Woodstock Historic Artist Estate - The Pond House

Acclaimed social realist painter Reginald Marsh's family estate is known to be unique for Woodstock with its ball shaped junipers, a pond that brackets the house, expansive lawns, a gathering of birches and 100 year old cone shaped cedar trees. In short walking distance to the center of Woodstock the secluded setting with a private waterfall bordering a public preserve as well as the attention to architectural detail is unique.

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Clove Schoolhouse on Mohonk Preserve

Fully renovated schoolhouse first built in the 19th century. On Mohonk Preserve, guests have access to over 80 miles of hiking trails from the garden. Enjoy all that the region has to offer - cultural scene in New Paltz, Minnewaska State Park, Woodstock, cross-country/downhill skiing, snowshoeing, renowned cycling and mountain biking as well as rock climbing.

Lidar West

Lidar West is a unique mountain home located in the woods by one of New York City's major reservoirs. The main house is a 1400 sqft 2 bed, 2 bath, ideal for families with kids, and there's a sleeping cabin with an additional queen bed, electric heater, and wood burning stove called Hemmelig Rom, which I built myself using oak milled on the property.

Magnolia Cottage

Located just a short drive north of NYC, nestled between Woodstock and Phonecia, is a little cottage waiting to be discovered by you and your guests. This is a stand-alone cottage apart from the main house on the property. I am happy to say that you get this entire private oasis to yourself.
