Ilenia is a great host and a very nice person. The apartment is nice, very clean and spacious equipped with all what's necessary. The kitchen is big as well as the bedroom. The bathroom is in a very good condition. The location is good. Close to restaurants and a grocery shop. 3 minutes walk to the bus station. It was a pleasure staying there We strongly recommend Ilenia's apartment. Beth & David

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Very nice apartment ideal for taking a walk in the historic center of Umbertide, easy to find parking in the surrounding streets. It is located on the top floor of a historic building and contains many small details that make it fascinating. Sabrina is a host who will quickly answer any questions.

The best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. If Marin’s apartment is available for your stay in Florence, snap it up. It’s an amazing spacious apartment in the ideal location, a block behind the Duomo. Because the apartment faces the interior courtyard of the building, there is absolutely no street noise whatsoever. The apartment was pristine, modern, extremely comfortable and well-appointed with extreme attention to detail. The washer (and Dryer!) came in very handy for our stay in Florence, the mid-point of our two week trip through Italy. Marin was extremely responsive and super helpful with recommendations. The ideal two bedroom apartment for our family of four (me, my wife and our two daughters ages 17 and 21). The upstairs bedroom (with its own full bathroom) was the perfect retreat for our daughters and the master bedroom downstairs was perfect for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were ultra modern, clean and relaxing. Apartment and host (Marin) are A+

The village of sheds is a wonderful place of great peace and great beauty, Roi and Stefan were exceptional, kind and caring hosts It is a place immersed in the ancient history of the village and the Stefan's family. It's a place of privacy but with the Ability to meet other people or families staying at the same time with the possibility of sharing the large spaces that the Borgo offers We'll definitely be back Highly recommended!

Absolutely magnificent house in a spectacular setting and a wonderful part of Tuscany. Every amenity and clearly their private home which they were sharing with us. We did walk to town, but not everyone would find it walkable. highly recommended..

We stayed in this apartment for three nights in April and it matched the pictures exactly. The place is spacious, modernly equipped and the bed very comfortable. Particularly positive: The good connection by bus to the city center as well as the free parking directly at the property. A small negative point was the weak ventilation – despite air conditioning, it was quite humid in the room, so clothes were slightly damp in the morning. In the shower, there were no shelves for shower gel and no towel holder. Despite these little things, it was a very pleasant stay. The host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely come back and can recommend the accommodation.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Conte Martini! The space was fantastic and worked very well for our family including our 2 teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough good things about this stay! Andrea and Simone were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure getting to know them. We will be back!

Susanna gave us an excellent welcome. The house surrounded by nature is beautiful and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. The large, fenced garden is perfect for four-legged friends who can play free and worry-free. The quiet area sheltered from traffic gives guests the right relaxation. The center is less than a 5-minute drive or can be reached on foot by taking a nice walk in the green of the Maremma. Amenities - such as supermarkets and clubs - are also less than 5 minutes away. Excellent.

My stay at Giacomo’s place was absolutely fantastic! The space was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Giacomo was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and always ready to assist with helpful recommendations for the local area. My family and I had a great stay! The apartment is near the center, a stone's throw from the Accademia Gallery, in an area where there are fewer tourists. It is a recently renovated apartment, well furnished, comfortable, clean and larger than what you see in the photos. There are all the necessary amenities for medium-long stays and Andrea, the host, was very hospitable and helpful. The small elevator is very useful, since the apartment is on the upper floors.

We were absolutely charmed by Ilva’s condo. The condo is so cute and cozy, and the view is stunning. It’s also walking distance to basically all of Orvieto. Ilva was so responsive and helpful!

Great location— quaint and beautiful private garden, especially in early April as the wisteria is in bloom. Very spacious and felt like a home. Close to all!

Stayed 3 nights in Florence and this apartment was beautiful! Great view of the city and so peaceful with a nice private patio area. Plenty of space for my partner and I as well, we felt right at home here! Downside: have to walk up 6 flights of stairs to get to the apartment (still worth it!) and the ceiling in the kitchen is pretty low, bumped my head a few times. Despite this though, the stay was amazing and had pretty much everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

Excellent cozy and quiet apartment in a great area. We were able to easily walk to everything. There are several great cafes and restaurants just steps away as well. Highly recommend.

We spent two days in this apartment and everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay — it was a great place to relax after the crowded streets of Florence. Matteo was very helpful and easy to reach via chat. We definitely recommend it!
