. We felt very at home. Both Rudolf and Stephan were great and kept in close contact with us. The only negative was the wifi, which was very spotty, but Rudolf was upgrading it the day we were leaving, so I assume it will work better from now on. The location is close to Munich Central Station, which can be a bit sketch, but felt very safe. It was also very convenient, being a short walk to many great sites, like Marianplatz, Frühlingsfest, and the English Garden. I would definitely recommend Rudolf’s place.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht verbracht, und es war perfekt. Wir konnten gleich nach unserer Ankunft in die Wohnung. Adi hat uns abgeholt und alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist chic, sehr ruhig und der Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne ist am Nachmittag schön sonnig. Das Bett war überraschend bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Zu Fuß ist man über den Fußweg zur Isar und über die Brücke gleich beim Sendlinger Tor und damit gleich im Zentrum. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt können wir die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen.

It was one of the cutest Air BnB I have stayed in. Very peaceful colony and the place looks exactly as shown and described in the listing. Free parking available on the streets nearby. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. We were 2 male friends and the hosts were kind enough to make place for one more bed on a mezzanine floor inside the room. That was very thoughtful and the bed was so comfy and cozy up there. Very warm and welcoming hosts. Explained all the details to us about the train stations and nearby eateries as well. Would definitely stay again once I am in Munich !!

This is a fun and unique Airbnb option that's close to downtown. The location is great with Munich's top sites within walking distance. Sendlinger Tor is a convenient main transit that's just a few minutes away. The neighborhood includes a variety of good food options, and there is a grocery store also close by. The apartment is very quiet. Even when the Christmas market was going across the street, we did not hear anything from outside during the 5 nights of our stay. The space includes a basic kitchen, comfortable couch, and convenient entryway table and chair for putting coats and shoes. We were welcomed in person during check in, and the process was very easy. Last but not least, we enjoyed having a window into an artist's working gallery space. I'm glad we could support this interesting little corner of the world. Overall, this is a memorable option for your visit to Munich!

Ich hatte eine wunderschöne kurze Auszeit bei Katrin! Das Apartment ist wirklich zum Wohlfühlen und mit viel Aufmerksamkeit und Liebe eingerichtet. Alles blitzsauber und ordentlich. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist traumhaft und man kann vom Apartment aus schöne kleine Wanderungen machen. Die Gegend und das Haus sind ruhig und sehr wohltuend. Katrin ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, reagiert schnell, denkt mit und gibt Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen in der Gegend. Desiree’s place is PERFECT - we stayed for 2 weeks… Ideally located right next to Sendlinger Tor and the Marienplatz - and tons of wonderful eating, shopping , transport options - and her place is great in so many ways - stylish, clean, modern, nice kitchen, and my favorite part was the balcony for looking out on the courtyard below. I’ll be back!

Great house in beautiful location. We were 4 adults and 2 children (9 and 11 yrs) the house had plenty of rooms and a spacious outdoors area. Kitchen was very well equipped,we had most meals at home. We found the area around Fussen Schwangau had poor mobile coverage and printed map and directions really helped.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Krailling sehr genossen. Es ist ein wunderschöner Ort außerhalb Münchens und sehr gut angebunden, sodass man sehr schnell in Zentrum von München sein kann. Das Haus ist wunderbar und man hat alles was man braucht. Harold, Gabriele und Lorenz waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und haben sehr schnell unsere Nachrichten und Fragen beantwortet. Vielen Dank. Ich kann auf jeden Fall den Aufenthalt bei Harold und Gabriele sehr empfehlen.

Die Umgebung des Hauses ist hervorragend geeignet für ein Frühstück im Freien, die weitere zum durchatmen, in der schon spürbaren frischen Bergluft. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und Ausstrahlung, so dass man sich aber eigentlich gar nicht entfernen müsste. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder, es ist für unser nächstes Familientreffen der ideale Ort

The 3rd floor 3 room flat is located in a lovely small town on the outskirts of Munich, in a beautiful rural part of Germany. It is ideally located if you are flying into either Memmingen Airport or Munich Airport. I would recommend hiring a car to get there as it is 6km away from any train station. That being said, you can also hire a taxi for a quick 10 minutes drive to and from the train station, if you prefer. Aksana and Sebastian were there to welcome us on arrival and showed us around the house. They prepared a stack of maps and information on the region - which by the way - is beautiful. Wifi connection was top, the house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We were really glad to have a large dining table for us all (10 people) to have breakfasts and dinners together. We rented this flat during the Okotberfest in Munich and traveled daily into town. It was nice to come back to this haven of peace and quiet in the evenings to re-charge. We would definitely come back again!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento con una bimba di due anni. Gli spazi erano ampi, la zona tranquilla e non lontana da Monaco. La mobilia un po' datata ma aveva tutto il necessario. Gli host sono una coppia simpatica, tranquilla e disponibile. C'è anche un simpatico cagnolone. Lo consigliamo come base per visitare i dintorni di Monaco e Baviera.
