The apartment was clean and well equipped! Caro was incredibly friendly and always available. Her quick communication made everything – from booking to departure – totally straightforward. The house is exactly as advertised. It is located in a calm and clean neighborhood and has a very quiet environment. The house has an extraordinary view of greenery from the balcony. It's amazing to start your day with coffee on the balcony with the sound of the birds. Germany weather is cold and hard only :)

Everything is great! In fact, an egg-like Airbnb above the rooftops of Augsburg!

Simply amazing. You can see the snowy mountains right outside the house. Really close to beautifull locations such as Konigsee and Hintersee. Its a long way up, but its really worth!!

This is how Airbnb is fun. The apartment is perfectly equipped and very clean. Come in and feel comfortable. The hosts are also extremely friendly and the communication is open and answers are very quick. So everything is great and therefore a very clear recommendation. You'll be happy to come back.

Great location really enjoyed the village feel

A great location (close to the lake) and great for a long weekend! The apartment is well built and has everything you need :) Frank and Domenik were very friendly and gave us tips for the area – we will be happy to come back! :)

Andreas and his family entrusted us with their home for a few days for our vacation with the children. The house is better than it appears in the photos, very bright, quiet and easy to access. From the house we appreciated that it was very nice, spacious, with 2 bathrooms and above all very clean. Andreas made us find everything from sheets, towels to shower products, and soaps. He has always been very attentive to our requests, always responding within a few minutes. He has also always been very proactive by sending us very detailed directions that are easy to understand. We recommend Andreas for his kindness and availability and the house for his cleanliness and beauty Thank you for everything.

It was a great stay. No problems with communication, and very flexible with our early check in. Accommodated an extra bed for us and was overall a 10/10.

Place meet my expectations, looks exactly like on photos, the apartment was clean, nice and cozy. Contact with owner was very good, the owner is helpful, friendly.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.

It was a really great stay. Very close to the city center and to the skiing area. Leo was very friendly, responded within a very short time and took care of some extra wishes. If I had to find a con I would say that the kitchen could have some more utensils but everything seemed very new so I‘m sure they are alread working on that:)

Andreas and Leila were amazing hosts. Always gentle and quick to answer all questions. The house itself very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which has all the tools for house cooking. The bedrooms are quite big and comfortable, even when it's very cold outside! If I were to return to the region, I would certainly try to return to this house. 10/10.

The property and especially the view from the two balconies was incredibly beautiful! Breakfast overlooking the Zugspitze is just fun. Location is great, the service (fresh tea and hot water bottles on arrival) was great, friendly contact and spotless apartment. We felt comfortable all around and will be very happy to come back!

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, there was everything you needed in terms of kitchen utensils. The village shop and village cafe are a 2-minute walk away. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

The room was very conveniently furnished, and we had plenty of space with 2 adults and a toddler. You can practically take the elevator from the apartment to the swimming pool, which is also very pleasant. Cleanliness, amenities… all good. It was great that we were allowed to enter the apartment an hour earlier and then check out later. This made it very relaxed. We can absolutely recommend the host and the apartment.

Betty is very nice, accommodating and accommodating. Communication went smoothly, it was always available. The space matches the listing. We were on site with our small child. We will be happy to come back. We can recommend the apartment.

We would like to find other words than the positive reviews already given, because...it was just beautiful, exactly as described and just so lovingly furnished and decorated and cozy. It is immediately apparent when you see Bettina what a loving, warm person Bettina is - and Andy certainly too - had only communicated a little more with Bettina. :) Starting point for soooo many beautiful excursions. We were there over Christmas and she gave us a Christmas bouquet and a Christmas bag/gift. Soooo sweet. Thank you for everything. Anyone who has something to complain about here is beyond help. All our love with all our hearts.

Nice place to stay, good amenities, lots of recreational opportunities in the resort, hiking trails outside the door.

There are several apartments in the house. The balcony is shared with another apartment, the garden anyway. Since smoking is allowed on the balcony and in the garden, we left before moving in. The landlords were very friendly and understanding and proactively initiated the free cancellation with Airbnb in agreement with us. Otherwise a very nice area. We only saw the apartment briefly, as Michaela was still cleaning when we arrived.
