Very nice apartment in an incredible location. Extremely private and very beautiful setting, but with easy access to access to town / the sights of Tuscany. Ivan was very accommodating and responsive; he went out of his way to support us when we had a little trouble with our rental car. We would love to return someday and would book with Ivan in a minute.

We were guests of this wonderful farmhouse and we can only recommend it. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, making us feel at home right away. The farmhouse is equipped with everything you need, very spacious and cozy, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. A special mention goes to the local oil: really excellent! We were very satisfied and we definitely feel lucky to have chosen this place for our stay!

My wife and I came to Veronica’s place to stay for our honeymoon. We were warmly greeted by Veronica at arrival. The scenery was absolutely stunning and majestic. The house was quaint and enjoyable. I loved every part about it. The only recommendation I would give for future parties is the respond time from the host, aside from that it was an amazing experience and I would be back!

Alessandro was the nicest host I’ve ever met and his cottage and communication, his kind hospitality, with cappuccinos and biscuits exceeds every expectation. We will surely be back. It’s the best Airbnb I ever stayed in. Thanks very much for everything ❤️

Emanuel was a charming and extremely helpful host. Added so much to our experience. The home is very clean and well stocked, and immense ambiance, especially the bathroom with the tub. It has a panoramic view of the hills and valley and was like bathing in a dream world to me. I highly recommend staying here. It is also very well located to visiting many towns in Tuscany as long as you have a car. This is a must book! Thank you Emanuel!

Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

Such a wonderful place to truly experience the countryside of Italy! We loved staying here and had a wonderful two night stay! We even looked to try and extend our stay but it was already booked out. We loved the view overlooking the vineyards and olive groves. They provided a meat and cheese along with a bottle of wine and breakfast options! We would highly recommend experiencing this hayloft in Italy!

Davide’s Secret Garden was a great place for our few days in Sienna with my wife and two college-aged kids. Conveniently located, everything was within a 10 minute walk. Davide was responsive and helpful when we needed it. Beautiful views from inside the house, and everything you need for a great stay. We were there in late November, so it was a little too chilly to take advantage of his lovely garden, but we would have taken advantage of it had it been a bit warmer.

words cannot describe how incredible this experience was. everything was absolutely perfect and we thuroughly enjoyed our stay. Aleksandra was a fantastic host and was informative, help and quick to respond. we had the best sleep of our trip here and wish we had booked more days here. we will be back again!!

We had a great couple days at Alessandra’s place. The views are amazing, it’s a very peaceful setting. Alessandra was gracious enough to arrange a taxi to and from her place, an easy 5 minute ride. We did walk up the hill into Cortona both days we were there. For reference, we are 62 and 65 years old, in okay shape with no mobility issues. I wouldn’t say it was an easy walk, but doable. I think I would have called for a ride, if it was in the middle of summer. Once there, Cortona is a very charming town. Don’t hesitate to book here if you’re looking for a true “Tuscan” experience!

Staying at Simona's in Castiglione del Lago was magical!! The apartment, back yard, terrace and most of all the view were amazing!! Simona and Yens made us feel very comfortable and for me, Nahil and Cooper (their pups) added another level of warmth. Simona was always available if we had any questions, and we had many, and also made lots of suggestions for places to visit in the area and graciously willing to help us when we needed it. Grazie Simona, arriderci a più presto!!

This place is so so beautiful! Very peaceful, and breathtaking views! Everything was super easy. Flavio had great recommendations for restaurants and vineyard nearby, and just very helpful and friendly overall. Will recommend having a car just to get around in the area. Thank you again for an amazing stay, we will be back!

I cannot say enough great things about this apartment. It was in the perfect location - walkable to so many attractions and restaurants, yet you can relax and escape the hustle and bustle above it all from the comfortable living space or the gorgeous patio with the best views. Lorenzo was a great host. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a beautiful place in Florence.

An absolute gem! The apartment was perfectly appointed, perfectly positioned and perfectly hosted. Much more spacious than I was expecting and everything is on your doorstep. Great local supermarket too for all your conveniences. Mattia even organised our transfer to the airport. Wouldn’t hesitate to return, or to recommend.

Eugenia was a great host, even made a booklet of suggestions with things to do! Location was great and just out of the major parts of Florence, so it felt more like home. Very walkable with some great restaurants close by.

I can’t say enough about our stay. Cora and Carlotta were fabulous to work with, incredibly responsive and helpful! The apartment is beautifully decorated and neat as a pin! The location is the cherry on the top!!! Right in the middle of the main square with a fantastic balcony to enjoy the busy square. Loads of shops and restaurants literally at your door step! This was a gem - great views, quiet, and felt like being a Siena resident. It was hard to tell distances before arriving, but it's a pleasant, mostly flat 6 min walk to the Piazza down nice lanes. The apartment is a true apartment, with full kitchen, family room, and 2 bedrooms. It feels like an apartment more than a rental, which was charming. The decor feels like someone lived there and then converted it to a rental but left their furniture, which is what airbnb always used to be, but more often than not is now staged decor. Beds were great and it was quiet at night. I would not hesitate to go back. My only comment is that the family room didn't have adequate seating - two chairs, but it sleeps 4, so we weren't easily able to congregate in the family room.

Our stay at Milva’s Nest (Orvieto) well and truly exceeded our expectations. Simona (and her husband) was an excellent host. It felt like nothing was too much trouble and she responded to our communications promptly. The apartment is an easy walk to everything (bus stops, grocery store, restaurants/cafes and attractions). There is lots to see and do in Orvieto and we thoroughly enjoyed our time exploring. The apartment is the best we have stayed in, in Italy. It is beautifully furnished and decorated with lots of personal touches. It is quiet and peaceful with the most glorious view across the Umbrian countryside. We would definitely give our stay a 10 out of 10.

We really enjoyed staying at Rafaele's place. The day we arrived it was pouring rain and he met us on the walk in with umbrellas. He gave us a tour of the place and some suggestions for things to do. It is a spacious location with stunningly beautiful views. We also liked having two bathrooms and a washer to do some laundry. There is a free parking lot nearby as well as some great restaurants.
