Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ulysses

Location was perfect for getting to Montezuma wildlife refuge. View of the lake was beautiful. House was clean and comfortable. Peaceful setting over looking the lake.

Wonderful hosts, very clear and timely communication. House and location was great for a 3 day weekend trip to Watkins Glen. Would recommend it!

This was my 2nd stay with Melanie and Bruce, once again it was perfect. The house is very private in a beautiful wooded area. The house has everything you need, plus thoughtful extras like the campfire wood and starter kit. We really appreciate the 11am check-out time, so many others require 10am and after a weekend of adventures, that extra hour matters!! We will definitely stay with Melanie, Bruce, and the outdoor kitty Nancy, again!

Needed a place to lay our heads for our sons college graduation. Was very cozy and perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Wish we would have found this place a few years ago!

Common space nice size for family to gather. Bathrooms updated and well stocked with several extras. Both bathrooms are located on second floor. Kitchen well stocked and full coffee bar provided.

The cottage was perfect for our one night stay. Joni was a great host and the hand written welcome note and fresh flowers around the cottage were a wonderful personal touch.

Catharine was an amazing host - very responsive and could answer any question we had during the trip! The place itself was gorgeous and even nicer than the photos! Was here for a bachelorette and the location is perfect to get to the town of Geneva and local wineries! We had a great time. The house felt very private as well. I can’t say enough good things!

A peaceful and tucked-away retreat—immaculately clean, inviting, and perfectly located near everything we needed during our visit. A wonderful place to stay, and I’d happily return!

I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Super clean, quiet, good parking, and had everything I needed. And plenty of hot water. Very short and easy drive to Robert Treman State Park (both upper and lower lots). Short drive into Ithaca.

My parents and I had a great trip to Cortland for my nephew's graduation. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. The hot tub was lovely and the back yard has beautiful gardens. Arnaud was helpful and responsive. We enjoyed staying here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Don's Airbnb, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Don went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Communication with Don was seamless. He was quick to respond to any questions i had and provided recommendation to local restaurants, spas, museums etc.

This is a beautiful apartment! I loved the character of the old home that was updated with modern comfort and decor. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. It was a great spot from which to explore the Finger Lakes region.

The portion of the house we stayed in was great and accommodating. What really stood out was the star gazing in the back at night. Absolutely beautiful. Will stay again.

Ronn’s space was very clean and included all the essentials and more. We felt right at home! Bed very comfortable and decor was warm and inviting! Clear instructions and communications throughout! We’d definitely recommend Ronn and would stay at his place again!

Th space was immaculate, well maintained, nicely designed as well as decorated. Our only concern was that there was no stove for our teenage son to cook on. There was a microwave and toaster broiler that worked just fine for him. However, the sauna was an amazing perk. The setting was very calm and relaxed. Rachel was an excellent host and left a kind graduation card and bottle of Spumante for us to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. We would highly recommend this space and would rent again. We enjoyed our stay with clean accommodations and well stocked. The only thing I would consider adding is a washer and dryer for convenience.

Comfortable space in great neighborhood. I arrived late at night and it was a bit stressful to find the door hidden in a little walkway but after that very easy to get in. The condo was nicely laid out and the location was fun- walkable restaurants and museums. Bathroom sink was clogged but it really didn’t bother me too much. Nice big washer and dryer and air conditioning to make the space very comfortable. It is on the street above lively bar scene but was pretty quiet inside.

We had a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely stunning. It was a perfect way to ring in the new year. Amy was very responsive, and the house was perfect. We hope to return one day.

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting Syracuse U. Fantastic location in downtown and within easy reach of the university. Restaurants and more just steps away yet the condo was very peaceful with a neighborhood vibe and the nearby park was perfect for our pup. Would definitely stay here again.
