Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Tunkhannock Township

I had a fantastic stay at Ileana’s place, the space was clean, cozy and exactly as described. Ileana was super friendly and responsive, all the instructions were on point I would definitely recommend staying there, it’s nice and peaceful, can’t wait to book them again.

Our stay was phenomenal. Previously guest required extra cleaning time so host reached out offering a later check out for us. We had an issue with a breaker and host quickly responded and walked us through how to correct the issue. Cleaning company did not do a great job and host was appreciative we let him know so he could address the issue. Home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Rooms are bigger than expected and 11 of us were super comfortable even eating dinners together in the dining room. Game room is wonderful!!! An all around great experience and I would definitely be back whenever I have a large group.

This house was a great!! My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. Jessica was super nice and helpful. Responded quickly which was a huge plus! Over all a great very welcoming home :)

We had a great stay! The house is exactly as pictured. We were there for a cheer competition at Kalahari and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. Five minutes to Kalahari and about 15 minutes to Camel Back.

The house was very clean as well as the bathrooms. The host have clear instructions on how to use everything. I highly recommend this house. The host was very response with any questions. I will definitely be back to this location, it was very room and exactly what we wanted. The hot tube was an added bonus

The proximity to town was excellent. Peaceful, comfortable, clean. Very walkable, but the steep hill to/from town was a bit challenging. There is a memorial garden across the street, which was a beautiful alternative to walking the on the street. The neighbors warned us of Momma bear and cubs on the property at sundown and sun up. We used extra caution coming and going during those times. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

The apartment was perfect, clean, and conveniently located steps from restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Jules was a great and responsive hosts with many wonderful recommendations in the area. Very cozy backyard/porch as well. Street parking was great too! Definitely would recommend!

We had comfortable stay. We will book again next time we visit family. I was able to work at the extra table comfortably. The kitchen was well appointed. The rooms were spacious. The views were nice. Although we didn’t utilize it, the walking path was nice option. Also the weather didn’t really cooperate for us to use the out door furniture but it look very nice.

Brian and Kylie were responsive and gracious hosts! We were able to check in early which helped to get settled before exploring town. Their BnB was very comfortable and as described. It was quiet despite being on a main road with the main bedroom in the back of the home. Kitchen was nicely updated with all the basic amenities provided. Towels and bed linens were fresh and the home was very clean. The little chocolates provided upon arrival were a nice touch!! We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend the location to others. We also will certainly look into booking Brian and Kylie’s home again when we are back in Jim Thorpe!!

What a great spot!! We took a girls trip and we were not disappointed in apt. C or Jim Thorpe. Great location… walking distance to so much. Be warned it is hilly, but we did not mind at all. The house was a great size for the 4 of us. Amenities were amazing. The only regret is that it was a rainy cold weekend and we could not enjoy coffee on the private patio!!! Jeffrey was super responsive and even shared the local places to go! We are looking forward to coming back next year!

I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities, made it feel like a home away from home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. My family and I rented Jonathan's place as a long-term rental during ski season. We wanted to be close to Big Boulder given our involvement in the race program and the place could not have been more conveniently located (it was also great being able to walk to Boulder View Tavern for apres ski!). The unit was just like it was described, and Jonathan was always incredibly responsive if we ever needed anything. This place became our "home away from home" for ski season and we were truly sad to pack up on our last day. Highly recommend both this unit and Jonathan (I believe he has other properties) to anyone considering a stay in the Poconos. Fantastic experience and absolutely wonderful host!!

Jackie's condo is spacious and welcoming. Beautiful lakefront property, minutes from Big Boulder. Close to all the local restaurants. Layout is larger than it appears on the listing. Felt right at home!

An amazing lakefront property. Great for hiking, adventuring, and skiing in the winter. I would stay again.

Communication was excellent, place was clean, well stocked with everything we needed for a short stay. The lake was pretty, the weather was a tad chilly but view of lake was really nice!

Our stay at the apartment was wonderful. The host took care of our comfort. Also, the location itself made us very happy, because from the terrace you can see wonderful views. We will definitely come back here more than once.

Chelsea’s place was nice and cozy! I especially loved the real plants, faux fur heavy bedding, an assortment of different pillows, and the giant love sac bean bag. Chelsea was very nice and responsive and offered a free late checkout to wait out an ice storm. Host made sure walkways were cleared and ice melt was put down before checkout, which shows how much they care about their guests and their property. Parking was very easy and in front of the unit, which made it very helpful to carry in our belongings. I felt very safe and secure at this location. Thanks for a great stay Chelsea!
