I had a quick stay here on my way back to Georgia. The place was clean, quiet, and I didn't have to do much checking out. Just put the key back into the lockbox. There were others staying at different rooms in the building so parking became tight. But I guess you can't help that. All in all, a great place for a sleep until the next day!

Definitely a private, tranquil little place. Minimalistic in a good way. Tucked away on a private road with little to no traffic. Was an absolutely relaxing stay. Jennifer has thought of everything you could have possibly forgot, from phone chargers to cooking spices to shampoo/conditioner/body wash, etc. A few friendly dogs that like to say high every now and then with some barks! 10 out of 10! We loved it and would absolutely recommend a stay here for a couple of adults. We dont have kids but I'd imagine there wouldnt be enough room for more than 2 adults.

We had a wonderful stay at Erica and Jared’s place! We were welcomed upon arrival with a sweet hand written welcome note and a cute table setting! Their place was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the amenities that were way above average such as cream and butter in the fridge, soaps, detergent, paper products, seasonings for cooking, plenty of closet space, luggage stands for easy unpacking and lots more! The location was perfect for our visit with our 23 year old daughter and located within a beautiful, safe and quiet neighborhood. Also close to parks, great restaurants and the fun uptown scene! An added bonus is that Trader Joe’s and Target is just a 5 minute drive. We will definitely book again for future visits to Charlotte!

Place was great for the group we had. There were 3 bathrooms for everyone to get ready which was great and helped us with being on time for our events.

Visited Matthews for St Patrick weekend and found this house to be in a great location. The house itself had everything we needed. It was nicely laid out and had appeared to be recently updated. The linens and the beds exceeded our expectations. They were very comfortable. Would highly recommend this Airbnb

Very spacious accommodations with a vast yard which was great for our two young grandchildren, who were staying with us for a family event. The house was very clean & Shailendra was responsive to the few issues that came up. I would recommend for a family with small children.

I stayed here for my birthday and it was such an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, there was a thoughtful birthday surprise waiting for me—such a sweet touch. The space is even more beautiful in person; the photos truly don’t do it justice. It was cozy, warm, and felt like a perfect little escape. It felt like a 5 star hotel! I was initially concerned about the tenants below, but we honestly didn’t notice them at all—it was quiet and private throughout our stay. Jackie was also incredibly friendly, responsive and provided clear instructions, which made the experience even better. I would absolutely rent here again!

Edward is a great host. His instructions were clear. His responses were timely and welcoming. This house was one of the cleanest homes my family visited. The amenities were accurate. I would recommend Edward's house to anyone visiting the area.

My wife and me and our German shepherd came to Charlotte so my wife could recover from surgery. Daniel was super nice and responsive with all communications, and the house had everything we needed. We couldn't tell this from the photos but the backyard is fenced (great for our dog) and comes right up to the four-mile greenway, which is beautiful and fun to watch as people walk by. The peaceful setting was helpful to my wife's recovery. The space is all on one floor, which was ideal for us. The house was very clean and it was easy to get in and out. Maybe best of all is the Pit Boss, which let me indulge my love of smoking meats. Overall we had a great experience, I can recommend this location highly.

We had a 3 day stay for a wedding. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need . The yard was totally fenced and private. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The furnishings were new and stylish. I know what to expect from a vacation rental as I personally host a number of beach houses and this place has it all. Would definitely stay again if I needed a place in the Charlotte area.

We loved staying in this townhouse. It was clean and exactly as described. Location was perfect for us to visit family in the area. Host addressed an issue we had in the same day and was very responsive. We will stay here again when we visit Charlotte again.

The rental was absolutely perfect for my visit. Super low key and quiet. Very accessible to downtown. I will definitely use the place again in the future, whenever I visit Charlotte again.

Where do I even begin, first the communication between Sylena & I was amazing! Any questions I had were answered both professionally & promptly. I’ve been to multiple airbnbs before but never have i ever been to an airbnb that felt exactly like home, and never have I ever had such a wonderful interaction with a host the way I did with Sylena. She was sympathetic towards me and my family wanting a late check out, and allowed us to do so. She also made sure anything that we needed, we had. The location was convenient about 8 minutes from uptown and it was surrounded by many food places. I will definitely be booking with Sylena again, 1000/10 recommended. It would be selfish of me not to share how amazing my experience was.. however; it’s first come first serve lol so not everybody run at once, but RUN AND BOOK WITH WITH HER NOW!! :)

This Airbnb is exactly what you want for a great couples getaway!!! was spacious, they’re cute signs inside to make you feel welcome , as soon as you walk in you’re getting a wiff of cleanliness . I could tell this condo was actually cleaned ( sheetz and all ) The balcony has a great view of the city at Night and isn’t too far from the city at all. If you’re specific about if the ac/heat runs great , trust me it does !!!! Friendly community had no concerns about our safely . Overall loved this location highly recommend
