Lovely apartment - good location - lake view - recommended for a short trip

I stayed with Manni for a month and felt at home from day one. He is friendly, helpful and easy to live with. The location is nice, well connected with public transportation, and there is a grocery store nearby.

The apartment has a great location, only the road separates you from the lake. Value for money is right. Dieter is always available and very friendly and helpful. In summer, it will be fantastic there.

We stayed there as a group of 5 people for a weekend. The place was very nice, we were quickly helped with problems, all residents and other vacationers were super friendly. We were able to play wonderful games in the shared garden but also at our dining table. The walks on the Danube were a highlight and you can easily walk to the Rewe including the bakery just like downtown and the good Italian Pizzeria Romana. In addition, there are also two bikes that can be rented for free. Thank you!

Noce place to stay with the bigger group

Michael and his team are super professional, flexible, likeable and helpful. We felt very comfortable because we were allowed to move freely. The location is a dream! Unfortunately, I had to leave early for personal reasons (emergency). However, I would recommend the place at any time. Conclusion: 5* Best regards Beate :o)

Clean space in a quiet location. The accommodation has a balcony overlooking Lake Chiemsee. Everything necessary (restaurant, supermarket, shipping) within walking distance. Definitely recommended!

Ulli’s place was beautiful! The apartment was very private and located on a lake. The place is very spacious. Ulli was very responsive and kind. It was convenient to travel into the city center via bus or taxi and then train.

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, there was everything you needed in terms of kitchen utensils. The village shop and village cafe are a 2-minute walk away. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

We enjoyed our stay! The view is breathtaking and you can walk comfortably to the Herzogenstandbahn. The accommodation was well located for all the excursion destinations we wanted to make in the area. We found everything we needed in the apartment, and everything was very clean and well maintained. Petra was always available and we received additional excursion tips. Over Easter there were some events that we were able to visit and completely immersed ourselves in the culture of Upper Bavaria, which will stay with us. The property is equipped with an elevator, parking is also available and the restaurant, which is in the house, we can also recommend. A fish vending machine (3 minutes away) delivers freshly caught fish from Lake Walchen. A village store offers all sorts of things and even fresh rolls. The thermal baths in Kochel are also an insider tip! We are completely recovered and will be happy to come back! :)

It was a beautiful quiet turn of the year! A spontaneous booking and not regret! Many activities are possible in the summer months! In the meantime, a beautiful quiet place to relax! Highly recommended!

We, 3 adults and a toddler, had a wonderful time in this charming cottage. The view of the lake, the great large garden and the sauna barrel gave us a wonderful break. The house is super easy to reach by public transport.

We had an amazing time! The flat is ideally located: very close to the lake, in a quiet environment and easily accessible! We found the flat larger than what we expected from the pictures and it was very comfortable. Rolf is great host and was kind enough to communicate with us in a perfect French! He gave us good advices on where to go for our walks and always replied very promptly. We can only recommend this place and consider coming back in the future.

A particularly great place to stay, especially if you are traveling with children and like animals. The feel-good factor is immediately available, the accommodation is equipped with everything you need. The location is also great. We felt almost at home from the first moment and enjoyed the days very much! There is enough space, even if there are six of you.
