Das Bad und die Küche sind modern ausgestattet. Der Panoramablick im Wohnzimmer ist auch klasse. Der Arbeitsplatz ist auch super ausgestattet. Der Bungalow liegt hinten im Garten der Vermieter. Das sollte in der Anzeige nochmal hervorgehoben werden. Für mich hat alles gut gepasst.

Nicest Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Beautiful apartment. Friendly host who even picked us up from train station and dropped off pretzels and bread on our first morning. Great location and easy in and out of Munich in less than half hour. Awesome coffee machine! Pantry with supplies on site too. Could not have asked for anything better. Highly recommend.

Die Größe der Unterkunft samt moderner Küche und umfangreicher Grundausstattung hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Sogar der Kaffee am Morgen war schon vorhanden. Der Bahnhof ist weniger als 5 Gehminuten entfernt und von dort aus erreicht man sowohl Bad Reichenhall, Salzburg oder auch den Königssee auch ohne Auto in kürzester Zeit. Natürlich kann man in der Umgebung auch gut wandern und spazieren gehen. Für uns ein gelungener Aufenthalt! Danke!

Great Airbnb for family. The location is perfect, close to the train station and the main street - Ludwig street. We were being warmly welcomed by Marina and Konstantin. Moreover, Marina provided us several local recommendations. We enjoyed staying here. This ended up the most favourite Airbnb of my family among their stays in Europe. Auf der Suche nach einer schönen Unterkunft in München für die Messe hatten wir das große Glück, auf dieses wunderbare Haus zu stoßen. Vor allem Katharina, ihr Mann und ihre Kinder sind extrem hilfsbereit, freundlich und einfach wunderbare Menschen. Das Haus liegt 25 bis 30 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt, was für uns genau die richtige Entfernung ist. Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir diesen Ort gewählt haben und nicht irgendwo im Zentrum. Im Haus steht Ihnen alles zur Verfügung, was Sie brauchen. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und Märkte, die Sie bequem in nur fünf Minuten erreichen können. Wenn Sie eine wunderbare Zeit in der einzigartigen, friedlichen und ruhigen Atmosphäre eines Bauernhofs verbringen möchten, ist dies der perfekte Ort dafür. Wir hätten wirklich sehr gerne länger geblieben, aber wenn wir wieder nach München kommen, wissen wir, wo wir wohnen wollen. Wir danken Ihnen von Herzen für alles. Liebe Grüße

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, die Wohnung entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Sie war sehr sauber und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Werner ist als Gastgeber, nur zu empfehlen. Besonders seine Vorschläge für Ausflüge, waren sehr hilfreich. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub für uns. Daumen hoch für diesen Gastgeber und diese Wohnung.

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Das Haus liegt nur 15 Gehminuten zu Fuß vom See. Im Haus ist viel Platz und es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem der obere Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esstisch ist gemütlich. Zur unteren Wohnung gehört eine Terasse, auf der bis spät nachmittags im Februar die Sonne scheint. Julia war sehr entgegenkommend. Weil es möglich war durften wir früher ein und später auschecken. We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

Que dire de la maison de Julian à part que c’est vraiment une perle rare. C’est un havre de paix, très bien entretenu avec des installations dignes d’un grand hôtel à proximité de Munich. La maison donne envie d’y rester plus longtemps, malheureusement nous n’étions que de passage pour une nuit, mais cela nous a suffit pour nous rendre compte du très haut standing de cette maison. Un très grand écran dans le salon, où l’on peut se lover dans de larges canapés très accueillants…et tout cela donne sur une terrasse également très belle, avec son petits étangs et ses poissons rouges. Tout était parfait, notre hôte Julian, très réactif et amical, la maison dans son ensemble située dans un excellent quartier aux portes de Munich. Excellentes literies. Salles de bain parfaites…que dire de plus, à part que nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous repassons dans le coin. PS: la machine à café (à grain) professionnelle est excellente, merci pour tout et surtout pour l’attention portée aux détails

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Had a lovely stay at Christine’s place that is only a short drive outside Salzburg. Christine responded to any questions quickly and always greeted us with smile. The surrounds are peaceful and private. Enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning and watching the farm cats in the field outside the patio. Very well stocked kitchen and the automatic espresso machine made perfect coffee. Would return in a heartbeat if in Salzburg area again.

Foi uma estadia perfeita. Chegamos muito cansados da viagem e na geladeira havia leite, suco, pão, queijo, ovos, manteiga, salame, água gelada mais cápsulas de café na bancada. Nos sentimos acolhidos logo ao chegar no apartamento. A Vivi é muito rápida em responder mensagens e deixou o apartamento impecável para nossa chegada além de instruções claras por escrito o que facilitou muito nossa vida. A localização é ótima. Transporte público muito próximo. Quero voltar mais vezes a cidade e me hospedar nesse lugar maravilhoso.

Vielen lieben Dank Lisa und Julian. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei euch geliebt. Das Haus ist absolut perfekt! Total gemütlich, super neu, äusserst sauber (und ich habe diesbezüglich wirklich einen Fimmel) und sehr schön dekoriert. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten 2 Wochen geblieben. Alles was man benötigt, ist ausreichend vorhanden. Auch unsere Kinder fanden es super. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind. Alles Liebe und Gute euch 🙏🏻

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft, die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung super. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Reichersbeuern und Bäckerei, Metzger etc. sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben von den Gastgebern zudem sehr hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflugsziele erhalten.
