10/10 would recommend this stay!! The setting is gorgeous and so peaceful, the house is beautiful and absolutely spotless, and the host made everything a breeze. Such a comfortable and easy booking for us!

Very nice place. Dock is a bit tight for larger boats. Nice concrete path path to the dock but steep and turn around is a bit hard with the provided side by side. Overall good experience.

Our stay here was wonderful. This place was perfect for our family and Joann is always very responsive. Definitely a good deal for the price…it was clean comfortable and many nice touches especially the snack basket which came in handy. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo! It was great for our family of 6. We rented a golf cart, which made it easier to get around. Chris was very responsive! We would definitely stay again!

!Beautiful place! Josh’s is home was very clean very organized, had everything we needed, including all of the kids toys that our little ones really enjoyed! Perfect spot on the lake where we needed to be close to our other boat drivers. Everything was very clean. Decor was perfect for the atmosphere! Back porches were calming and relaxing. We had three adults and two children, and it was just the perfect space for the kids. Thank you for having us and we will sure to be back next year!

Perfect Lakehouse! We are return vacationers at Kevin and Heather’s house. New kitchen cabinets and beverage fridge greeted us this time around. Perfect spot for four families who want to spend their time at the lake. Thanks for a great week.

This was a lovely place to stay while visiting Knoxville! The space was comfortable and had everything we needed, plus the nearby location to downtown was convenient.

Great space and super clean. Check in was super easy, instructions for entering and finding the space were great and easy to follow.

We were looking for a place during a cross-country road trip and this fit the bill perfectly. A couple miles off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. The home I was surprisingly large, clean, good space, fast internet. Shopping and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away. The only issue I would make folks aware of is that if you are traveling with dogs and go walking around the neighborhood, this being a rural area, there are some folks with free roaming dogs nearby and they’re territorial. And there’s a road a block away with no sidewalk and people flying by at high speeds. The yard is decent size, so use that. Alternately, there is a river trail and dog park in town. Kitchen is well stocked with basics, you’ve covered for coffee and basic cooking spices. So overall a great value.

We came to move my daughter out of UTK and hotels were so expensive. Found this little gem which was a short ride to campus. Everything was great!

Super great host! VERY informative and sent photos with all the information we needed, LOVE that! Very comforting, super soft bedding, clean, lovely place to stay. Love the fenced in back yard for our golden retriever to play! 10/10 recommend for sure!

This place was excellent for us! From the covered parking to the comfy bed! This is the cleanest Air BNB or hotel we have ever stayed in. The bottled water and snacks were a plus! There were a couple of roads blocked when we arrived so our GPS took us in circles for a bit. David responded to that very quickly just as we found another way in. The closures were open the next day. Probably closed due to graduation weekend. We enjoyed a Smokies game and fireworks after the UT Graduation! And best hamburger ever downtown at Stock and Barrel. Everything was perfect!

Despite the location above a busy intersection and restaurant, was reasonably quiet at night. Through, the periodic train passing through will wake you up each night.

The condo complex is an older building but Mary’s place was tidy, well air conditioned, and clean. Parking is very easy; it’s in a garage but not a secured one (if that’s a concern). The condo’s view was great with scenes of distant mountains. The location is great—in the heart of UTK, and thus very walkable! Good stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly like the pictures, and the bed was super comfy. Plus, the place smelled amazing! The parking was such a fantastic perk, especially since finding parking in this area can be a challenge, especially now with the new baseball stadium nearby. We loved that it was just a short walk to Gay Street and right across the street from Balter Beerworks, where the food, drinks, and service were all top-notch. I’m already looking forward to our next trip to Knoxville so I can book this awesome place again!

Truly right in the heart of Knoxville! It was so cute and homey! The whole condo smelled like fresh clean laundry!!!!!!!! Way better than any hotel we would have picked, very relaxing! It was wonderful

We had a great stay at Scott’s place! Very well located and easily walkable to many close by breweries that we frequented during our stay. Also a short driving distance to many other attractions and downtown nearby.

Excellent place! Cute, well organized and clean. Lots of light <3 Within walking distant of Market Square. Will definitely stay again if we came back to Knoxville!
