Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. Home away from home

Newer house in a nice residential neighborhood. Close to skiing and car race track NO CLEANING FEES Space available for Airbnb rental is the main part of the house. Owner has a separate apartment in the basement with a separate entrance. There is a lock on both sides of the door going to the basement at the bottom of the stairs. I will always try to be respectful of your privacy. If you do need anything let me know and I will make myself available.

We traveled to our hometown for graduations & a family picnic. Staying at The Haven made us feel like we were home, without actually being at home. It was nice to be close to all the family without feeling like we were incoveniencing anyone. We LOVED all the labels on the drawers, light switches & all of the secial notes around the house. The Haven is a cute little house that was just as described. We will definitely stay again the next time we need to travel back "home". Julie was great to work with as well. I needed to change our schedule to come in a day earlier than planned. Julie was super responsive & accomodating.

We booked with Tracy because her home checked all our boxes. We wanted to getaway and unwind. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Bonus we had farm animals to watch, feed, and even pet. Tracy was very responsive to any needs that came up. Extremely friendly, felt like staying at a family members home. Falls Park is a short trip away, first time to the Farmers Market there, it did not disappoint. Live entertainment as well, but more in the background. It was lovely. People were all so friendly. It was a beautiful way to end our day coming back to Tracy's and relaxing with animals and enjoying the views. Will definitely be coming back for another stay.👌😎

Whitney’s place was so comfy! I loved the boho vibes! She put extra thought into everything. She turned lights on for us, all of the outlets had little hubs to make power easier to access (older house with fewer outlets), there were even tiny sound machines in the bedroom! She proactively warned us of possible road closures.
