Trenell is an outstanding host. Accommodations were excellent. The location was fantastic. Communication was also outstanding. I would highly recommend staying here and will book again with Trenell if ever I’m in Charlotte again.

It was 11 o’clock(pm) when we sent in a request to stay for the night she responded at 11:02pm!! While everyone else was sleeping she was the only one that responded! For that, we were so grateful! Shower head used in shower was ah-mazing! Super responsive! Book! Book! Book!

A Hidden Gem in SouthPark! Our stay at this charming basement apartment in SouthPark was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches, stylish decor, and overall comfort the space provided. It truly felt like a private retreat tucked away in one of Charlotte’s most beautiful and walkable neighborhoods. The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious, and luxurious. The furnishings were high-end and tastefully chosen, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern bathroom felt spa-like. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, cozy living area, and beautifully crafted covered patio — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Location-wise, you really can't beat it. The house was perfect! Liudmila was very courteous and quick with her replies to my questions. We have stayed there numerous times before so it feels like a second home to us. It's a very spacious and always spotless! I highly recommend this home if you are looking for something in the area.

Maria was super kind and personable, such a sweet host! The room was just what I needed, the bathroom in particular was amazing! Coffee maker in the room was great, cannot say enough great things! This was the perfect spot for my work stay!

Alexa’s place was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. she even had a cute personalized sign waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The space was beautiful, cozy, and perfectly presented. Everything was spotless, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Alexa was an amazing host…. quick to respond, incredibly kind, and full of great recommendations for the area. She even invited us to her beauty spa, which was such a generous and thoughtful gesture! The complimentary snacks and essentials were the cherry on top. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting!

Our daughter stayed here while she was student teaching in Charlotte Community Schools. This was her first time away from home for an extended period by herself. Kristen and Ning took her in and treated her like their own daughter. They included her in their family activities and she felt loved and cared for. Simply put, we couldn't have asked for a better set of hosts!! The room was perfect and just as described and shown in the pictures. The home is beautiful and the back yard is amazing. It sits on a quite circle drive and is close to many activities and shops. If you're planning to stay in the Charlotte area, you need to stay here. You will not regret it!!
